Matt Krause is excellent. I live in Dallas and my car broke down in CS on Superbowl Sunday. I called early Monday and he assisted with towing and got the vehicle assessed quickly. Repairs were done in a day. Of course you will pay a premium++ for parts and labor at this or any dealer.
Although I didn’t purchase my vehicle at this dealership, their customer service and ease to schedule service maintenance has always been amazing. They’re efficient, keep me informed with updates and always transparent with the information they provide. Michael has always been very helpful and polite!

I appreciated the discussion with my service advisor about service needs and options for my vehicle given the usage. Michael offered his assessment and options for me to consider. It was a much more personalized and customized assessment than most dealers. Warranty work was noted, discussed and taken care of that I didn’t know was necessary.

purchased my glc 300 there. The staff are very accommodating My sales person Manney was knowledgeable and helpful. He asked all the pertinent questions regarding the extras i wanted. Unfortunately sofware issues has happened 2x in 3 months. I traded in an edge ST i loved but ford kept having recalls. I will say Mercedes Service is exceptional. They keep you updated and wash my car. Not all bad!

Although I live in Dallas, it was one of the easiest car buying experiences I've had in many years. All was due to Kelly keeping me updated on the status of the S560 and not being pushy. We drove to College Station on a Saturday evening...absolutely loved the vehicle & returned on Monday to make the purchase. It was worth the drive. There wasn't any financing involved, so working with Aimee was a pleasure as well. I will refer family & friends.
I have a RV built on the Sprinter chassis. I had gotten back from a trip Sunday and called MB of College Station. Weeks before a different MB dealer looked and couldn't find anything. So with the same issue I spoke to Svc writer who said get it up to them when I can and they'd look at it. I dropped it off Monday afternoon and spoke to Matt. I explained I had photos of before and after pics along with some pics of research I had done. He looked at them and passed the pics of to the technician that was going to be working on it. By Wednesday they felt comfortable on a solution and proceeded with the repair. They had it ready Friday night but it was too late for me to pickup. I went Monday and looked everything over and all looks good. I also saw a side door seal that was a possible issue when dropping off and asked if they could keep it in our put some tape over it until I picked it up. They did without any issues. It's good to see this type of dedication in the industry. It's farther door me to go here but the experience alone makes it worth it.
It's a crazy world when it comes to maintenance and repairs. Albwit we have no fear when we get our mercedes maintained at the College Station dealership. Michael and the rest of the team are amazing. The work they do is a true bargain as to price. Their entire staff have a real commitment to getting it done right....the first time. All that and more is why we bring our mercedes' all the way from Rockwall, Tx to a place where they have our full faith and trust in their work and their commitment to excellence.
I very nice experience with Kelly Morgan buying a GLE 450e. She real knows Mercedes Benz. I never felt pressured like other dealerships. The whole team was polite and welcoming.

Short, sweet and to the point. I came in to buy a car and thought oh this is the one! Drove it about a month and HATED it. I emailed my concerns to Aimee. She told me to come in and I did. Gave me several options. She showed me the GLE, it’s high up, spacious, and GORGEOUS! I am elated and over the moon with my purchase. Let’s just say MB rolls out the red carpet for the people. Classy place. The way a business should be run. I flew to Austin to pick up a Sprinter Van, started driving back home to NC, 2 hours in the van won’t go over 55mph. Check engine light on. College Station was close by, they took me in late in the day without an appointment. They knew my situation, I’m stranded at the moment, and took time to get my van in immediately to try and get me back on the road. They couldn’t repair the van immediately, it was to close to closing time, so they shuttled me to a nearby hotel, and will pick me up once the van is repaired. Service Department, Matt Krause is on top of his game. Much thanks to College Station Mercedes Benz for expediting me so I can get back home. So far the service is perfect.
College Station, TX Mercedes is an outstanding dealership. I regularly go there for my Airstream Interstate Sprinter RV service. Their advisory staff, Matt and Michael, both are amazingly well informed and very courteous in accommodating customer needs and in my case preparing my RV for a long trip of few thousand miles. The dealership facilities are excellent if one has to wait in the lounge for few hours. I love the fact that I can watch from the lounge while my vehicle is being worked on. I highly recommend College Station Mercedez for service and to purchase new vehicles.

The service department front desk staff was hospitable and very friendly (a girl and another guy).
The facilities are beautiful. I was even able to work and have coffee while waiting for my car. The experience made me want to trade in my car for a new one
