We're 3 weeks in now, for an engine swap. Yes, the weather has delayed progress by a week. I called today and was told the mechanic left at 2 today for a doctor's appointment and if I could call tomorrow I can find out how far along the swap is. Originally, told it'd be 2 weeks. I will update this review when relevant info needs disclosure, imho. ***Update*** 7 weeks! They left the windows down and the interior was coated in dirt from their yard, dust from outside and I was quite dismayed to think this is how higher end vehicles are taken care of.Luis was very rude on the phone, in week 5 when inquiring about the progress, accusing me of calling the day before. That was untrue, as my last call was the week before and he wasn't available. Overall, 3 stars and imho, meh. YGWYPF. If you choose this business just be sure to have another mode of transportation and take their estimated completion date with a grain of salt. Don't expect the vehicle to be treated with paper floor mats either, lol.
Worst shop ever. Took my 2012 GL450 in for a misfire and a fuel leak. Worst experience ever in San Antonio. I was quoted 1400 for labor alone up front. Knowing the fuel tank steps of removal I didn’t argue the price and paid up front. They didn’t start on my truck for another two months. Supposedly I need a whole new fuel tank because of some fuel pumps…Scam. Then they didn’t even tightened my driveline bolts. The carrier bearing wasn’t tightened. The driveline was rubbing against the heat shields. No torque marks on the driveline. The owner is complete clueless doesn’t know anything. The techs are out dated and don’t know how to troubleshoot anything. Just clueless part changers. To any Vets or anyone who’s thinking about using this place don’t. Trust me. They only care about the cash. Not the customer or their safety leaving that shop. Windows were left down, everything from outside was inside of the car. All work is done outside . So the weather will have your car sitting in one spot for months. The professionalism doesn’t exist at this place. Avoid at all cost.
This establishment doesn't accept any form of debit or credit card nor do they have an ATM to accommodate customers that are unaware that they accept only cash. The next 2 closet corner stores with ATMs, both out of service and from Von Army all the way to S.W. Military Dr to finally find an ATM at a 7-11 then back to Von Army to be able to pay in cash for the part I needed. Super inconvenient!
These guys are honest, knowledgeable, and charge fair prices! I had a transmission problem and they swapped it out for another at a fair price. Since then, I haven't had any issues, but I did have to come back in regards to my acceleration (completely different issue). The owner quickly looked at it and checked it out. He told me what I needed to do. I tried to pay him for his assessment and advice, the owner told me, "know worries, anything to get you going.". These guys are there to help, not to make a quick buck. If you are a female or just someone that has no idea, come see these guys.
Also, after my transmission was fixed, I was hooked up with a new emblem and license plate light strip. Again, no charge, but a well deserved tip for the hook up. It's the least I could do.
They did a wonderful job. Mike and Luis were very thorough and explained everything in detail and my car was up and running the next day. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MIKE. VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH THE UPMOST RESPECT WHEN EXPLAINING EVERYTHING TO ME. I recommend this place.
I have purchased hard to find parts from here many times and they are the only place in town that will have them, but the exchange policy is no good. I sent somebody to buy a headlight for my 540i, when the light got here it was trash. Broken pieces , a wire holding a clamp right. I don’t think they really care about quality. My car is a dream car I wouldn’t ever use that trash. They would t refund the money gave me a $250 credit. Thanks a lot
My experience here was awful.
Not only did they keep my vehicle for MONTHS but they did NOT fix it. Luis did not refund me for the service he didn’t even do. They also scratched my car while it was there. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Worst experience and the customer service is just as bad as their work. Do not take your vehicle here. I would not even give it one star rating.
Price jumped 100 dollars over night for a bumper I was planning on buying. Went from 250 to 350 when I called the very next day.. found the same thing for 100 from another salvage yard… shady business isn’t how I like to do my business
Horrible just horrible. They have had my car since November.. 7months later still no car. Yes motor was replaced, but 7months. Each day another excuse. May 19..excuse still not ready. Should be ready tomorrow 🙄.

