HORRIBLE! I’m glad to see that i’m not the only one with a horrible experience. I called them to see if they had my vehicle and they said they had found it based on the make and model but it was registered under joshua? I said that’s not true i’m the only car with that model and color at the apartment complex it got towed at so i’m pretty sure it’s mine. I told him i had the plates and i gave them to him. He “checked” and said no we don’t have it. He told me I should file a police report. As i was talking he just hung up on me ?!?! WHAT? I called again and told him that i had called earlier like 2 seconds ago and he had just hung up or it got disconnected but he didn’t seem to care. I had to give all the details about the car all over again. He said they had it but someone else was already going to look at it. Brother what? i just called literally 2 min ago or less. This time he told the truth and said the car was under my name. I’m not one to leave reviews or be rude. But how is the guy answering the calls and doing everything at the office allowed to have the worst customer experience. The page looks so welcoming but the location does not seem to align with the company’s image and mission. I don’t know if they were trying to trick me so i’d leave my car there and they could make some money or the guy at the office is just dumb. Experience so bad I will NEVER forget to register wherever I go. Also 233$ !!!! Broo It got towed at 11pm and i picked it up at 11 am the following morning. So trash man.
Waited outside for 15 mins and then when the guy opened the door to let me in and pay, he told me only I could go in (heavier sided guy) and my girlfriend had to wait outside. I asked why and the guy said word for word “because I said so”. Not sure if the dude was power tripping or having a bad day, although the first outcome seems more spot on, either way it was rude and unprofessional and when people are already pissed because their car gets towed it doesn’t help to be greeted like that right through the door. Definitely rises tensions for no reason. Also besides that the price for my tow was 330$, straight up outrageous.
Ridiculous. Went to the location for San Antonio on the website and it is the abandoned Trinity Towing site. Still has signs up and all. Car was unregistered for 20 minutes and it was towed despite being registered on time for multiple days. Came to actual building and was told to wait because of a shift change.
They want to be predators and take away cars parked for 10 minutes knowing their registration is nearly impossible when people working with them don’t know how to give east guest code instructions. Smh, making money off people baring scraping by making it harder, how does this benefit anything. This is 2 funny n dumb. Birthday yesterday too. Thank you!!!! 240$? Just to get my car back!???
My car was towed for parking at my apartment when i have a parking sticker at the apartment i pay rent at. They towed it by “mistake” but i had to miss work find a ride all the way to jones maltsberger from von ormy and on top of that waste my gas. Update they aren’t even at jones Maltsberger they are near wind crest.
Extremely rude, unfair, unhelpful and lack of basic human decency and respect. Much less empathy. I would never in my life go to them for any service. Making money off of hard working people and then acting like that is disgusting.

Trinity Towing is at it again illegally towing vehicles when they shouldn't be. The converse meadows mobile home park was fixing their roads this morning.And they asked all residents to have the vehicles moved by eight o'clock. Before eight o'clock trinity was in towing residents vehicles from their own driveways. There are multiple home surveillance cams that have them towing before 8 o'clock.And when you call they're rude they yell and they say oh well as your word against mine. Unfortunately for the residents, they don't have cameras are stuck with paying high price to get their vehicle back. I wish the BBB or someone would look into them. Heck even a News station.
How can a company with so many bad reviews not be released investigated.

