When I tell you Mr. Mark is a good and honest man please believe. My left rear brake light was out. I called Mr.Mark from references at AutoZone, came right in and he solved the issue. I will certainly be coming back for all my auto repair work.

Mr. Mark is incredible. We needed our family SUV repaired very quickly and he took excellent care of us at a very fair price. Will certainly come back for future needs.

Moved into the area and needed someone I could trust to take care of my car whenever theres an issue. I tried several different spots most of which were overpriced and or didn't do quality work. But mark is the man. I've gone to him for everything from brake issues, battery issues I've even compared his prices and they are very fair . This is a black owned business that I can very much rely on. Also Mark is one of the warmest nicest people you'll ever meet. Treats every customer like family.

After going to a dealership and spending way too much to not get the problem fixed, I decided to give this small local business a chance and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I brought my Hyundai in cause the AC was blowing warm. When I pulled into the lot, with in second, Mark came out and greeted us with the biggest smile. He was super kind and friendly to both me and my husband as I explained my car troubles. He was very straightforward about the repair and cost. His price was very fair and honestly the best you’re going to get. He was able to get the part in and finish the repair in a day. We spent some time chitchatting when I came to pick up my car and let me tell you, this is a honest hard working man. We look forward to taking all our future repairs here!

I was referred to this best hidden secret shop, lol! His service was quick and proficient. My brakes were done in less than an hour. I would recommend E & A for all your auto repair needs.

I have come this this shop on 2 different occasions in 2 different cars. He diagnosed both vehicles with in 5 minutes. I need a thermostat for My truck and he know what it was before I got out the car. The pricing have always been affordable. The accommodations while waiting for your ride are cool. My Toyota Matrix fan started to make lot of noise all of a sudden. Called E & A Auto repair. He responded immediately and took care of it within the day. He replaced the complete fan assembly, checked the car, topped all fluids and i had my car up and running again. I think his price was very reasonable for parts and labor. And most of all he is HONEST.

We've been using Mark at E&A Auto for all our automotive repair needs for over seven years now. He is the most honest, reliable and trustworthy mechanic we've ever encountered. We've recommended him to several family members and friends, and they all agree he's the best! Edit: We moved from this area a couple of years ago, and after having no luck finding a new mechanic, we decided it was worth the drive back to Mark. He's still every bit as honest and reliable as he has always been. Were so thankful he's still fixing cars and providing excellent service!

Mr. Mark is a gem. His shop is nestled among homes on county Rd. 59. Our family has been customers for years and will continue. His honest approach is rare, when he is not able to repair our vehicle he sends us to a shop locally that can. We are customers for life.

E & A Auto repair always does great work Mark is very honest with you about your repairs and give a very good price for his work. If for any reason he doesn't do the type of work your car or truck require he knows other shops near by and will send you and let them know he sent you. Mr. Mark has worked on my vehicle on 2 separate occasions. Both times he has diagnosed correctly and fixed the problem in a very quick and reasonable time frame. his pricing is also fantastic. Any problems I can’t or don’t want to handle, I’ll be sending here.

I am glad to have a local shop I can trust near my house. A cylinder went out in my car and it was time to get them all replaced after 80k miles on the original set. Mark was very nice, charged a fair price, and repaired my car in good time. 1k miles later and car is still running great. I will definitely be taking my car here for future repairs.

I am so glad I found this shop. Mark is so honest and hard working. He cares very much about his customers and goes the extra mile to save you money while doing top notch work. Truly genuine, sincere man, very skilled, is not in the business to rip you off. Everytime I've gone to an auto shop they overprice everything and hand me some ridiculous, unaffordable quote. Mark took the time to go over my options, explained what absolutely needed to be done, and what didn't, and worked with me to get me the best service possible. Very fast turnaround as well. Bring your vehicle here, you won't regret it.

Very reasonable pricing. We had our car diagnosed at another shop. They quoted a ridiculous price. We called 10shops and E&A gave the best price. Dropped our car had it fixed quickly and gave us information along the way. Then it turned out to be cheaper than quoted. I don't know the last time that happened at an auto repair shop. We found our new go to shop for all auto repair. I'll be bringing back my vehicles and telling friends and family to use them. Finally, the owner was very friendly and honest and I couldn't have asked for better service.

Mark does an awesome job! I had Pepboys tell me that my car needed $1200 worth of work. I decided to take my car to Mark. Turned out the car only needed about one repair and he charged me $300. If you want reasonable and honest auto repairs, then go to EA Auto.

He's very honest and affordable, before I located him, I got an outrageous price to fix my brakes from somewhere else, and I was told both the front and rear brakes were out, but when I got Mark's, he said only the front brakes are worn out and his price was excellent. He also gave me lounge to relax with my son and even tuned in kids TV for him to watch. I recommend him 100%

Excellent service, as soon as I pulled up Mark already knew what was wrong, of course he still ran diagnostics and all that, he is such a nice guy. I called earlier in the morning, and didnt get an answer, he called me immediately right back, that alone was a good impression. He even set me up with a little outside lounge area while I waited lol. Very reasonable price also. Definitely gonna be my cars new doctor. 10/10

I don't usually leave reviews but I was impressed with the customer service and expertise of Mark. I called and spoke to Mark over the phone. He asked me a few questions about my car and was actually able to recommend a fix that worked perfectly, all over the phone. I'm definitely making E & A my go-to mechanic now highly recommend them.

Mark is top notch. Tells you what's wrong with car. Gives great advice regarding your repairs on cars. Let's you know if he can fix or if you need to take to dealer or elsewhere. Very honest and upstanding young man. I told my coworkers and family about him. 2 thumbs up!!!!

Mark is awesome. I went to him to get my front axle replaced and he also discovered that the ty rod had gone bad. I was very impressed with his work, both the quality and timely manner in which he took care of my vehicle. Very honest and straight forward while charging less than many of the big name auto repair shops. What I'm most grateful for is his attention to detail as he also discovered a near hole in my brake line that could have potentially been disastrous to my family and I had it gone unfixed. I won't take my car anywhere else from now on!
