Down in Port Lavaca on vacation and our battery had did at the beach. Took it too O'Reillys in Town and they tested it and battery was good. Very nice folks
This store on McNeil Rd., near Hwy 183 is relatively new, was very clean and well lit, with wide isles. They have a great selection of seat covers and floor mats.
Always helpful. April is amazing. I'm unfortunately a regular (always working on my cars). But this establishment makes the parts portion of mechanicing painless. Also, no questions asked on warranty/returns. Great service
I WANT TO SAY TODAY LAUREN SAVED THE DAY!! My car was getting brakes replaced and on jacks and I had no way to go get the correct brakes that Auto Zone mistakenly sold to me. She not only fixed the problem but took her time out her day to bring them to me.. THANK YOU SO MUCH LAUREN🫶🏽
Went to the one in port lavaca I was trying to fix my lawn mower I asked for help to get a sparkplug for a craftsman mower they said they couldn't help me unless I had it,they said they couldn't help me find fuel filter either unless I had it then tried to charge me30$ for air filter and lost my battery
O'Reily's of Port Lavaca, Texas is the place to go. I had issues with my car and the customer service is top notch! Deliah installed my windshield wipers and tried to check my battery. Then Ceasar to the rescue, checked the battery and worked outside in 95 degree heat and did the installation of my battery as well. This man needs a raise. This is the epitome of customer service.
Man I went in there tonight for a distributor cap and rotor and didn’t know what the heck I needed it’s been like 12 years since I replaced one, and I was in and out about about 6 times and they were super cool and really probably deserve a raise for how much I probably annoyed them and they didn’t show it a bit. thank you guys you were amazing

Wonderfully helpful staff. They helped me find the light I needed and even replaced it for me. I was blown away by how willing they were to go the extra mile.
People were friendly and I did find the part I was looking for but it was considerably higher than when I was expected to pay so I wind up not making the purchase.
Didn't have what I wanted said they could get it by tomorrow at 8. So just got what they had in stock. I give 5 stars on friendly and helpful service for sure.
Mostly my favorite especially the one in Alice Texas even though like I still know that girl's name that lives in a pearsall Texas but I know man if anybody wants to donate their O'Reilly's points to me or whatever I've been saving up all my life for that O'Reilly's mug

Not quite what it used to be. I had to go back twice for my part because it wasn't ordered or they ordered the wrong one. A little disappointed. And the employees need to learn. How to wear their uniform properly and not look so sloppy
The young lady behind the counter was on of the best oriely employee I have ever spoke to... She knew the part number for a hard part on my truck without even looking on the computer, then corrected my mistake on a part number I gave her. Saved me a solid 20bucks!!!! Also they carry boat parts saving me a trip..
Always good service. When I need new windshield wipers for my cars, I always go to O'Reilly and they change them for me. A small thing, but it illustrates the positive customer service experience.