this place is overall horrible, they’re rude and so unprofessional. was willing to pay my dues and leave with no issues but it turned into the complete opposite. The front desk lady had an attitude through the roof from the start, a big long haired dude came out yelling in my face about my boyfriend standing outside the door due to them only allowing 1 person in the office per car though he was not doing anything wrong or causing a disturbance the front desk lady proceeded to cuss at me and say rude things. i went back and fourth until i got everything over with and she proceeded to continue over and over until i left. her mouth was NASTY, overall this place needs to be looked into.
I am very disappointed in this company. They are rude and above all racist. My parents saw a car left on their company property and stopped to see if someone left it there in case they needed assistance (my dad is a mechanic and his business is an auto shop), but then the tow truck came and started yelling at my parents to get back and that he doesn’t have time to deal with them. My parents started backing away to their own car and then the tow truck drive yelled at my parents once again calling them “wetbacks”. This is exceptionally rude and disrespectful as my parents were simply trying to help. Out of respect to the entire Hispanic community please do not support this company.
Would give zero stars if i could. This company is the definition of trash. They said my car wasn’t registered and towed it for absolutely no reason. Even after showing proof that we DID register it, they still forced us to drive an hour through a storm just to deal with their incompetence. They then proceeded to make us pay them $331! The front desk lady… completely lacking any costumer service or sympathy. This isn’t a business, it’s a scam operation
WORST TOWING COMPANY EVER!!! Towed my vehicle from my apartment even though it was registered on my lease and with my apartment. They obviously have no records of anything and is poorly ran business.
Credit where it's due, my experience with this company was positive despite the circumstances. My apartment complex failed to properly get me the parking tags for my newly purchased vehicle, so I was towed improperly due to the fault of the apartment. I also couldn't pick up my vehicle for 5 days because I left town for vacation that same morning. When Trinity was told to release my vehicle to me at no charge I was skeptical they would comply, but when I arrived this morning I was met promptly at the gate. They checked my DL to verify it was my car and released it to me without issue. The entire experience took less than 5 minutes. As far as I can tell my vehicle looks to be without damage (I did take pictures just in case). I didn't catch the man's name, but I appreciate him very much. Lots of anxiety was unnecessary in the end.
This place is TERRIBLE. This year ALONE, my car has been towed FIVE times. The guy receptionist yelled at me over the phone last night because I told him my parking pass was on the dashboard and he said no it’s not. Then I proceeded to tell him the car next to mine didn’t have a pass AND registration sticker was from 2023 (the last time my car got towed was because it was the day after my sticker expired). He then yelled and said “that’s not my problem, you signed your lease that says we can tow whenever we want!” It’s been $227 every single time, which is $1,135 total this year on towing. When I got to my car the pass was indeed on the dashboard visible AND stuff in my car was moved. RIDICULOUS.
This company towed my daughters car from her apartment complex. We had to call their number over 10 times to even get a chance to speak with someone, I proceeded to tell the guy not to put me on hold again and he rudely asked me what did I want. I told him they towed my daughter’s car illegally from her apartment complex he said his driver said there was no permit so they towed it, I explained to him where the permit was and his response was if my guys don’t see it then they can tow it no matter what. When we got to the place they only wanted to allow 1 person in the gate as if the place is something special so I went in since my daughter just gave birth 6 days ago, when I got into the office the man was extremely rude and just down right nasty. We gave him the money and he counted it and stated we didn’t give him all the money I told him to recount it again and he stated he didn’t need to because he already counted it, with him being that rude I started treating him just the same told him to recount it and he did and proceeded to laugh and say oh there is the 20 it was behind the other bill. I asked for a receipt he said he didn’t have to provide one and I said yes you do I need a full receipt so that we can turn it into the complex for money back. Once he gave us the receipt he walked us out and I asked if we wait there for him to retrieve the car and he said no aim not going to go get your car you can walk the lot and find it yourself. This is the worst place there is and I will be filing a complaint against this company they are only it it to steal money from other peoples pockets.
Horrible customer service, I registered my vehicle through my residential portal and called to verify. The young man advised he did not see it on his end. I proceeded to ask if I could email him the confirmation of my vehicle added through my online portal so my vehicle does not get towed and he just kept repeating the same thing, that he doesn't see it on his end. I understood him the first time! I asked for a manager and no manager available till tomorrow morning at 10am. What is so hard to switch the vehicle I had for a new vehicle....... Money hungry. You reap what you sow!
This place is a joke! THEYRE THIEFS!! I was parked at my patients apartment complex for 15-20 mins to visit my patient, came out and my truck was gone! They charged me $226 to get my truck out then they painted numbers on my windshield and I have no way of removing the paint. This place needs to get a ton of complaints filed on them. Upon retrieving my vehicle at their ghetto looking gate, they left me standing there ringing their cheap doorbell in 100 degree weather. I will be filing a complaint on them!

