Had a tire go out on our Freightliner chassis motorhome driving down I-10. Called Vic's and less than an hour later we were back on the road. Fast, friendly and very fair pricing. We highly recommend!!

Driving along I-10 & suddenly hear weird noise. Sounds like flat tire but it's actually "dust shield" that has half popped off. Found Vic's on google maps luckily. They did not have proper bolts to replace (factory/specialty screws), but was able to remove it so it wouldn't drag and deteriorate all the way to Houston. Tipped the tech (I was sooo grateful for the help) and on the road in under 15 minutes. He was so helpful.

these guys are fair in prices, trustworthy, I try shopping around it didn’t work for me, as a owner we try to budget every dollar, time is money, rolled up and I was out in 10 min tops. Good people

Not sure what happened with that place, One Sunday I was calling to change a tire and they wanted to charge 400 dollars. I have my tire and I don't understand what happened.

Do not stop at this pace. I had low air on a tire and took it there. They took the tire of inspect it and told me the patch was leaking. Told hem just do what u can to make it home 60 more miles. He continued to fixing it. Patched it up still leaking no problem I knew it was a 50/50 chance. Went to pay and charge me $107 dollars for a patch and also stated I could have charge u more cuse I took to long trying to fix it. Who charges 107 for a patch well this guys do.

We needed them for road service for my semi truck's as front axle hub seal was broken and leaking fluid, they arrived like in 10-15 minutes to 9 miles distance where we're and helped us quickly with the best service and let us be on the road right away. Saved time as their quickly appearance and having part already with them. Awesome road side assistance as can be ever imagined. Highly recommended. Thank you so much!

***ATTN DRIVERS*** If you're ever in the Winnie/Beaumont area and have a breakdown, I highly recommend Vic's. They are knowledgeable, honest and fair priced compared to others around. I experienced an air compressor issue around Thanksgiving and they helped get moving from the side of the road. I've got them locked in my phone to contact if I'm ever broken down in/near this area again. Thnx and blessings Vic's!!!

We had two tires blown off, they were fast, professional and precise. Repair crew was at the drivers location in under 30min. Best recommendation!

They charge a 4 hour minimum plus a call out fee just to come to your truck. Run run and never look back. Total scammers

Do not use, these guys are con artists and total scammers. They make stuff up as they go and if you don't agree to pay their exorbitant and outrageous prices they'll threaten to call the police and take your equipment. Avoid a headache/nightmare and call someone else. PS the main dispatcher is a whole toolbox

Only stop here if you have no other choice. Expensive services. Read the reviews. Ask what they charge. If they don't answer skip them. I ask but they couldn't answer apparently. First red flag. Did they do the job yes but way over priced. Saw a review about airing up some tires for 38 dollars. Like for air. Just think about it that for air.

These guys are super knowledgeable when it comes to mechanical work and worth the money if you want it done correctly. You can tell they take pride in their work. The tire pricing/labor is on par with the other big chain companies. If you call after hours, they are a bit higher than the day, but I understand because after hours are for EMERGENGY services. What I like most about this company is there swift response to get us rolling. When you call after hours, even though they are on their personal time, they still make it to you in a timely manner.

my tire popped at the gas station across from here and I didn’t have the right tools to change into my spare tire, drove into here and they gladly helped me change my spare tire quickly and I offered to pay them for helping me but they were too kind to accept anything so thank you really!!! Definitely recommend them if you find yourself in a pickle!

I highly recommend this place to get your tires repaired. Rob, the gentleman that repaired my tire, was courteous, and fast. I was at the truck stop right next door that mornin. Was doing my pre- trip, and before I walked up on my tires on my trlr. I noticed I had a flat. I called it in and they found this place. So I walked over he said bring it over. So I crippled it over and Rob and I had alot in common. He was really cool. Got me in and out quick.

I am highly recommending this company. Adam was awesome from start to finish. He answered the phone and knowledgeable of my situation and the parts involved. He showed up within an hour. (I know that’s not always possible for anyone but he did it) Most importantly he did a good job and was a true professional.

