Tonight around 10 pm I had a flat tire on Hwy 95 between Bastrop and Elgin. Long dark stretch of hwy with people flying by at 75 miles an hour. I called AAA and they sent out Freedom Towing. It did take just about the 58 minutes that the app said that it would take and the driver Matthew Webber called me twice to check on me to make sure where I was. He helped me push all the recycling in the back of my Honda Pilot to the front so that he could get to the tool that he needed in the back of the SUV. Put on my spare in record time and then after telling me not to drive over 50 miles per hour on it he followed me to the turn off for my subdivision, which was 2 miles down the road. That was really nice of him. Since I have a 2015 Honda I have more stuff going wrong but mostly flat tires (darn those nails on the roads) and they have always been the ones that AAA sends out and they have always been helpful and professional.
Corey was the name of the driver that came and rescued our Van from a fairly sketchy spot on HWY 77. I was at work all day, so It was almost 10 p.m. when I called AAA. Corey showed up from FREEDOM TOWING and RECOVERY. He was in such high spirits and very congenial, we were cracking jokes as if we were old college buddies. He was very safety oriented and two steps ahead of any dangers that could even possibly have occurred, outside of natural disasters or random Space-X pieces falling from the sky. His good humor and lighter disposition, all the while with flawless execution at his trade; it made me check myself “Woe is me” attitude and try take a cleaner look at the actual situation for what it was. Namely, kids went to camp, had a blast learning wonderful skills that will translate into their life now but set them up wonderfully for their futures (I have 7 kids). Not to mention the biggest thing I needed to recognize was that my wife and all 7 of my kiddos made it home safely.
Corey made the experience so much better with his open communication and his Safety First mentality!
Safe driver, very responsive, ON-TIME, made sure everyone was safe and that the next two steps would be for everyone! He was Safety conscious for himself, me but also those on the road who may or may not materialize.

The boys I worked with went above and beyond my expectations. They were not only friendly and helpful, but truly cared about getting me taken care of. When the first dealership we went to couldn’t work on my truck, they had no problem loading it back up and taking me to another shop that could take care of the repair. I can’t thank them enough. I live in the country, and I have acquired several vehicle over the years that are no longer running. I was needing them moved around my property so that everything is looking organized. Wes is the driver who came to my aide, he moved them around and placed the vehicles where I needed them. Five stars is not nearly enough to rate my experience with these folks. My trailer hitch popped loose from my tow vehicle when I hit a bump on SH71 westbound near FM969, and I had pulled over to assess the problem. I had just walked around to the passenger side of my truck, when I noticed a Freedom Towing truck backing towards me on the feeder road. The guy stopped and walked towards me carrying a small jack to raise the trailer hitch and reconnect it to my truck. Apparently, he had seen the entire event and was already preparing to stop and provide assistance before I even noticed he was there. Thanks y'all so very much!!!

Very aggressive driver came to tow my car, walked right past me when I stuck my hand out for a handshake, complained about the branches in the way (never been a problem before), was extremely rude to my mother when asking her to put our dog in the house, giving ultimatums like a dictator. Dispatch said he's been biten 4 times.
I understand his concern. He should try being less rude and aggressiveans, maybe the dogs will feel less threatened.
My response to the owners reply....
As I told your driver on the second day, I was completely willing and able to keep the dog in the house, I let him know that he was already locked in the house with no way to get out. He told me "no you need to go ahead and call AAA and have them reroute another company." That's when I called Dispatch and told them the dog is locked inside. She said if that's the case, she will send the driver. Then I called back and told her to cancel the request. I didn't bother to explain it to her, but I didn't trust your driver not to be confrontational or even to scratch or damage my vehicle after having such a contentious exchange with him.
The only company I would ever call when I need a tow or a jump. Super fast and always there when I need them ! I was stranded at Walmart and they came to my rescue to jump my battery within minutes of my call. Thanks freedom towing !
Freedom Towing helped me a few weeks ago and I can’t thank them enough. Our car was having issues and my husband got stranded with our kiddos. I can’t remember the drivers name but he was so accommodating and was a true life saver. Thank you Freedom Towing!
