This (6 August) was my second experience with Nadia Towing, and “Ray”, who is without question, the most forthright, honest, and experienced Tow mechanic Professional.
On this occasion, I had the pleasure and opportunity of doing business with (fortunately) Ray and his associate, Adam. Let’s face it, needing a tow is oftentimes an unfortunate situation, Period. However, no matter what the case may be, Ray not only possesses the utmost integrity, but has the uncanny ability of putting the customer at ease, and seamlessly providing first class tow service. In addition, Ray provides sound mechanical assistance and/or advice, exceptional response times and all at a more than reasonable rate.
The overall OUTSTANDING service and support are a true credit to Ray and Adam, Nadia Towing, and small businesses everywhere.

The tow truck driver name Adam was very helpful and professional he helped me with my Porsche and he certified Porsche Towing top service was very gentle with my car and explained everything very knowledgeable and use the right equipment and his truck was clean. I highly recommend this company, Nadia Towing I believe they’re the best company
Using my insurance company to get this company to tow my car ended up going the wrong direction. They never "received" the work order from my company, even though my company was texting me the entire time. Wasted the day on this experience, would not suggest them.
I see the bad reviews and I totally see why people would not recommend them because of the inconvenience but in the same note it might be the location you are in and where they are willing to come from. What they might need to work on is being more honest of the eta to the broken down vehicle.
Here is my experience… My husband was driving my truck and after the LONG day of one thing after another happening he was on his way to pick up the kids from school and it broke down 5 min from the school so I had to go get them. Might not seem like much but we are a split household and the kids mom works off 2222 and we live in North Austin and I work in Hutto. So the drive is a lot to go pick up kids from school.
Our insurance picked them to get the vehicle and bring it back to the house. Moses drove from Kyle to where my husband was and then take it to North Austin. Unfortunately when they got to the house my trucks door had locked and with it being an old truck and the fact when I bought it it only had one key and one clicker, the clicker wouldn't unlock the car. I guess that's cuz the battery was dead on the truck, who knows!..Not sure exactly… He did EVERYTHING in his power to try to get the truck off the tow truck. It wasn't working with ALL his effort.
He recommended that we call a locksmith and I said yes. It came in 20 min and the truck was off. Not only was he patient, persistent at trying to get the truck off his bed, he was so considerate of our situation and his patience was something I wish more people had. If you have to call them please recommend Moses. If you don't get home I hope that the person you get is as amazing as him.
If I ever get into a situation like this again I will be calling them again.
Awful experience. They gave me a two hour window. When they didn't show, I called. They hung up on me the first time. When I called back, they dismissed the call. The driver would not answer his phone either. They finally showed up hours later. I don't recommend them.
5 star review not precisely for the company but for the driver Moises that assigned to my case. The first driver schedule never show up and Moises came to my rescue. He maintained clear communication with me and was very Professional and polite with me. Thanks again Moises you save my day by being able to put my car the repair today, I appreciate your help!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. State Farm arranged to have them pick up my car, and it was a nightmare from the get-go. My car was essentially missing for 5 days. They picked it up on a Friday to deliver it to a body shop for my appointment on Monday. This is after I was told that they MIGHT be able to pick it up Monday or Tuesday at the earliest. I assumed (I know, that's my fault) it was dropped off Friday after they left with it. I had a feeling something wasn't right, so I called the body shop Monday afternoon to make sure my car was delivered. It wasn't. They told the insurance company it got rejected on Friday, which is understandable since they tried to drop it off after hours. Not sure why that seemed like a good idea, but what do I know. Between this company and State Farm, my car apparently sat in some sketchy storage lot (I went there in person to try and find my car, since it wasn't where it should have been) for days before FINALLY being delivered on WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. This was after I got a text asking if I was satisfied with the service provided, with the WRONG ADDRESS as the destination for my car. Honestly, I was about to report it stolen, because all I was getting was excuses as to why it hadn't been delivered yet. Calling them was useless, and the driver that picked up my car was incredibly rude.
If your insurance or anyone else sends these people to tow your vehicle, demand another service. Or maybe just push your car where you need it to go; it will likely get there faster. And at least you'll know where it is.
My insurance company put in a request to Nadia towing before 8am. It’s been 3.5 hours of them saying they will be here, “shortly.” Then 20 min…. After another hour the insurance company finally contacted someone else. I’m lucky I was home and not on the side of the road.
After a horrible day, I needed towing. Yaz came to help move my car into a safe location and went above and beyond. He was kind, helpful, and worked hard to ensure it was in our desired location. You ROCK Yaz! Never thought I would be leaving a towing company a 5/5!
This company is the absolute worst! State Farm recommended them after an accident. Was sent a text that they would arrive in 90-120 minutes….
3 HOURS LATER, they show up and RUSH us to clean out the car!!! They stated they had numerous other towing jobs and had to rush us! I was later contacted by the collision team that was working on my auto, Nadia towing did not deliver my car until 1 1/2 hours later…from the time they left my house to the collision team!!!
Please DO NOT use Nadia’s towing for any reason!! I will also be contacting State Farm for the HORRIBLE referral!!!
Got prompt, professional service. Moreover, when my car's roadside assistance service incorrectly directed him to deliver my vehicle to the wrong dealership, the driver transported my vehicle to the correct dealership nearby without any hesitation. I really appreciate his help, and I would gladly use this company again.
Stranded Car died ! Overheating in Texas high heats!
Ray the tow truck technician is extremely helpful, courteous, amazingly knowledgeable. He saved me quickly from the Texas heat today and towed my van to my home. I called and he answered super fast.
He was quick working with strong work ethic which we rarely see these days. He really goes above and beyond with old school values, and gave me insight on my vehicle when he really didn't have to. I feel Ray was an angel sent from above ! He even advised me on future outlook for my vehicle and didn't hesitate, leaving me feeling stranded...NO, I actually felt hopeful after talking to him; as if he were taking care of a family or close friend giving his intellectual advice. I have never experienced such 5star + customer service from a tow company before and I've been in too many sticky situations to count. Not today, not with Ray by my side... It was a hopeless morning, but like a sun ray ready to brighten your day here came Mr Ray!!!
Insurance assigned Nadia towing. Never came , never picked up the phone ( straight to voicemail). Missed my body shop appointment for the car. This by far the most testing experience 7:30am in the morning. Everything was planned and booked in advanced and still everything goes wrong as the tow truck decides to not come
Extremely bad service. I do not recommend. Waited for an hour and they didn't show up. This is a trend with them, look at other reviews. They canceled and didn't tell me. I called my insurance to see what happened and even my insurance agent said the tow company was extremely aggressive and rude to them. Stay away!
Waited over an hour for a tow only for them to cancel my service without ever contacting me. Absolutely zero help and made an already frustrating situation significantly worse.
Ray showed up to take my son's car for transmission work. Would not shift out of park. Started car and he saw that the shifter cable was off the shifting arm. Put the cable back on and the tyranny worked perfect. Explained what part to buy and how to replace. Saved us hundreds. Thank you Ray professional to the 9's.

