Very poor customer service. This company needs staff who understand their roles. They were quite rude and unprofessional. I will suggest that our HOA consider replacing this company with someone who treats people more professionally.
Had to have my brother's vehicle towed because I'm out of state and everything from the payment system to the communication, price and timeliness of dispatching quickly, finding someone to access at the drop-off point and providing pictures as proof of condition of the vehicle and confirmation that it did arrive as destination correctly couldn't have asked for better service at a worse time.
Avoid this place if you can. Very Poor customer service. They won't give you all the info and will try to extort money from you somehow. They charged me more for service till I had to "check" them to adjust the bill. Never deal with them again.
$350 then they blocked my car in with other cars and made me trapeze my way through other peoples cars on a dirt and gravel road. Check for rock damages
Rude phone operator and threatening tow truck driver. I was literally threatened by tow truck driver as I was treated rude by phone operator. If they don't like their job they should get new one. Customer service isn't at this business
This towing company is the worst . They took my car when it was parked in my drive way , they took my neighbors truck 2 days before this for no reason ! I came to the lot and the girl who works inside is rude and told me and my husband to shut up and closed the box on us!
Rude rude girl by the name of (Theresa) she is so unprofessional when it comes to repos then her comment was “ If you wanted your car back, maybe you should’ve paid on time. Mine is not the one on the inside of the gate. Yours is to the point where the cops had to be called. I was literally informed by officers to call them to come and pick up my vehicle in the morning at 10 o’clock because they are so rude and unprofessional. Trying to price gouge me saying Need to pay an extra $200 if I want to pick it up after hours in which there after hours at the time was around 3:30 in the afternoon lied to the police just to get them away once I retrieve my vehicle I will never ever deal with them again and will be reporting them to the state. Very unprofessional
It was an absolutely horrible experience. Please never go here. You have to stand outside in the heat while talking to this tiny hole in the wall with a one sided mirror. It takes forever, the service is horrible.
I have no ideas how they got all these fake 5 star reviews they were the most disrespectful people I have ever dealt with there was problem after problem the worst they told me to bring exact money in cash and when I arrived i was there for 7 more hours in the heat it was 730 dollars then after being rude and yelling at me through the phone every time I called she tells me there was a mistake on there behalf and because the system rebooted the price went up to 950 bucks and when I told them how is that my fault I already gave you the money she grabs the cash I gave her and throws it at me through the window no exaggeration she throws the money at me and says oh well there’s nothing we can do it’s not coming out of our money just very rude worst experience ever and then I put the remaining balance on my card she tries to charge me an extra 100 dollars on my card I did the math myself and corrected her and she says again after trying to charge me extra on the card and says that’s my fault and this is already after she added to the original price she gave me …..I recently used a different tow company from Laredo tx to San Antonio and they were way better then these lady’s very disrespectful and rude 0% customer service if I can give 0 stars I would

First of all, I’ve lived at my current home for 7 years now. There is one road with spaces to parallel park that I and my guests have used for overnight parking hundreds of times over the last 7 years. Both my boyfriend and I parked our cars there last night as I was having a water softener installed today at my house and wanted to give the servicemen room to work in my garage/driveway. Both our cars were towed. There was no note, no notice, nothing. After walking around my entire neighborhood I found 1 extremely small sign saying that there are now permits required. This has never been the case for the last 7 years!
I called the number and dealt with the rudest, most unprofessional woman, who other reviewers have commented on as well. Rude is actually the biggest understatement, she quite literally hung up on us, and did whatever she could to prolong the process (ie get the company more money). She made us jump through hoops just to find out if they did indeed tow our vehicles, then told us we had less than an hour to get to the impound lot or else the fees would double the next day.
We immediately took off to pick up our cars, and then came the most insane thing I’ve ever seen. She had my boyfriend and 60+ year old mom stand outside in the heat for 40+ minutes, we are in Texas. It’s HOT. There is NO REASON to make people wait that long OUTSIDE. My boyfriend is still out there waiting, and there’s another couple here now behind him. Meanwhile, we’re coming up on the time she had said we needed to pick up the vehicles by as to not incur additional fees. It is so incredibly clear they are prolonging this unnecessarily and I cannot believe they continue to get away with this. I’ve had my car towed in the past and it was very straight forward to get the vehicle back, never in my life have I experienced such a clear scheme to get as much money as possible. I will do everything in my power to get this company out of business, and at the very least, removed from my neighborhood. Imagine if I couldn’t have just left work in the middle of the day to take care of this? Thank God I have an understanding place of employment, but most aren’t so blessed. Shame on you, New Era Towing, scum of the earth company.
Our car stalled on the side of the road on a Sunday and New Era Towing literally turned things around in an instance. From the time I called, they picked up our car within 15 minutes and had it at my house within the hour. They also provided information on what they thought was wrong with our vehicle which was super helpful. This will definitely be our first call anytime we experience any car issues from here on out! Thank y’all again!

