Worst visit ever. I've been going there for a couple of years now, they've never been the friendliest of people but today will end my trips here. 3 employees stood at the front of my car as I spoke. Not one of them even looked up or slightly acknowledged my concern. Walked in the office to pay, and more of the same. The only words that came out of the young lady's mouth was the price. No greeting no thank you no anything. I paid she turned around and started talking to the other girl and I walked out for the last time.
Way way overpriced!!! My last oil change at another shop. They supplied synthetic oil and filter plus a cabin filter was $152. At dipstick i brought my own filter, they supplied the same oil, purchased no extras it was $185. I wish I would've caught it then and known I had my last receipt in the glove box, wich i have both. They are friendly, fast and efficient but thats ridiculous. they are over $70 higher than the competition. Never again! This is a company truck. When I handed the receipt in they confirmed my suspicion.
They do some unnecessary maintenance and charge you alot for it, without explaining that you can ask them not to do those things, (like clean your windshield, check tires, check brake fluid, coolant, washerfluid, power steering, rear differential, tire pressure) and charge you $$59.95 for doing those things!
The actual 12.6 qts of oil & oil filter was just $46.76. Total cost was $121.96 with tax.
Ask them to not do the "full service" checks if you want just an oil change and not check your other fluids, tire pressure or clean your windshield.
Whole staff is top notch. They’re quick, knowledgeable, reliable, and professional. They do great work. Nothing but good things to say. Recommend to anybody.
If you are short on time they will get you in and out fast. A little more expensive than you average place but for the service they provide worth the price.

Came here for first oil change for our audi. Exceptional service, very pro-veteran and pro American atmosphere ( flags and the 10 commandments posted) Quick oil change at a fair price.
One of the staff was very rude! I was talking to her kindly how they put in their paperwork the wrong make and model and she just gave me a tone! Not a friendly staff at all!
Had the oil changed in my 32ft motorhome for under $70.00 ! Called atleast 15 other places in the area and either they couldn't do a vehicle that was that tall or they were charging over $200.00 ! This place did an oil change, fluid check, tire check and offered sodas while waiting. The motorhome was in and out in under 20 minutes too and you don't even have to get out of your vehicle! This is the place to go for RV oil change Motorhome oil change or any oil change that you need ! Extremely fast service and a quality job well done ! Thank you so so much ! Truly appreciated! Fast and friendly service. Wait in your car or they have a nice waiting room inside with beverages and even donuts the day I was there. I was very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them.
Fast and friendly service. Complementary Drinks/Snacks too. Although with how quick the service is, you'll be in and out so take it to go! They also check your tire pressure, windshield cleaner and other little details and tend to them.
They have good customer service, they did the oil change,clean the window,added window solution.And as I say in the company truck they offer me some water.But I like the big sign on the out side wall no one can not miss reading it , TEN Commandments Sign that tells me they believe in heavenly father .Thank you for your kindness and your service.
Brought in our small Class C RV for an oil change. We were instantly greeted and the oil was being changed within minutes.
Everyone working there was very friendly, the waiting room was really nice with coffee and donuts.
The price was similar to what we've paid before at other places and no one tried to sell us any unnecessary products.
If we lived in the area this is the place we would go every time.
The space behind the shop was a little tight, I would call ahead to make sure they can accommodate larger RVs (ours is just a small 24 foot Class C).
I recently purchased a used truck from the owner (Jan) and she was absolutely awesome!!! In fact I was so impressed with the entire staff, I would recommend them to anyone needing their car serviced or anyone in the market for a good used car or truck. Wow, so friendly and caring! Dipstix was the best oil change shop, I have been too! They aired my tires up, too. Very important on my large van! Highly recommend this shop for all your auto maintenance!

Very friendly staff, even came in to show us the new topped off oil. The inside was nice and cool, we were in and out in less than 10 min I want to say 5 but I think it was about 7 or 8 min. Highly recommend 👍👍👍👍👍👍
This place is so great. It's nice to know I can drop off my truck get my oil changed and be out within 20 min. The guys that work there are very good hard working guys.

I am visiting Port Lavaca and just happened upon this business after my check-engine-light came on. Very likely, this place has the best customer service of any mechanic shop that I have ever experienced. I wish I could bring them back to Houston with me!
I have 3 kids! Oil change is the least and last thing I wanna do! This place is fast! They even provide free drinks and frozen pops for kids! The friendliest and best customer service!!
Took both vehicles and was done within an hour, only because when I went back the second time two trucks beat me there. The first vehicle was done within 15 minutes. Price is very fair considering you can take your vehicle back anytime to top off fluids and have tires checked. Thank you guys!
Fast and professional! Absolutely love this place. I was in a hurry had me in-and-out of there( oil changed ,fluids topped off,tires aired) in 13 minutes. This was all while they had other cars going as well. The waiting Room is beautiful and offer you coffee or a soda while you wait with snacks.
We got our oil changed here and they were fast and super friendly! They offered us soda and a nice waiting area!!!