My experience is very excellent and everyone is well mannered great service.. And they take care of your cars like if they're Fixing their own cars. All I have to say was it was an excellent experience there at all beamers and Benz I highly recommend it
🛑 DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! My daughter went to go get a rack & pinion, because that's what she was told was the problem by a friend. When she went to buy part they convinced her to fix it there. After putting rack & pinion she bought from them they charged her $450. Part n labor. Then they call her to say that wasn't the problem, the problem was the power steering pump. Now they told her she needed $250. more for that part n labor. I called them to ask them what mechanic doesn't check real problem then notify client and go from there. They said because she said that was the problem so they just did it. Then found it wasn't the problem. I told them she isn't a mechanic you are so why not check problem first? We went in circles to no avail. So my daughter paid the additional$250. She got take BIG TIME!!! Owner said he had been in business 26 years, I told him he had been ripping people off 26 years. Fare WARNING 🛑😱don't take you car there, the owner is rude and wouldn't let me talk so BUYER BEWARE!!!
Mike at this place is a scammer, he has no idea what he is doing. He replaced a part of my Mercedes with an old part old part but charged me for the new part and the vehicle turned on its anti theft protection and he couldn’t hack it, he should have installed and original part from the get go. He gave me the turn around for over three weeks and when I towed my away away from his lot the car had a bad dent. I take good care of my car and it was most definitely not dented when I left it at his shop. He kept my money and didn’t fix the car.
WARNING!!!’ Consumers Beware! These people are crooks and scammers! Do NOT use them not even for an oil change! 3/4 of the work I took my car in for where never done nor was the part I took in ever replaced on my vehicle! It was still in a box on a Mechanics tool chest! Just to get them to actually do the work on my car I got into a altercation with the mechanic and he quickly realized I wasn’t just some dumb female that didn’t know anything! Rude horrible people and overpriced!!!!
Took my n54 335 cause the reduced power limp mode was on. Paid 620 to fix it. After car sat there for almost 3 weeks. Car was driveable under 80mph but reduced power light still comes on...I had car For a week and a light kept coming on I took it back to get it fixed and to tell me what was wrong with it and they charge me another diagnostic fee of $85 to tell me the same issues that they were supposed to fix..I was a repeat customer I already paid them almost 300 for the fuel pressure regulator services...So I’ve been on the phone all morning trying to find another shop and I have to explain to them that I want light completely gone and everything fixed, price is not an issue and I feel that the shop took advantage of that...Maybe for salvage parts and non-major issues it would be a good shop but anything major I would not spend your money here...This is my first ever review by the way and I felt that strongly about it that I wasted money that I would like to warn others. Shop elsewhere
Stay away, they sold me a part they assured would fit. I told them my old part looked different, he guaranteed it. Well, it didnt fit. Took the part back, wouldn't refund my money & gave me store credit. Sad individual's, they must be hard up for cash. Poor customer service, once they have your money their done with you. Go elsewhere.
My boyfriend and I hit a deer early December. We found out about All Bimmers and Benzes from an auto shop. Due to the damage, we needed a new hood and bumper. We got the bumper from another place and got the hood from them. They were very helpful, insightful, and made us feel comfortable. They painted the bumper and hood for a great price and very quickly! We dropped both parts off on a Friday morning and they were ready to be picked up the next day. My Dad put the parts on himself. My boyfriend and I were overall VERY pleased with the paint job. I highly recommend this place! If we ever have any issues, we will definitely come back!
Horrible experience. The owner got all aggressive and snotty because he didn't know the exact part I was talking about as if he couldn't hear me when I said it clearly repeatedly. Caught an attitude afterwards and pretty much told us to leave and said we're not allowed to look at anything and to buy from the dealer.
Purchased a Mercedes part from them that was defective. Wouldn’t refund my money, only wanted to give me a store credit. I asked them prior to purchasing if the part didn’t work I can get a refund? Yes,no problem they said. They are all liars.
Worst customer service ever! Do not show with these guys ever! Gave us the wrong parts, call back said they'd drop the correct parts off in the morning. Never showed up, called back in the afternoon and was told a guy was on the road. Hour later, still nothing. Called back again and was told parts are pulled but they don't have anyone to bring them to us! Everyone you talk to will have a different story and not will to make up for the inconvenience. Save you're money and shop else were.