Tells you 1 amount and when you go in ,no more than 10 hours later mind you, it turns into a much higher amount. Rude manager. Rude and disrespectful. They towed my car from my reserved handicap spot and when they realized they messed up they left my car in the middle of the street. After my neighbor chased them telling them they can’t do that they had the audacity to take my car and demand payment. I had witnesses and pictures and they still demanded payment to release my car when it was their mistake!
Horrible place. We picked up our car the same day it was towed and I'm still getting certified letters that my car is there. When we call it's the same person that answers and gives us different names and they don't remove our car from the system.
Worst place ever. They say back in the corner watching me and my child moving into a new apartment today and taking things in and when I came back out the neighbor said she seen them take my car and a van. They said I was doubled parked meaning 2 parking spots in from of my apartment. We dnt even have parking permits and they plotted watched and soon as we got the deep freezer in my car was honey. Had to pay $322 to get it out. The line was so long when I got there and all these ppl said they car was illegally towed in there apartments today as well. They were all over the city taking cars and because I live in Leon valley and they say it’s no San Antonio I had to pay $100 more than others . They are the real definition of some dirty hustlers
Ah, yes—five-star service if your goal is to be talked down to by someone who clearly thinks “customer service” is just a rumor. The woman answering the phones was an absolute gem—if by “gem” you mean rude, dismissive, and rocking a tone that screamed, “I hate my job and you.” She confidently declared the car was in a handicapped spot, which would’ve been impressive… had it been remotely true. But hey, why let facts ruin a good story?
At this point, I’m not sure if this is a business or a poorly-run social experiment. Between the lies, the attitude, and the complete lack of professionalism, I’m left wondering if the goal is to drive customers away—because if so, they’re absolutely crushing it!
This morning on April 16 at 7:45 AM I come to collect my vehicle. The gentleman that is working this morning has denied me access so that I can retrieve my vehicle. I asked for the supervisor he said the supervisor isn’t here. He doesn’t get here till 10 AM. I had to call the police and have them come so that I could retrieve my vehicle because they’re holding my vehicle captive. I would give them no stars if I could they should not be an operation
Towed my vehicle “unauthorized vehicle in parking spot” literally my apartments do not assign parking spaces. He said my vehicle was parked more then 3 days with flat tire which was a lie. My tire was low and only been there 2 days because I hadn’t went anywhere. When I try to ask him who authorized them to take my vehicle the guy said,”I can only give you information on the amount to retrieve it.”then hung up on me.
These people are scammers and I’m gonna report them and make sure I get heard.

Straight trash… I was towed cause they took it upon thier selves to determine what’s parking and what’s not parking…coming in at night trolling the parking lots and taking cars, they’re in apartments walking around acting like security guards/police and enforcing ther own rules at the Brooksfiields apts on military dr.. the apt managers should be ashamed and held accountable for these thugs,it’s a legal racket ran as a towing company , these people are not good…
They illegally tow vehicles. They are required to have the vehicles completely loaded up and secured before they are able to drive off and the owner of the vehicle is allowed to ask them to drop the vehicle up until the time it is fully secured. They do not follow this process, they lift the vehicle and speed off down the street where they then secure the vehicle and avoid the chance of having the vehicle owner stopping them. I attached a photo of one of the drivers securing the vehicle after leaving the place of pick-up.
I wish I could leave 0 stars. Not only did they take away my car from my designated SPOT that we pay for monthly. They also broke a piece of my car and I can see a red streak from either their trailer or their bright red tow truck. When we arrived at the place to pay a $251 fine… not only were they RUDE. But they took forever and they have not one ounce of sympathy or care. This place honestly should be shut down. I’m not the only one with problems with this place.

Waited over an hour to pick up my car because of “shift change”. Are you serious? I have no car and I have to wait outside in 104 degrees … because of a shift change. I’m sure taking payment and bring my car out could take 5 minutes maybe less. Clearly the lady in the picture was too busy changing a camera battery and still could not assist me. Please make it make sense because to me it doesn’t. If you ever come by this business, understand how rude and disrespectful they are!!! Only name I got a name from the lady at the front desk but it was not her name but apparently the manager (Monica). When I asked for a number to contact Monica the lady at the front said you have to contact the same number.. please Monica understand that your employees don’t care about anyone but themselves. Monica do your self a favor and get better employees. Or shut down this towing company. Please and thank you!
I was extremely understanding and polite to the office worker. She was rude and disrespectful. Extremely surprised because it should typically be the other way around. My car was unrightfully towed from my own apt complex. Terrible service can’t talk to anyone in person. Had to chase someone down to get my car out that was blocked in.
