Short, sweet and to the point. I came in to buy a car and thought oh this is the one! Drove it about a month and HATED it. I emailed my concerns to Aimee. She told me to come in and I did. Gave me several options. She showed me the GLE, it’s high up, spacious, and GORGEOUS! I am elated and over the moon with my purchase. Let’s just say MB rolls out the red carpet for the people. We were in from out of town and needed same day repair to get home. Mr. Sampson was awesome and helped get vehicle diagnosed and repaired in same day. Very appreciative
Classy place. The way a business should be run. I flew to Austin to pick up a Sprinter Van, started driving back home to NC, 2 hours in the van won’t go over 55mph. Check engine light on. College Station was close by, they took me in late in the day without an appointment. They knew my situation, I’m stranded at the moment, and took time to get my van in immediately to try and get me back on the road. They couldn’t repair the van immediately, it was to close to closing time, so they shuttled me to a nearby hotel, and will pick me up once the van is repaired. Service Department, Matt Krause is on top of his game. Much thanks to College Station Mercedes Benz for expediting me so I can get back home. So far the service is perfect.

College Station, TX Mercedes is an outstanding dealership. I regularly go there for my Airstream Interstate Sprinter RV service. Their advisory staff, Matt and Michael, both are amazingly well informed and very courteous in accommodating customer needs and in my case preparing my RV for a long trip of few thousand miles. The dealership facilities are excellent if one has to wait in the lounge for few hours. I love the fact that I can watch from the lounge while my vehicle is being worked on. I highly recommend College Station Mercedez for service and to purchase new vehicles.

Everyone that I have worked with at Mercedes-Benz Dealership in College Station are awesome. Michael S. is my main guy that I work with. He is on top of everything that needs to be done. They greet you by your name when you pull up and open your door with a smile. They wash & vacuum your car every time they work on it. The workmanship is done right. Just had all 4 rims resurfaced and they look brand new. Very impressive. Made the car look 100% better.
I was in my Ford Platinum truck one day and my tire light came on , so I pulled in. You would have thought it was a Mercedes truck. They took it back and checked all of my tires and put air in them. I love it because they are in College Station and I don't have to get in that Houston traffic. Thank you. I'll be back

The service department front desk staff was hospitable and very friendly (a girl and another guy).
The facilities are beautiful. I was even able to work and have coffee while waiting for my car. The experience made me want to trade in my car for a new one
