They have great services and nice people! Got me in and out in less than an hour for oil change and tire rotation!! Also love that the rotation comes with the oil change I don’t have to remember to get it done! Highly recommend
Any tire service location can change a tire and give you a quote — the real question is how they handle things when something unexpected happens. They managed my issue professionally, and I received very fair treatment.
Donavan Rodriguez, the customer advisor was very friendly, helpful, and kind when greeting me and communicating with me about my brakes. Despite not having my appointment in the books, Donavan still put me in to be seen. did not speak with the mechanic that worked on my car. However, he was very thorough when inspecting my brakes. Thank you for taking the time to fit me in and to offer a free brake inspection. I am very grateful to you all for this complimentary service. Have a wonderful day!

Second time being serviced here and the staff are fantastic. Recently got a flat and they ordered and got a replacement in less than 24 hours. They even went above and beyond to look into whether my old tires I bought at a Goodyear in Louisiana were still under warranty since I didn’t have the paperwork on hand. Saved me plenty of money and spared me of any hassles.

Less than 1 star. My son walked in for a tire rotation and oil change yesterday. Battery apparently needed replacing too. He left the shop yesterday and it IMMEDIATELY started vibrating at which point he went back and was told he needed 2 new tires. Left it over night and goes to get it today and it will not go into gear. They said it was the transmission. How is this possible when the car was perfectly fine when he dropped it off yesterday?? My husband spoke to them and all they could say was "I don't know."
I had a fantastic experience at this automotive car place. Their affordable prices and exceptional workmanship really impressed me. They efficiently fixed my car's wheel bearings, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommended!
I was greeted by a warm friendly face as soon as I came in. Explained what I wanted/needed and they took a look at my car. They came back & explained everything in detail that I did or did not need. They did my oil change well and efficiently (if a bit overpriced) BUT I went in with 4 working blinkers and ~MYSTERIOUSLY~ one of them "stopped working" and they tried to charge me $90 to fix it. If you go here, make sure you know everything that is up with your car, DO NOT let them upsell you (especially if you are a young female who looks like you don't know anything). Overall, they did a fine job, but DO NOT TRUST THEM.

On October 6, I took my Lexus RX330 2006 to change the rear struts. I knew they were expired, but also there was a noise when the car reached 45 mph and I assumed it was those struts. Goodyear suggested changing not only the struts but also the Left Front CV Axle because it was destroyed and I accepted the repair.
They replaced the rear struts and the left front axle, finished the repair (October 8), but the car continued with the same noise. I returned that same day, they checked the car and the conclusion (besides the fact that they insisted that a tire had to be replaced), was that I should seek a second opinion from a Lexus or Toyota dealer because they could not identify the origin of the failure.
I took the car to a Toyota dealer on Tuesday, October 11 and their assessment was that Goodyear had done the repair wrong. Of course, they charged me $185 for the evaluation and gave me an exorbitant quote to fix the problem.
I returned to Good Year on Thursday, October 13 to have the vehicle rechecked, based on the review of the Toyota dealer. After reviewing the car, they offered to replace the Left Front CV Axle at no cost. On Friday afternoon, October 14, whiles I was going in an Uber to pick up the vehicle, they called to tell me that a new problem had arisen and the car might be ready the next day.
"The problem" was that while installing the new Left Front CV Axle, they damaged the left front caliper and had to rebuild it. The car was not ready on Saturday 15 but on Monday 17, and still had the same failure (the noise). At this point, they just told us that they cannot do any more.
Finally, I found a mechanic who solved the problem: it was in the right front axle (not just the left one) and he replaced it at a fraction of what the left one cost at Goodyear.
Moral of the story: Goodyear could work if you are looking for new tires or an oil service. But repairs beyond that, from my own experience, I do not recommend. As for me, I will never go back to any Goodyear in the United States, despite the fact that I’m entitled to a 3 Year Alignment Program free of charge. I simply lost confidence in them and in general terms their service was well below what one might reasonably expect.
The Goodyear in College Station was very helpful and professional when it came to me purchasing new tires. They had the tires I needed in stock and were fair priced compared to other stores. They got me in and out. I highly recommend Goodyear in College Station and will be a continued customer.
Goodyear in College Station is the very best place to get tires and your car serviced. I am an Aggie and they treat the town and all the customers with care and respect...they do the best quality and job on your car. They also have the best mechanics...I been going to them now for 5 years....outstanding job! thank you! no one is better!
All I have to say about this place is that it's amazing. I went in to change my brakes and to get a tire rotation not only where they friendly, they where quick and nice enough to tell me that my shocks where almost bad. That was a real life saver because I was gonna give that car to my niece and God forbid she had an accident because I didn't keep up with the maintenance on the car. Overall their prices where great the people where amazing and they saw me as a person not as cash walking in and out the door. This is my go to stop for all my vehicle needs.
P.S. The free coffee and drinks where cool too got some coffee from the kureg and felt like I was in my living room for a bit
Experienced great customer service at this facility. The guys did a great and quick job working in the heat to install new tires and perform alignments. Tires were also of a very fair price.
In six years of living here I have pretty regularly visited this goodyear with varying experiences , but its always been decent and I come to it pretty consistently for my vehicles needs. But this time around Richard Mccabe was the guy helping me out in the front and he really impressed. Not only was he knowledgeable about the products but he talked me through pricing and helped me find a compromise that was within my budget but met the quality standards I needed to get back on the road. The team that they have here care about getting things done, and doing them right. Richard even took ownership of an issue that came up getting the parts delivered for my vehicle this time around, before I even knew about it he had it handled and got the job done!
Richard Mccade was an awesome help for me today as I took my car to be serviced! He was respectful and professional on the call prior, and even the more in person. He kept me informed about things going on with my vehicle during the service. He walked me through what they were going to do, once I consented for them to continue, and reiterated when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. Overall, he was exceptional and will one day be even more exceptional as a Manager!

I’m very happy with this location again. Paul is the new manager. Paul is leaps and bounds better than the former manager. I came in and this morning Steve helped me out when I came in. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a few other things I wanted checked out. I had to leave my truck due to their schedule and the amount of time it would take to get my service, I didn’t mind one bit. The oil change price is fairly reasonable considering they will rotate your tires, most other places this is an extra cost. I’m glad the old manager is gone and I will gladly give Paul or Steve my business as long as they’re working at this location.
Michael is right that they’re seriously understaffed. Used to take 45 minutes to an hour now for an oil change. I just went by and I was told it would take at least 2 hours with only one car in the bay. I asked the guy if I could just schedule something at 6 when I get off work and he said no because they leave at 7. He said they’re already pretty much shut down by 6 so don’t even bother. Not coming back to this Goodyear location ever again. The staff used to be great here but not anymore, customer service sucks here now. I wish I could give less stars.
I never have to worry about my vehicle, they always provide excellent care. They are always upfront and explain work that is required to keep my vehicle in the best possible condition. They also provide all options available and I never feel pressured when it comes to making decisions about the work needed. Justin is very knowledgeable, professional, polite, courteous, and friendly. I always feel relieved to see him behind the counter when I get there. Like tonight, I went in for a scheduled oil change and asked if they could do a state inspection, no problem and he took care of the alignment which was under warranty. Excellent service for my vehicle and me from all staff at this location. Never a long wait, even for unscheduled repairs. These mechanics know their stuff and get it done right. Such a relief for me and peace of mind, to know they are taking care of my vehicle and have my best interest in keeping me off the side of the road or towed away. Many thanks and much appreciated, and so very grateful and thankful!!!!