New Era Towing is literally the worst. They took my car from a bar after I was parked in a parking spot, not blocking anyone or anything so I don’t understand why they took it.They didn’t even leave a note or anything. Also, the lady on the phone was so rude and unprofessional. You literally have to send them an email of your insurance and license, then wait 15 min for them to get the email. You also can’t just show up anytime. It has to be by appointment. They take cash and card but it has to be exact change for the cash.
My truck was towed from my own driveway for parking “over the sidewalk”. New Era towed it away while damaging the concrete approach. No notice was given. No note was left. After finally figuring out who towed my truck, I reached out to them but they would not tell me where the truck was towed to or located without emailing them a copy of my drivers license and insurance. They wanted the email first, then asked me to wait a while before calling back and then they would let me know where they took my truck.
It was on the opposite side of town from where I live and where it was towed from. I think they delayed on purpose because if it was an hour later, they would have charged me for another day of storage on their lot. Fortunately, my wife (teacher) took off from setting up her classroom so she could go find our truck.
They towed my truck at 3:00 AM from my driveway, and I had 12 hours from that time to find out who towed it, jump through their hoops, and then get to their lot to stop the fees from accumulating. That cost me $320.
Service was quick and easy at the desk. Rick the driver is amazing showed up quickly. It was the first time ever needing a tow and the crew really took care of me. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS!
The truth is that this company is the worst. In one week they were interested in carrying a trailer that was inside the property. It wasn't even parked on the street wrong, and the driver took it and took it for a spin and since it damaged a tire, he returned it so as not to do it. charge for the damages, the worst thing was that he left it on the street improperly parked and with a damaged tire. and the second time in almost a week another time he took another vehicle that was inside the property. The association says that after midnight you cannot park on the street or inside your property. They don't even respect your house anymore, they enter your property as if nothing was happening and from there they take cars. It's okay that they don't have clients because of their bad service, but it doesn't affect you at all that they are on the property, they just want to make money. Who is going to answer for the damage to the trailer and they take the cars because according to you they are parked incorrectly and you yourselves come and leave things parked incorrectly. Their drivers don't even know how to drive. They only damage vehicles. and don't come out saying that you are new drivers. I have them well recorded on my camera and that they are entering my private property.
The worst place ever. Bad customer service and the lady on the phone is so rude and very irresponsible people. They said it on the door that the towed vehicle can be picked up from 8am to midnight. They towed my vehicle because I parked on the side of the road. So, I go there to pick up my vehicle before midnight and no workers is there. I call so many times and no body is answering my call. Even after 8am they still not answering my call. The lady is the worst employee. She no have respect on customer. She doesn’t know how to talk politely to customer. No wonder why the rating is so bad. lol
If I could give them a zero rating I would but "Manager" was very rude and short. Did not give me an explanation on why my vehicle got towed, even tho I got permission from the establishment to park here. They still towed my vehicle. Hung up on me in the middle of the call. Claimed even though he is management there was nothing he could do. Spoke to manager at the county line, says towing company just sits and waits for vehicle to park there then tows them. Towing company Management says establishment called them to get these vehicle towed but spoke to management at establishment and reconfirmed they never called to get vehicles towed. I did ask the night towing manager multiple time who he spoke with but would not release the name “of who he supposedly spoke with” company is very shady indeed.
Josh was the best from the rest...I appreciated the walk around the entire lot...plenty of vehicles w plenty of life left in them....I recommend folks to go check out the cars suvs motorcycle on the web site for his next public auction..you will save hundreds if not thousands of dollars..Arty
This was the worse towing company I’ve ever dealt with. The lady at the front desk delays the process just so they can charge you more. On top of that they are so disrespectful, I have no idea how this towing company is still in business. Please do yourself a favor and get as far as possible from this place. I’m definitely going to sue this place for my money back. I kept emails and and phone records on how long they took to get me my car back. They’re going to try to flag my comment again so Google can remove it but the top of my receipt says New Era Towing. They pretend it’s not them so Google can remove the comments. But yes it’s them it’s actually they’re new location.
Absolutely DO NOT use for semi truck related towing! CALL ANY OTHER COMPANY. A perfect example of why towing companies usually have a terrible reputation with trucking companies.
We were told upfront they had a 2-hour minimum but they didn't anticipate it would take longer than that. Ended up charging us double the estimate, almost $2,000 for a 34-mile tow! On top of that, we were originally told we had to pay by credit card over the phone. Tried calling the next morning to make the payment only to have our calls ignored and then told they wouldn't take payment by card anymore and would only take cash or Zelle. Rather than taking time to discuss and explain, they literally told us we were being "shady" because we ask for an explanation of why the charge was significantly higher than the original estimate and requesting a copy of the invoice!
Unbelievably bad service... Someone even wrote "REPO" on the window of our truck while it was in their yard being repaired! I wouldn't be at all surprised if they were running a scam to collect state tax tow money on top of what we were charged.
This was by far the most disrespectful and worst experience with a tow truck company in 10 years of operating semi trucks across the country.
Also, they do not take Comdata or EFS checks. If you need your semi truck towed, call someone else.
This is the most disrespectful, rude, and overpriced towing company I have ever dealt with in my life, these people are professional scammers. The customer service girl is completely disrespectful and all she does is promote a delay in the process you are doing to charge more and make everything more expensive. They towed my truck with my trailer, and then separated it to double charge each piece of equipment. Companies like this are the clear example of what should not be done in this country. At the place where I had to pick up my truck, after a long verification process and notarized authorizations, they make you wait outside for hours, while they are in the office, you speak through a ticket office where you cannot see anyone , you only receive instructions, they in air conditioning and you in the sun, the ticket office is blocked and covered, so they can hide comfortably while you are in the middle of the sun. What a shameful company.
There was only one sign and 2 entrances where we got towed. Clearly, it is a predatory practice to force people to pay to get your car back. Post more signs when under construction.

They towed my car unlawfully. The guy was hiding around the block to wait for me to go in the house to take my car. Saw it in the camera. The excuse was that I my car was parked overnight. I parked my car outside this morning. 7:15 am.
It looks like they are desperate for money. Not cool. Costumer service was very rude and still wanted me to pay a 350dls fee. It was a hassle to wait for the driver/company/hoa to clear this mistake. Same morning, we Sam multiple other post about their car being towed. Same way. On top of this, she requested several times to remove my review. And say it was a lie because I didn’t have to pay the 350.
She was more concerned about the review than actually apologizing to me.
Easy Peasy! Wow! They showed up on time. The driver was very courteous and efficient. They called me and update me on my service every step of the way. I highly recommend this company and their services.