Showed up 45 minutes later than ETA given. On the tracker showed them sitting down the street for over 40 minutes.
The driver was argumentative, rude and wouldn’t answer any questions. Simply demanded my keys. Car is dead, I don’t want a jump start- just a tow.
Called the dispatcher and he advised I didn’t need to give them my keys because I was following behind.
Driver refused to take the car and left, then dispatch no longer would answer my calls.
Still stranded.

Give a man a fish, feed him for a day, teach a man to fish, feed him for a lifetime. I owe so much to the guys at Nadia's towing. A couple weeks ago I had just wheeled my wife to the car still recovering from anaesthesia and surgery to a car we were left with no other choice but to tow 71 miles home, and an absolute miracle showed up in a Nadia's towing truck! Very honest and hard working man showed me where the shift cable slipped off and bam, we were on the way in no time. He specifically mentioned that he thought the $750+ tow bill was too much. He could have easily just taken the car all the way but really went above and beyond. Thank you so much for your help. Hopefully I won't need your services again but if I ever do you will be on speed dial. God bless!
Pretty much the bad reviews are on point. Nadia towing was assigned to me by my insurance and that was very unfortunate. Tried to call but went straight to VM and at the same time, no updates were given other than the tracking app on the phone. It went from 25 minute wait, to 35 mins, to 60 mins, 90 mins, and so on and so forth. I constantly refreshed the gps tracking and it showed them circling one location for 20-30 mins in downtown before coming to a full stop at one location. Then the gps tracking for the towing company disappeared for 10 minutes before re-appearing and they were going the opposite way of where my vehicle was supposed to be picked up. Could've just been one of those days, but it's still inexcusable from a customer service standpoint. At least pick up the phone or call to give an update, instead of leaving customers straight to VM.
We had a great experience with Nadia towing this evening. I wish I had gotten the driver’s name! He arrived ahead of schedule and was so friendly, engaging, and efficient. We were connected to the company by our insurance company and could not have asked for any better assistance after being stranded on I-35.

