Despite some positive reviews here my experience with this husband and wife team has been astonishingly bad. My daughter is a 19 year old sophomore at A&M and her car was illegally towed in the fall by these people. They had a towing warning sign hung so low in a lot that it couldn’t be seen by an entering car which is why the state of Texas has laws that specify the height requirements for towing warning signs or they are illegal. Despite that I had to pay $400 to get her car back from these people but my daughter went to court and filed a request for a tow protest hearing. In December my daughter appeared before a judge and Mrs. Tribble represented her business. At the end of the hearing the judge agreed with my daughter and said the tow had been illegal and that my daughter was owed her money back plus court costs. The Tribbles had 21 days to appeal, they did not. After the 21 days my daughter started calling them asking when she would receive her money back and since then it has been dozens upon dozens of plainly deceitful lies from the Tribbles. She’s been told that the check was in the mail, oh but we were having trouble with our mail, oh but we’ve sent you another check, oh our postman is sick, oh the owner isn’t here today call back later…and ON AND ON AND ON for the last 4 months! We have now had to engage an attorney to help enforce the court order because the Tribbles would rather defy a judge’s orders than pay a 19 year old back $500 for illegally towing her car. This kind of lying and deceitful behavior with a teenager they feel they can take advantage of should tell you EVERYTHING you need to know about these people and this business. Do not trust them, they are liars and they are thieves. Shame on this business. Just in case they try to lie- I have attached the receipts.
I would not trust this company with any of my vehicles. An absolutely careless driver was flying down Wellborn road to respond to an issue on capstone. Weaving in and out of traffic and cutting people off. I can’t imagine what they do when they have your vehicle in tow. Very risky and Dangerous behavior.

I broke down and needed a towing company. My roadside assistance goes through Alstate and this company was assigned to my rescue. First, I want to say Tori is awesome. He’s down to earth and followed instructions of calling me five minutes before he was gonna arrive. His truck was clean inside and out! After Tori called me and told me he would be there in about 10 minutes. It was sooner than that. He got that sucker up. Got it back to my house, dropped it down easily! I was very pleased because I have had towing company do damages to my vehicle before. Shot out to the receptionist, which I am sorry I did not get her name, that answered the phone, she was very pleasant and easy to speak to! Thanks guys!
I’m assuming we have either young drivers or careless ones overall.. driving down Texas Ave and their tow truck comes flying beside me and hops in front of me because they need to make a coming left turn! How about get in your appropriate lane before hand so you don’t almost kill someone! Next time you may not be so lucky!

I had them tow my truck to a local shop to fix before we needed it for vacation, the guy who towed it lost my keys so the shop wasn’t able to work on it till 4 days later than expected and I had to get a rental for vacation. I showed grace and didn’t leave a negative review until today because I was riding down hyw 6 and there driver almost hit me. I honked to let him know he didn’t fit and was gunna clip me and flicked me off, my 10 yr old daughter was sitting on that side and wanted to know why he was pointing “the bad finger” and what did she do. They’re classless and can’t even do the job they’re paid to do efficiently
We had a tire blowout about 5 minutes down the road and called this company because they were the closest despite the many negative reviews. I would encourage people in a similar situation to just look elsewhere. Even though we were right by and they claimed multiple times it would only be a few minutes, the tow truck took an hour to arrive, which drained our gas and battery. And during loading/unloading, our 2019 Mustang GT was treated very roughly, damaging the front and rear bumpers. This was witnessed and commented on even by the employees at our destination Discount Tire who very kindly put our front bumper back into place. The tow was decently priced, but their payment system wasn’t working, and they just took our credit card without telling us a total. Until we got a bank receipt we had no idea what it cost us. Service was terrible, price would have been acceptable had they not caused more damage to our vehicle. They also had us pack into the cabin of the tow truck unsafely and illegally. I had to sit on my partners lap while the driver got distracted several times while driving, almost veering into the opposing lane. I would NOT recommend getting a tow from this company unless you have absolutely zero options.
One of the control arms snapped into two pieces at a stop sign. It is a good thing that the car broke down at a speed less than 5 miles/h. It was towed to a repair shop near my place. It wasn't easy to get the car onto and off of the flatbed since one of the wheel just won't cooperate. Reasonably priced. Good service overall!
On a long drive, my car ran out of gas and its battery died on the same night in College Station. After a brief phone call, Tribble & Sons arrived at the scene promptly and the driver, Max, helped get my car running and back on the road again in short order. He and his partner were extremely helpful and polite, and they went above and beyond to provide the roadside assistance I needed.
The most unprofessional ratchet customer service anyone could receive. I honestly do not know how they legally stay in business. This place needs to be shut down if not sold to a more professional, reliable, higher quality personnel.

