Great service! Brought my Edge to Quick Lane for a tire sensor. I appreciated their telling me the cost before the repairs were done. They did an excellent job, took me home & valet my vehicle to my house.

Horrible. I took my car there to get the tire sensors replaced and my horn fixed. They had my car for 3 days and said it would be done by Monday. Over the weekend, Trevor said he couldn’t find my lug nut keys, which it was right where I said it was when I went up there and looked for it myself. He gave me a quote of $2300 with a billion things that “needed” to be done and I declined because like I said, I only needed my tire sensors and horn fixed!!!! Monday rolls around and we’re tired of dealing with all of the wishy washy back and forth with Trevor. I tell him I want it back and oh now the battery is dead. I just replaced my battery in April! They say I have the wrong one in there anyways. I call autozone where I got the battery, and they confirm it’s the right battery since my car is a push start. Quoted me another $250. I say “you know what, just stop everything and we’ll take it somewhere else. When can I come get it?” Don’t get a reply back. So I just go back up there. Ohhh guess who’s on lunch? So I get a different guy to help me and then was told if I go straight to autozone I should be fine. Assuming they had to “jump start” my car since my “battery is dead”. We go to autozone and I turn it off and turn it back on just to see, and oh look at that. No problems at all turning on. The guy at autozone checked the life of the battery and OH! Look at that! It’s at 97%! This was a couple weeks ago and still, have had zero problem with my battery. This place just wants your money and LIES to get it. The managers did nothing about this either. They blamed it on Trevor being a new guy, but I’m assuming he still works here since I got the survey text from him. Don’t waste your time, money, and sanity taking your vehicle to the Ford dealership in College Station. If you do, do NOT let Trevor be your guy. My experience was absolutely ridiculous and I can’t help but think that we were taken advantage of like we were because we were two women who don’t know anything about cars. All just a money grab. Assuming this comment gets deleted, I just hope someone in management sees this and hires people with more integrity and respect for all of their customers.

They did a wonderful job on my truck. They let me know before I came in that progress was not done and I would be able to get the vehicle and drop it off again or they could keep it for the night and finish it the next day. I’m in college so having that option is crucial for me and I greatly appreciate it!! Kristin is also so easy to work with and she’s a lovely person!

I had an issue with my truck and Lucas was so helpful. Ordered the part, git it in the very next morningand had it put in my truck in 10 minutes. Lucas is a great example of great customer service. His communication skills are above par. Will go back to College Station Ford and ask for Lucas if I ever need additional help.

I showed up for a walk in oil change/ tail light bulb service. The wait was 1hr -1.5hrs. I asked if I could keep my keys to go run an errand as long as im back within the 1hr window. All was good. Stayed on site and came back in 45 min. I was greeted with " you didn't leave your keys so we moved you to bottom of the line and another hour and a half wait" very frustrating and a bad customer service experience. I love keeping service in house but won't be returning if service continues in that direction.

I had an issue with my car and Lucas was my service person. He was extremely helpful and made sure that I was taken care of. The issue that I had with my car none of the technicians had seen this problem before. After 2 days of diagnosing and problem solving they were able to come to a conclusion and a fix! Lucas kept me updated at all times and made sure to keep me informed at every stage. I was glad Lucas was able to be my service person!

Service personnel for vehicles is straight to the point. I didn’t notice a slight improvement of the dealership very clean when you come into this facility it’s not a home feeling just business. In the way, I think it should be little bit more personality instead of business. Not just straight to the point. The main thing is They took great care of my vehicle. Got it back on the road. I did buy insurance when I bought the vehicle there that help with the bill. I wasn’t inspecting The extra cost of the insurance After Paid in full previously forthe insurance . They charged me like I was going to the doctor saying I had a co-pay. of $100. even paying in full for their insurance. Other than that for this visit, everything was good. We’ll see what happens in the future.

I will first start off by saying it’s almost impossible to get a fire star rating from me however, Brandon along with the technician who completed my service truly deserve it. I arrived on time and was in and out in a reasonable amount of time with top-notch service. While the service was being performed on my vehicle, all of my questions were answered and addressed in a thorough and professional manner.

Always very satisfied with the service from College Station Ford. George was my service guy this time and he was very professional and friendly. Had my Bronco picked up from my work, took care of the service, and had my vehicle delivered back to me very quickly. Everyone is always so nice and professional. I have never had any issues with anyone or anything at this location. Yall keep up the great work!

Took my wife’s 2017 Expedition in to have backup camera repaired and got the oil changed and a tire rotation done also. We are very pleased with the work performed and the new backup camera is clearer than the original factory camera. Bobby did a good job of answering my questions and responding to my calls. We will return for any other problems that may arise

I was driving in from Dallas to visit my daughter in College Station on Saturday 9/6/2025, when my Explorer, about 60 miles out, started hesitating and the check engine light was flashing. My daughter called College Station Ford on Earl Rudder Freeway and spoke with Kristin. We explained the situation and that I was only in town for a couple days. Even though they were closing in a few hours Kristin said bring it in and we will see what we can do for you. I went straight there and arrived around noon (they closed at 3) In less than an hour they had diagnosed the issue and got started on the repairs. By 9:00 Monday morning they had me ready to go. I am so thankful to them for understanding the urgency of the issue and getting me taken care of and safely on my way back to Dallas. Big giant THUMBS UP!! Angela B. Dallas tx

I had a scheduled appointment at 8:00 am and I was about ten minutes late so I expected to be pushed back for my appointment but the service representative get me right in with no delays and provided awesome customer service. He informed me of my cabin filter and stated I could change it now or on my next visit. At other dealerships I always felt pressured and it was a must. The representative also informed me of my ford credit points along with a ford $20.00 credit which was awesome. I felt very grateful and careful about when I went to this dealership hats off to the service department. I be returning to this store in the future with our other Ford truck.