Nadia towing stated they would be onsite after 1.5 hours. Several calls placed were left unanswered. 30 minutes after the arrival time passed I was informed they adjusted their eta to an additional hour.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! IF YOU SEE THAT YOUR INSURANCE ASSIGNED IT ASK FOR ANOTHER ONE! They arrived 2 hours late and when they were transporting my vehicle home one of their straps broke and did damage to the front of my vehicle! Please be smart unlike me at the time and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
So my roadside assistance assigned this Nadia towing company to come and tow my car at 2:30pm yesterday. They gave an eta of 90 minutes that’s ok place closes at 6 so I’ll still have time. I call to confirm and a gentleman named Alex says to give them about an hour. 90 minutes go by and the app that updates days will arrive soon eta unavailable. Call the number back Alex gives me the driver Joseph number. This guy says he is dropping off in bee cave where I’m located he still has to take another vehicle to Congress and then it will be me. Looking at another 45 minutes to an hour minimum before he gets to me. When I explain that I have been given different eta and I need to be at the facility before they close, he said that I should have spoken with him first place because it’s not likely they will make it with traffic and the order given. I might as well call my provider tell them to find someone else but given the time it was it’s not likely I would make it either way I’m “SOL”. He hangs up on me and 10 seconds later I’m getting a notification that the company is unable to complete the job and my provider will have to find another company. Left me waiting a total of 2 hours before telling me they won’t make it and had to find another company. When you try to call the company number back they blocked the number because they don’t want to answer to wrong eta even my provider tried to contact them and were blocked. You have poor communication, you don’t give accurate times and you allow people to contact drivers without knowing more accurate information. I don’t understand how y’all can expect to have such unprofessional communication with people that are paying for your services and then cancel because I’m upset you keep needing additional time after I had already been waiting for hours.
My insurance company used this company . They called and texted me the ETA of my vehicle. I went to the collision center to wait for my vehicle. It was not there. I called them to get a status update and I was told my vehicle hadn't even left the warehouse yet. It would have been a professional courtesy to receive a phone call if they knew they were not going to meet the ETA, since they didn't even leave the warehouse.
Do not use this towing company!!!!

Terrible customer service. False eta. No communication. Ignored my calls. In the end, they didnt even pick up my car, but told chase they did, then told them later that they didnt. They just left my car there.
I was making sure they wouldn't get turned around and kept repeating where I was, seemed like they had trouble finding me even still. I was waiting outside after they called and were trying to figure out where I was, it was 109 (heat index) already and I felt like I was going to collapse if I didn't get inside. I called to cancel my order and the driver just hung up on me. Fine, I won't give my business to this company.
Let me begin by saying I gave them 1 star because I had to give them a star, if I could give them 0 stars I would. They are UNRELIABLE, RUDE, and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Today I had my car towed through State Farm (they were amazing, and so helpful) State Farm used this vendor for my tow. I called in for a tow at 9 AM, and the ETA was 11:30 AM. They arrived to the location on time, HOWEVER, they left the location without picking up my car or even contacting me. The location where the car was called me and informed me that they left my car and didn’t even ask where it was located or anything. I then called them and they were EXTREMELY RUDE, and even lied about their reasoning for not picking up my car. I was told they were going to come back to get it, let’s fast forward to 2:30, where my car WAS STILL NOT PICKED UP. At that time, I called State Farm and notified them of what happened, State Farm called them back (and the representative even said they were nasty!) and informed them another company would take my car. Then 2 minutes later, I get a call from the tow company and they “now have my car and it’s being towed to me” they were screaming at me and telling me to call State Farm to allow them to tow my car. I then called State Farm and spoke with 2 more representatives that also said they were rude. I called the towing company back and they ignored my call. Then at 4:00 PM they called to say they were at my apartment and needed to know where to park the car, they rushed my car off the towing bed, parked my car and left the front bumper out where someone could ultimately swipe the front of my car, they shoved the keys into my hands and then drove off. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE THE CHOICE.
The driver was awesome! He had excellent communication with me. Came sooner than expected. And was so fun when he showed up it made my car situation not so bad. My car was taken care of and I’m really happy I got to meet him.
Horrible communication, never responded to my text or call. I was told from my insurance company, per Nadia Towing the ETA was 1 1/2 30 minutes into waiting. Then was told it would be another 45 more minutes. They lied to my insurance company and told them they dropped my car off a long time ago. Then showed up 20 minutes later. I would advise anyone to find out prior who will be towing their vehicle through their insurance company and look at reviews.
