Honestly if you need a tow because something like your car battery stopped working or your car stopped on the road, you’re better off Carling fire stone. They charge significantly less and they tell you as well as can give you a diagnostic on what else is wrong.
I used College Station Family Towing to tow my car from one mechanic to another. I called 45mins before the time they said they could meet me and when I arrived, they were not there. I then waited another 30mins and finally received a call. The man said he was 30 mins away and was coming from out of town. I think it’s really unprofessional to set a time to meet and then be over an hour late. If I could give 0 stars in this rating, I would. I will never used College Station Family Towing again and would never recommend them.
