I had been trying to get my car towed on Monday but they didn’t get back to me. Next Tuesday we set a time but yet they cancelled asking if we could push it to the next day. Then Wednesday there was no contact from them to get my car. Thursday morning I called another tow company who was there in less than an hour since Star Towing wouldn’t respond or pick up my calls.
I could’ve had my car at the mechanic DAYS earlier had this company been properly managed and had professional communication.
They’re thieves, claiming not to have a destination so they can “store” the vehicle for a fee per day. Now refuses to deliver the vehicle. I hope their shady business fails.
Amazing customer service. Was fully updated the whole time by Both the driver (Robert) and owner. The car was towed with no damage! Have had other companies not care leading to later problem with my last car. Highly recommend!
Made me wait four hours and then never came to help!! Plus, they did lie to my insurance about coming to help, in order to get paid for no service. My insurance finally called someone else.
The owner was very courteous. His towing service was exceptionally awesome. It was raining and he made sure that my car was delivered to a mechanic that was he knowledge. I definitely recommend this towing company. Pricing was very resonable. I definitely give him two thumbs up .
A go-to for my family, we've added Tony to our list of local numbers we keep on hand for emergencies here in San Antonio. Sadly emergencies happen more often than not, but who's perfect? Tony has towed my brothers classic cars and has even given us advice on top home services providers (the guy knows everyone). Top notch towing, friendly and trustworthy! Hopefully we won't need you soon Tony but when we do, we will gladly use your tow services again and recommend to our friends!
I have worked with a lot of tow truck drivers an company’s.....All I have to say is every time I need a tow for me or a insurance company he is prompt and with a smile ready to work no matter the distance.