The staff is always very professional and courteous. They are always very accurate on when the vehicle will be ready and are up front with their time estimates. Also they make recommendations but do not pressure you pay for additional service or parts. Just keep you informed. Jose was fast and professional and can watch the vehicle being serviced through the window and I am very pleased with my experience

The work done was great! The communication from the service rep was terrible. When I was promised an update, I didn’t get one. Anytime I got an update on the repair work, I had to call to get it! I was told I would have my truck back by a certain day, and it never happened. Truck was in the shop over a week for a battery replacement and A/C hose replacement. All on a new truck less than 3 weeks old. Again, the work was great, the repairs were made and I haven’t had any issues since. But the lack of communication and customer service will have me thinking hard about returning!

Lucas was amazing. Best service advisor I've had the pleasure of working with at Ford. I went in to get a recall fixed, and thanks to Lucas letting me know the parts were in, I was able to get it done ASAP. He kept me in the loop and also sent me some suggestions I might want to get done while my vehicle was there. He gave great customer service and made the rental process, drop-off, and pickup a breeze.

Kristin did an excellent job in assisting me set up service for a recall on my vehicle. She went above and beyond from the first call through the txt message updates, setting up my rental pick up and the final notice that my vehicle was ready for pickup. She has an honest heart, and honest intentions. There’s only a few Kristin’s out there and I was favored to have had her as my service advisor. The simplicity of a thank you just isn’t enough! Kristin you rock! Outstanding customer service is rare these days and you nailed it!

Lucas was courteous and efficient. I scheduled recalls to be taken care of and Lucas pointed out other maintenance issues that need to be looked at. The valet service was awesome and time saving. The drivers were friendly. Try the valet service if you haven't used it yet.

My appointment was at 1:00 and I was checked in promptly at that time. My truck was assigned a bay quickly. The service (THE WORKS) was completed in a little over twenty minutes. The waiting area was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were courteous, professional and customer friendly. A good experience.

Brought car in for check regarding a system message related to the battery and charging issue. Got in quickly as I had made an appointment prior to going in the service center. Excellent attitude when I arrived even though the staff were working without any A|C service. I felt so bad for them. Yet, they had a great spirit. Customers were taken over to another area to wait. My warranty service was handled and I was out and back on the road home in a reasonable amount of time.

Absolutley exceptional service. Have never been or felt more taken care of in a timely as well as informitave manner. Lucas Lipscomb helped me AND FAST. 10/10 We definetly will use him for all our vehicles. Our mobile detailing unit had a window failure in the rain, it was fixed in 30 minutes. No appointment and that is unheard of.

I recently scheduled a service appointment with Lucas, who went above and beyond by pulling up all my warranty information ahead of time—super impressive! When I arrived, everything went smoothly. Bobby handled the check-in and got all the necessary work done on my vehicle in under four hours. The level of detail and customer care here is fantastic. Even though this dealership is out of my way, it’s absolutely worth the drive to be treated like a valued customer. They made sure parts were ready ahead of time thanks to the scheduled appointment, unlike other places that keep your car for weeks and still don’t finish the job. I’ll definitely be coming back!

A few months ago, I purchased a King Ranch Expedition and recently brought it to College Station Ford for a brake line recall. The team at the fast service center was fantastic—super helpful and professional. The technician assisting me was awesome, walking me through everything clearly. However, I was a bit embarrassed when they showed me my air filter—it was shockingly dirty, like it hadn’t been touched in years! I even asked to check the bay to confirm it was mine, and sure enough, it was. No fault of theirs; they were just being thorough and helpful. Overall, great service, and I appreciate their attention to detail, even if it led to a humbling moment for me! I’d definitely recommend College Station Ford for their excellent customer service.

They were wonderful and so accommodating. I am 9 months pregnant, due any day and I was needing to take my car in for a factory recall. They came out to our house and checked it here, taking a weight off my shoulders. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and they made things incredibly easy! Great service!

I have never gone anywhere, that can possibly compare to College Station Ford.. Particularly, the Service Department!! Joe, The Service Advisor went Above and Beyond several times for me! As a single woman, I've been extremely leary to put my trust into any service department/ mechanic etc. I feel very confident in their expertise and their compassion for their customers! For my oil change, I was not asked what type of oil I use, such as full synthetic or blended. I was given the blended oil. My truck uses full synthetic oil. Also, nobody told me if my oil plug was changed. Now, I’m stuck wondering if my truck will be damaged because of the wrong oil type and if the plug was changed. I picked the place because of your expertise. But I was disappointed by the lack of attention you take on customer service and communication. Today June 19th. I noticed my check engine light came on and I checked the oil and now it has no oil. I will be in tomorrow June 20 at 7am getting my oil replaced.

Keeping in mind that service at a dealership is always a bit more expensive, this experience was worth every penny. Friendly and knowledgeable advisors, knowledgeable and experienced techs and the inspection and tire rotation was included. Did not try to upsell me at all. The tech found a broken load sensor arm, apparently left by the last dealership to service my truck, and as he had an extra one from a previous job, he bent the bracket back into place and replaced it for free. After all that, it was still the fastest diesel oil change I’ve had done. Will definitely be back here for all my service for as long as I’m in the area.