To the Vic's Road Service Crew, Thank you very much for the prompt roadside service call you guys made for Verde Services. We had an OTR tractor that went into limp mode, after normal hours and left our driver stranded. I reached out to business associate in the area and they immediately said call Vic's Road Service. We did and could not be happier with the promptness and quality of service needed. Adam was able to run a computer diagnosis, ID the problem and then get the problem corrected. Repairing the matter on the roadside call out saved me a heavy tow charge and also lodging and meals for two employees. If anyone is ever unfortunate enough to break down in the Winnie TX area, don't get anxious and angry too quick. It's your lucky day, just call Vic's.

Adam came out for road side repair on my Volvo truck had a high air pressure problem compressor would not shut off he found the problem and fix it fast and a reasonable price I highly recommend Vic's roadside had me on my way in about 1 hour...thanks adam

I was driving along i-10 and My fan hub bearings failed and spun free and damaged my radiator and all my coolant leaked out. I was lucky enough to be close to winnie tx and had Adam at vic’s winnie location help me out.. he found all the parts for me and got me on my way sooner than i thought.. good service and nice people.

John is awesome here. He is friendly, fast and went out of his way to save our lost puppy who took shelter in his garage! He has a sweet black dog there who works with him. All around great person. 👌👌👌🐩

WHEN NO ONE ELSE WOULD VIC'S WAS LIKE "PFFFT WE GOT THIS" (SHORT VERSION)~ GOOD SERVICES, GOOD MECHANIC, GOOD EQUIPMENT. YES THEY DO 205/75/14 TRAILER TIRES BUT THEY WILL NEED TO ORDER THEM. IF YOU'RE TRAILER WONT MOVE & TRAILER HAS SUNK IN GROUND, TRUST ME NO ONE ELSE WILL COME OUT EXCEPT VIC'S. IF THAT'S ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW NO NEED TO READ THE REST. (VERY LONG VERSION)~ I'V BEEN PARKED FOR 9 YEARS. TIRES WERE GONE & SINKING. MY RENT WENT FROM 325 TO 450 OVER NIGHT. I NEEDED OUT. I CALLED EVERY AUTO TIRE SHOP & RV/TRAILER SHOP FROM 610 LOOP TO BEAUMONT & EVERYONE SAID SAME THING "THAT'S TO BIG OF A JOB, WE CAN'T DO IT" WITH THE EXCEPTION OF 1 WHO SAID THEY WOULD COME & LOOK AT IT FOR $55 JUST TO SEE IF THEY COULD DO IT. THEN I THOUGHT WELL I WAS A OTR TRUCKER & I KNOW THE SEMI TIRE SHOPS WOULD HAVE THE JACKS NEEDED FOR THE JOB BUT I PRE-KNEW PLACES LIKE LOVES & TA ROAD ARE TO BIG OF NAME BRAND TO COME OUT TO HELP WITH A STUCK TRAILER SO I SAW VIC'S ON GOOGLE & DROVE UP TO SEE IN PERSON. THE GUY ORDERED TIERS & DID NOT WANT PAYMENT YET. UNFORTUNATELY THE GUYS WHO DELIVER TIRES SHOWED UP AT CLOSING TIME SO I HAD TO WAIT A EXTRA NIGHT (BUT AS AN EX OTR TRUCKER I KNOW S*** HAPPENS.) HE CAME OUT IN THE MORNING & GOT MY TRAILER UP IN THE AIR, GOT OLD TIRES OFF, PUT NEW TIRES ON, SAT IT BACK DOWN ON ALL 4'S & WITH MY ENTIRE LIVELIHOOD STILL UNPACKED & INSIDE ONLY A SINGLE HOT WHEEL FELL OFF THE FREEZER. (THE POINT BEING HE WAS GENITAL WITH MY HOME.) HE OFFERED ADVICE ON TOWING A RAGGEDY TRAILER & HOW TO REPACK HUB GREASE. HE EVEN KNOCKED OFF A LITTLE OF THE PRICE DO TO THE DELIVERY GUYS LATENESS WHICH HE DID NOT HAVE TO DO BUT I THANK HIM FOR DOING SO. 10/9/2019 HE ALSO FIXED MY WIRING FOR THE 7 PIN HOOK UP. THE PREVIOUS OWNER HOOKED THE BLUE BRAKE WIRE FROM THE 5 PIN TO THE REVERSE LIGHTS SO HE HAD TO FIGURE IT OUT. HE GOT THE JOB DONE & DONE RIGHT.

