Lonestar Towing helped me immediately after getting scammed by Texans crown towing charging me over $300 and not picking up my vehicle. Lonestar doesn't charge you until they drop off your vehicle at the location that it's being delivered to. Call them before your insurance company.
Had a non-emergency related tow request. They were great with their communication, pricing was reasonable and they were very prompt and efficient. All-around great experience!
Not happy I had to call these guys out to help me get off the curb, but I’m thankful they were available to come out and it didn’t take long to get me back on track. A painful $125 lesson but I definitely recommend Lone Star Towing for their prompt and courteous service. And to the landlord for Dunkin’ Donuts in Marble Falls, let’s do something about that drive-thru curb! The tow guy said multiple people have gotten stuck there, and the general manager has tried to get them to do something about it. Let’s go!

Jesse helped tow my car in 107 degree weather. He was extremely fast to arrive, load the car on the truck, and deliver the car and I to our destination. He was very nice, had great a/c, and a phone charger. Thanks so much!!!!!

Fast service. Great driver, clean truck and friendly. A bit costly, but being in the middle of nowhere Texas you should expect it to cost more than a big city.

Last Friday I was involved in a car accident. My car was pretty banged up and emergency services called Lone Star. Brad showed up in about 10 minutes and loaded my car with careful consideration and expertise. He was kind and thoughtful and helped ease my anxiety in that moment. He was also very understanding about me asking him to take good care of my baby. Haha. I called them yesterday just to check-in, since I hadn't heard from the insurance co. The woman who answered was as kind as she could be and helpful in letting me know how things generally go. She allayed my worry and I appreciated her time very much. Far different from most of my towing experiences. I would highly reccomend them, and even though I hope I won't have to- if I ever need a tow, I know who I am going to call! Thanks y'all!
I highly recommend Lone Star Towing in Marble Falls Texas. They moved a large RV at a fair price. Helped remove and remount a wheel, gladly returning a second time on the same day, after the new tire was purchased. The travel trailer was securely hitched to their truck, lights were applied, it was towed at a safe speed, and delivered as promised. The whole process took time, and this company was patient, courteous. I trust Lone Star Towing and would definitely call them again.
I called Lone Star when I was having car trouble on the way home from work. Although I was too far for a last minute tow, I was met with suggestions on who to contact, and suggestions to save some money. I will definitely call Lone Star again if I'm ever in need of assistance!
My car broke down in Johnson city, and Brad came all the way from Marble Falls at 9:30pm to pick me up and take me and my car back to Wimberley. I'm unbelievably grateful for his service!! Called lonestar they came out and after sending him on a goose hunt for my car he found it and was very nice, understanding and professional also exceptionally affordable. I called Lone Star Towing & Recovery today Friday June 18, 2021 to have my Nissan Murano towed from the Chevrolet/Buick dealership to Texas Elite Car & Sales in Spicewood. I spoke with Brad who was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. The Murano was picked up in Marble Falls on time by Shawn, the tow truck driver. Shawn not only picked up the vehicle but arranged all the details for pick up and delivery. I made ONE telephone call to Lone Star Towing & Recovery and within 2 hours my vehicle was delivered to the final destination. Everyone involved communicated well and informed me of all the steps. The price to do all of that? Over 58 miles round trip. Under $200. What a stellar service I received. That company needs to be the business model all towing companies should follow. I wanted to tip the driver but the card payment system is not set up for that. I delivered the tip in person. So very impressed and so very grateful for that company. Thank you so much.
Brad was punctual, had excellent communication, and was extremely respectful. I hope I never have to call him again, but if I need a tow I won't hesitate to call Brad.
Today changing a tire takes more education than we have! We called Lone Star and he told us he would be there in about 30 minutes. Not even 30 minutes later, our tire was changed and we were back on the road. He was very polite and took care of us quickly and efficiently.

There’s many reasons why this man has so many 5 star reviews. He pulled me off a dangerous part of the highway late at night. Brad showed up within 30 minutes as promised. He then towed me off an incline so we could hook my brothers truck to my trailer on flat ground and he waited with me until my brother showed up, afterward he took my truck to the service shop. Professional with high integrity! Price was amazing!
He was awesome!!! We accidentally locked the car and had an infant locked inside and he came out and it took him like a minute to get into the car. We tried to give him money but he insisted on not taking it. He was a good hearted man. We felt baf he wouldnt take the money but it was nice to meet someone with such a good caring heart. Brad was phenomenal. Didn’t have the keys but he got it up on some dolly jacks and got it over to Kingsland from Burnett in no time. Even unlocked it for me and set the emergency brake cause I had him drop it on an inclined driveway. I strongly urge any and everyone in the Marble Falls, Kingsland and or Burnett townships to call Lone Star and only Lone Star. As fair and professional as they come.
