i will nor recommend using this place, really rude personnel, the owner kicked out my driver off the load, because the bill was twice much at is was promised. this people are liars!!! don't use them under any circumstances!!!
I have faithfully used hvaing towing three times so far and each time the staff in the office and the driver have all been profession kind patient people. Other service are rude and bullying. I highly recommend this service especially to all the females out there that can't get help make help elsewhere. All of dan Antonio shod have them on your phones. Omg it was so great I was like wow did you know they tow cars I was like thank a they were like your welcome bye and I was like bye then it hit us all wate I don't even have a car how did I get here
No matter the issue if its a time slot that someone booked a week before
we fill that it should be kept no matter the issue that comes.
That's why we booked a week prior.
Man I called this service cause the other towing company broke down coming to tow my car so I called hawkins an the guy said he'll be there in 10mins, i thought to myself there is no way.... Cause ive been waiting in the car on the side of the highway for an 1 hour I ran across the street to grab a drink an I looked an he wasn't there an I go to pay my drink an he was there already putting down the flat bed. Wow.. Was not expecting that. The tow truck has very cold AC :-).
Just had our RV towed to Doggett Freightliner by Hawkins towing and recovery. Excellent service excellent job totally amazing I was definitely put it ease when they came and took our “home” In to get repaired! This is especially important because we are full time RVers
I believe the drivers name was Noah and he did an excellent job was very very careful with our rig would highly recommend
Just used their service for a tractor/trailer tow. Very friendly service. Made arrangements to have trucked towed next morning, Truck was towed on time as promised. Fair prices. No complaints
Excellent customer service and a personable staff combined with a fair price is what makes this company stand out above the rest. Bobby came out and was a pro; he called before he arrived and followed up once he dropped off my truck at the dealer. A bit later, I received a call from the office to make sure everything went smoothly. I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism and would recommend them to anyone!