I had a flat tire yesterday and a gentlemen from Vic's stopped to help. He helped me and wouldn't let me pay him. This speaks volumes about the folks working there. I really appreciated the help and thanks again. These guys are top notch.

I was driving to Louisiana from Houston early this morning when my tire went completely flat. Happened to stop at the gas station and noticed Vic’s was close by. I definitely don’t drive an 18 wheeler, but they were kind enough to help me put on my spare and even recommended a local place to replace my tire! They are obviously very good to their customers, I highly recommend them!

These guys are super, especally Adam the young guy that did the service call. We broke down on I-10 just outside of Winne TX in our motorhome. Good Sam called Vic's to go on the service call and both my wife and I are very glad they did. We broke down at 9:30 AM, and called Good Sam. Adam showed up in 30 minutes. Checked the error codes in the CPU and we had a valve body problem. Adam made a call found a valve body in Beaumont TX, drove over, picked it up, came back installed it and we were back on the road by 12:30 PM. Had it not been for Adam's knowledge and experance we would of had to tow the motorhome, find a place to stay and someone to fix the motorhome. These guys are great I wish they were located in out home town. Adam, job well done!!!!!!

DO NOT EVER STOP HERE! THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS A LIBILITY TO YOUR COMPANY! YOU WILL BE OVER CHARGED AND EXTORTED! STOP AT THE LOVE'S 8 MINUTES NORTH INSTEAD! It all started when I saw a low trailer tire after fuling at the near by fueling station. I noticed this tire shop near by. I decided it would be safer and cheaper to wait till 8am for the shop to open instead of going to Love's 8 minutes way (wrong choice in both aspects). I wasted 2 hours waiting because the bald extorter and his teen henchman showed up late. I asked them to change out the flat for the spare. They had me roll my trailer onto unsafe wooden blocks. I then tried and failed to unlock my spare tire from a rusty lock. I asked if i could barrow a bolt cutter. NO! I would have to pay a expensive fee just to barrow it! They then watched me as I struggled to free the spare tire with lubricant, saw blade and a hammer. After and spare tire was taken off and the the flat was removed from the rim I was informed that the tire was the wrong height. I asked if they sold any tires. They had no new tires just a few used trash tires priced at new tire levels. Unwilling to pay half a grand for trash I asked that the service stop; No, they couldn't "we'll get in trouble with D.O.T its a libility; they come around here" A.K.A that they were going to get D.O.T involved. I Insisted that its fine, love's was a short drive away and that I could get a proper tire. They then "reminded" me about D.O.T and that they could not let me go without a tire on the rim telling my how it was unsafe, The same people that had my loaded trailer in the air with small wooden blocks were telling me whats unsafe. After arguing that I didn't have the money to buy the trash tire they forced me into the mounting fee of the uneven spare tire. I didnt even want to ask for the disposal rate at this point. They then charged me more then the agreed upon price. After being extored I drove 8 minutes to love's where I payed for the removal of the unnecessary extored tire mounting. In conclusion my time was wasted. Forced into extra labor and extored into a usless/unnecessary service. I Recomend you run your flat (even blown out tire) passed this establishment. Stoping at this shop is more unsafe and will only increases your chances of getting into a accident and ticket. THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS A LIBILITY TO YOUR COMPANY!

Had a blow out on my U Haul rental truck while transporting food to Beaumont/Port Arthur stores, and was able to make it to Vic's Road Roadside service. I called them and they said that it would be $210 just to check and see if they had the tire, then the cost of tire and labor to fix it, as it is Sunday... a guy showed up that was going to see if they had a tire, but U Haul found someone to fix it quicker. They informed us that we could not have the truck repaired in their parking lot and said we could drive it on rim to parking lot next door!!! WOW- no compassion and rip off!

My daughter and I (2 women) were traveling in I-10 and had a blow out. My daughter is 8 months pregnant. I called Vic's Road Service. They were to us in 25 minutes. Adam was awesome- showing us how to get to our spare, how to use the jack, - it had been too long since I had changed a tire, so the refresher was much appreciated. He had the spare put on and aired to correct pressure within 10 minutes. Thank you, Vic's Road Service!!!
