Lynnie was such a great help! My battery had seen better days and had quite a bit of corrosion. I offered to change the battery myself at home but he took the time to clean way the corrosion and got me back on the road safe and sound. Thank you for helping even in this heat!

They are very friendly and helpful. They will help you with your vehicle. Erik assisted my dad and I today with a light. He went above and beyond. Such a gentleman, held the door open for me. He has been raised well! His family should be very proud. I lived in the area for years and never had a problem with them.
Excellent customer service, they helped me with a battery that was dead due to frost. Two hours later they called me to let me know that it was ready.

Great service and super helpful staff. I came to buy a better and get it installed. Of course in Houston fashion, it's intermittently raining. Mariah was so patient and took care of me. I've always had great experiences at this location.
This place usually has what I need, when I need it. You can order online and it will ship to the store free as well. That method takes a tad longer but gets the job done.
I spoke with an employee initially asking him how to search up a car part number and he gave me sarcastic response. I then asked for the car part number specifically so i can order it online and he refused to give me the number insisting he orders it himself, for me . After I refused the first time he seemed to get annoyed with me and hung up. I do not recommend ever going to this store if you’re expecting decent customer service… this doesn’t even deserve a singular star.
Started the day with a dead battery and made it to O’Reillys in Manvel TX. Battery was checked, new possibilities quoted and then it was installed by Carlos. He was very thorough and professional. His excellent service made up for the bad start to the day.
Repeatedly good service at this location in particular, Richard, Josey, and now Mariah have helped me with different parts, etc... She is the bomb, young lady that grew up working on stuff with her dad, she was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional! The other staff as well, I just don't know all their names, but haven't had a bad experience here!
Very bad service, I paid for a product and waited 3 hours, then I went to pick it up, I waited 1 hour more for them to make calls, they told me they don't have it and that I have to wait until 3 days. I ask for a solution and the answer is that it is not their problem after I have paid.
I feel like I'm wasting the workers time when I'm just trying to buy something. Manager should train the worker on customer service interaction to many workers just walking around while 4or5 customers or waiting in line for 1 cashier.
Savannah was great, she was so nice. Helped me find the part I needed quickly, and she also knew more than what my mechanic did. Make her a manager!! Lol.
I want to commend the staff at this location on their customer service and honesty! We visited this location in the evening and I had my wallet fall out of my car into the parking lot. The night manager, Michelle found it and an employee named Scott reached out to me on Facebook to return my wallet! They went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of, in a very important way! It was nice to feel like there are still good people in this world. I would suggest this location to everyone as they have a wonderful and caring staff!
The staff here was A1 in helping me with all my needs. They were all friendly and helpful. When they couldn't help a customer with a particular product or service they apologized and were very nice. These guys are close to my home and will always get my business.
We purchased a battery three years ago with a three year warranty. The battery went bad one day after three years. When I went to store to buy a new one, the manager at the store heard my conversation with Andes sales clerk and instructed him to give credi and replace the battery. Thank you for excellent service.
Today, for the second time in 3 years, I had the same employee here refused to change batteries, batteries which cost $180 apiece and I was buying 2 for a diesel truck. This same employee is always arrogant, negative and acts like he is doing the customer a favor. I am a business owner in this area and give this O'Reilly a ton of business. After this repeat experience, I will no longer give this location any business. I am severely disappointed in this location due to this specific employee. I will say that everyone else I have experienced in here over the years, excluding this specific employee, has helped me out and gone above and beyond. Sad thing is, the employee that refused to help me out for the second time with the same issue is the one that is there most often and regularly. Just horrible.
My goto store. They pretty much always have everything I need if not they usually will get it within a few hours. Had to order some special order parts and had them in a few days. Staff is friendly and always willing to help and give advice.
Very helpful gentlemen working in this store. I did come in knowing exactly what I needed but they still helped point me to the right aisle even though they were all busy. Quickly checked me out and I was on my way. Will be returning here in the future.

As I entered the store I was warmly welcomed with a good morning by the staff. Jerry stood out to me immediately. I needed a low beem light for my wife's car another gentleman helped me. I knew I had no idea how to change this bulb so I asked the gentleman did he know how. He said he didn't but Jerry probably did. So he asked Jerry and Jerry's attitude and response to help me was like of course and so eager to take care of a problem that was not there responsibility. Jerry changed the light in 5 minutes and was so nice and kind doing so.
My job is the foundation of customer service so I know excellence when I see it. Thank you Jerry. O'Reilly is blessed to have you representing there company in excellence!
I stopped here to buy a small bottle of tire air for my tires but they didnt have any in stock (backordered). They were nice enough to suggest a place that compresses general purpose air and for me to just use that in my tires instead until the tire air arrives. I did that and I really can hardly tell the difference between tire air from the bottle and the compressed general purpose air. These guys are AWESOME!!!
