Terrible service. Dispatcher lack of communication, barely understand English also doesn’t know any customer service skills. She never apologize for being in the wrong. Lie& cancel my services after saying she was going to send help.
They unlock my vehicle without asking any proof of ownership. and later on when I request a tow service they asked for proof of ownership which I was able to provided. They acted like I was stealing my own car ?. Try to reach a manager and were greet with same bad actitud lack of decent customer service. Will not recommend this company at all. If you are in need of help they are not any reliable o good at all.
Car wouldn’t start after the cold snap. AAA dispatched a tow driver who was very helpful, kind and informative about battery issues, jumped my battery and stuck around till it was charged, saving me a tow. Props to Keba for top notch service and going above and beyond!
Update: Marwan came out the next day for battery service for the same issue. He was very patient and informative and took extra time to make sure I got the service I needed. Excellent customer service. Totally satisfied
Nicholas was fabulous. It was late. I was exhausted. Car wouldn’t start. He turned up within 10 minutes. Had it on the truck, down to the mechanic and I’m back home before midnight about to have an old-fashioned. I sure hope I get Nicholas again when I call.
The driver arrived quickly and tried to get the vehicle running. He got us to the auto shop safely and addressed other needs as we were stranded 250 miles from home. Top-notch service.
My car stalled out on me today after work and the tow driver that arrived was named Patrick. He was very kind and courteous to me and I was so thankful for that. I had been stalled there for 3 hours before I called hoping my car would start up but it didn’t. He tried jumping the battery to trouble shoot it but unfortunately that didn’t work. Well Jesse at Ridgeway towing is awesome! Super nice guy who knows his stuff. We were in a pickle with a vehicle in a tricky spot and he was able to get it out quickly and was super fun to work with in the process. As a AAA vendor the price was right as a AAA member. He ended up helping us twice and did so with a good sense of humor. He was also super quick and nimble operating his tow truck and moving everything. We will definitely ask for Jesse next time (which hopefully isn't for a long time).

David was phenomenal! He showed up on time and was professional. My tired busted and I pulled over at an autozone to get some air. The tire wasn’t holding air so I started trying to change the tire but remembered I had AAA. David was prompt and helpful and got us home quickly. I would definitely use ridgeway again.

My coolant line burst, so I had to have my car towed home in order to change it. I requested a tow through the AAA app and Ridgeway towing was assigned to me. Brandon Y. arrived promptly and immediately got to work putting my car on the flat bed, even taking care to pull it slow so that my lowered car wouldn't scrape. I called AAA my battery was dead on my 2023 MDX. Ridgeway towing answered called. The guy said my battery was dead but what he didn’t tell me was my battery was probably under warranty. He replaced the battery and charge me $325.18. Which screwed up my computer. He said just drive it around for 5 to 10 minutes and it would reset itself. After 2 days of driving it I went to Acura dealer. The service guy at Acura said my cables were not put on properly. Plus he said that the battery wasn’t that old and it had a Warranty on it. The guy should have known that. My car only had 16,000 miles on it. I called AAA but AAA said I got my battery replaced and that the guy from ridgeway towing wasn’t an expert on batteries. AAA would not do anything about it. My feeling when you call AAA (which I thought was a reliable company). They would have sent a more knowledgeable company.
I have been organizing events for 10 years. Our operations depend on rental vehicles to transport crew and materials, perform errands, and ensure timely completion of our projects within very tight schedules.
Recently, en route to a job site on event day, our vehicle struck an object on the road at 5:30 a.m. We contacted AAA, which dispatched Ridgeway Towing to assist us. I was advised they would arrive by 7:30 a.m.
Before the technician arrived, I developed some concerns regarding whether I was given the correct address for the repair shop. AAA provided a new address and updated my request accordingly. Avery from Ridgeway Towing called to confirm that the original location was correct. The tow truck driver, Anthony, called to inform me of his ETA before 7:30 a.m. and arrived shortly thereafter.