Absolutely awful business establishment. I called to inquire about my car that they towed, Mr Tribble was beyond unprofessional and rude. Do not use his services. He even hung up the phone during our conversation. This is not how you treat customers. There are plenty of other professional establishments to utilize that value their customers.
This place is the worst. They towed my car from a CVS parking lot (717 University Dr #101, College Station, TX 77840) and severely dented and scratched it. When I stopped by to pick it up and noticed the damage they refused to provide their insurance information and would not release the car without paying for the tow fee. When I told them I would report them to the Better Business Bureau they just laughed in my face. I had to call the cops to get a report and release my vehicle without having to sign a waiver for the damage.
I cannot express how sincere I am when I say that I will never call another tow company unless under duress or out of state. See, I was in a real pickle. Picture it, my truck in a water soaked ditch, middle of the night, middle of no where (okay, really just outside Navasota), had called 4 other companies over a 3 hour period, only to be put off with excuses (my favorite was, "yes we're 24/7 but couldn't you like call back in the morning, like later morning?"- really? smh). Finally I get a friendly voice that stayed in contact, making sure they could find me and that I was ok. They got my truck out with a little elbow grease and it cost half of what I was expecting to be charged. Hands down great service, even better people, and one hell of a happy customer.
It’s posting under Landon but this is his mom. This company was very nice and professional. Misty was super nice and helped us so much. My college freshman broke down on the side of busy hwy 6 while driving home from College Station. They came out quickly and took care of everything. Thank you so much! I did not get the young man’s name but he was knowledgeable and moved the truck to safer location to load it up.
This is the most unprofessional towing company I have ever experienced. They are supposedly open 24 hours but don’t have anyone here during their office hours and when confronted about it are extremely rude. The dispatch lady was so incredibly disrespectful to me when I asked her why no one was here. She should be fired for her lack of customer service and amount of disrespect. I am repulsed by this company and no one should EVER go through them. If I could give them -5 stars I would!
What a terrible company. Got towed almost immediately for visiting my friend, had to pay $30 for an Uber because I don’t have a car, and I get here and there’s no one running the office, nowhere to sit, nowhere to wait except outside on the curb. Awful, awful place. Been waiting here for 30 minutes, called their number, and they then told me that I have to call an hour in advance to get my car back. Seriously? You can wait in parking lots all day to take cars but you can’t run your own office?
They are or were very kind and very helpful with helping me get pics of my SUV and the things of my out the suv. And answering my questions about my SUV to the best of their ability.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! Very unprofessional staff. If I could give no stars I would. My all wheel drive SUV was towed and but only by 2 wheels, it was drug over 100 yards before he realized it. He then put the dollies on the car. I called the owner and explained the situation and he said he would give me a comp tow..... every time I called they said they would come and no one would show. Finally I get on the phone again and they say nothing is wrong we never promised anything to you and hung up the phone.
Bought an old "47" Chevy that had been parked for several years in a field. The sons were exceptionally nice and professional. They got the car out of a rough spot and got it to our home in the same condition it was in when the car was bought. Will do business with them again. Charges were reasonable, as well.
*Do not go retrieve your car from this place alone!!* This company is incredibly unprofessional. The owner was disrespectful on the phone and even cussed me out when I asked for clarification on how to retrieve my car. The lady on the phone was also very rude and neither of them properly answered the phone or provided me with clear information. When I was finally able to get my car the owner opens his gun to make sure it was loaded directly in front of me! I was concerned for my safety. These people do not know how to run a company or interact with clients.