Anthony was professional and courteous, taking extra precautions to ensure the vehicle was loaded onto the flatbed without damage. Due to severe thunderstorms in the area, Anthony kindly offered me the opportunity to ride along to pick up an alternative vehicle.
Although our event was postponed and subsequently concluded early due to the weather, working with Ridgeway Towing was the highlight of my day. Thanks Avery and Anthony for your assistance and attention to detail.
10/26 about 12:45 pm. Richard showed up in like 15 minutes. Ahe He got my mother in laws electric vehicle towed down the street to a ev charger. It is a newer model and he had some difficulty getting it in neutral. He kept trying until he got it. He also gave us some critical safety advice concerning the ev's tow hitch. His calm demeanor and skills proved his dedication to his craft. I hope he keeps his shades handy because he has a bright future. Thanks again Richard you make a very hard job look easy. On the morning of 10/18/2025, the battery on my Honda Civic was failing, so I contacted AAA Texas for a battery replacement service. Within 10 minutes of contacting AAA, I was contacted by Ridgeway Towing who acknowledged the work order & said a technician was on the way. Within 20 minutes, the technician, Thomas Boian, was at my home ready to replace the battery! Thomas is one of the BEST service techs that I have ever seen (and I've seen a LOT of them). Extremely courteous and knowledgeable, he is a consummate professional who thoroughly tested my old battery, confirmed it was bad (and explained to me why), and installed the new battery in short order. Kudos to Ridgeway Towing for employing such a pro and great guy!!! Thanks!
Car brakes were failing due to brake booster/ Toyota recall. Called at 6:10am. They got to me at 6:35-6:40. David D was professional and drove my car up the truck with ease and care. Drop off at dealership was a breeze with him.

Today I needed a tow for my car to Autozone and Michael showed up, very quickly I may add. Michael was so knowledgeable and friendly and calmed my nerves. He explained the entire process and was extremely patient with someone who knows nothing about cars. He put my car on the tow and explained how long it would take and even gave me options. He listened to me, which is very rare in these situations. I can't tell you enough, just how valuable an employee you have in Michael. He deserves more than kudos, he is a superstar! Awesome service! The technician met me at my work and made my emergency battery replacement fast and easy. Even though I had to leave several times mid conversation to return to my shop, he was thorough and kind, even checking in with me before he left. Highly recommend.
My tow truck driver Jacob P was very courteous. He towed my car to my house and was able to put it in the driveway as our HOA does not allow vehicles on the street. This is my first time having to use AAA roadside assistance and was extremely happy with the service provided by the towing company. Jacob definitely provided exceptional customer service.
On Sunday morning my vehicle broke down and I thought by the time I get a tow truck it's gonna be 12 pm. I placed the call at 7: 30 and by 8:45 my tow truck driver had arrived. I will always carry AAA/RIDGEWAY TOWING…x5 4.15.25 930am Dane L Shanoski... first time person to come out was Patrick and and he did what he could but I didn't have the money to put a battery in the car yet had I bought from AAA You could have build it to my statement so I learned and that was definitely a powerful prompt for me to continue on just with that information alone so in the interim my sister cash out some money to me and now I had the means to buy a battery so I called that night to have him come out and they said unfortunately cuz it was being late it wouldn't be until 7:00 a.m. you know when the driver could come in and grab a battery and I'm okay with that simply because they were up front and told me the truth and I guarantee you as soon as I called him at 7:00 a.m. they were out there and they sent Thomas this is Ridgeway towing service roadside assistance Great people I'm telling you what you contracted out with the right vendor because these people they know customer service I know they're held to certain you know contractual obligations per AAA I get that and that's a good thing because it was not fake it was genuine they really were earnestly wanting to help they were offering up different ideas or go around to be able to you know accommodate into achieve what it was that I needed as far as roadside assistance and that was the battery so that being said and now have the means to purchase a battery they gave me a 36-month warranty plus outside of that if I purchase another battery and say this one goes defective I can now know that I don't have to have a cash on hand as a AAA customer you guys will carry it over and bill it to my statement that's an amazing thing rare these days and then on top of that the blessing that came from that is I also needed an alternator which they had made that suggestion that it could be that or it could have been my ECM so my best friend's dad is a mechanic and he came out we start troubleshooting it down already took care of the battery piece of it got that done but I had the old battery that was in there that I'd purchased from AutoZone and I had it for about a year and a half but in June of 23 and they took it back and gave me $208 in cash I then turned around and reinvested that into an alternator and along with my sister's help and the discounts from O'Reilly's Auto parts I only needed $52.79 to purchase a rebuilt alternator which I did and it is guaranteed for life it's in my car so now my car is happy has a new battery has a new alternator and it's running beautifully thank you AAA thank you Ridgeway Love you guys many many many thanks as a ride share operator and delivery platform operator I need my car it's mine income generator and I was back on the road d very next day five stars hands down
After four different tow trucks refuse to do the removal of my vehicle off a curb. The two drivers were very professional and they removed my car within 20 minutes. Absolute professional and did minimal damage even though I needed to sign a waiver they were very very concerned about the way my car would be handled I appreciate the fact that they gave me a ride to the dealership. I can't give any more Kudos and appreciation to those guys for helping me out in a really horrible situation. Highly recommended
Earlier today, at approximately 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, Ridgeway Towing arrived to pick up my vehicle due to its failure to start. During the process, Terrence, the individual who arrived to retrieve my vehicle, completely snapped my fuel line in half while loading my vehicle onto the flatbed of his tow truck. Terrence was not paying attention to when he was wrapping the chains around my vehicle, thus resulting in negligence of my personal property. After Terrence had noticed what he had done to my vehicle, he immediately asked me to sign a damaged waiver, which I refused! Then, to top it all off, the manager, Avery toad Terrence, the technician to literally just dropped my vehicle in the middle of a parking lot where traffic is in constant flow does blocking access for any business owners .I took pictures of the waiver he wanted me to sign, and then I tore it up and placed it in my pocket. I tried to talk to the manager, but it clearly seemed that he was trying to cover it up. I contacted the manager, Avery, to file a complaint and provided him with all the videos and photos I had taken as evidence. However, instead of addressing my concerns, he began yelling at me, accusing me of attempting to deceive him.at he was trying to cover it up. The manager Avery was claiming that my vehicle was already like this, but that is not true whatsoever! If the vehicle really was like this from the beginning, you would have seen fluid leaks before it was placed on the tow truck, but also, there would not be any fuel leaks at all. Common sense will tell anyone that. He disregarded everything I said and refused to apologize for his employee's actions. He claimed that the initial individual, Marwan, had mentioned several issues with the vehicle. However, Marwan only inspected the battery inside the car behind the passenger seat and under the hood. He did not inspect the bottom carriage. Consequently, I filed a complaint with AAA and the Ridgeway manager himself. Despite my efforts, the manager refused to provide me with the names of the technicians who came to service my vehicle. Please exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company and never allow them near your vehicle. Here's pictures as proof:
Horrible tow company! DO NOT USE!! My car was damaged from hitting a large object in the middle of IH10 near Dominion. I was able to coast over to the shoulder before it stalled. I called AAA and requested a tow. Dispatch notified me via text that Ridgeway had been assigned to tow my car. I called the number provided and asked how long it would take the driver to arrive. I explained I had a friend who could come tow me if it would be a long time before they could get there. They replied their driver was only 15 minutes away. So I agreed to let them tow it. I explained I didn’t feel safe on the side of the highway and had a friend taking me to a body shop where I would wait for them. I gave them detailed instructions of where I left my car key and the name & address of the body shop to deliver it to. While waiting there a tow truck driver called me asking me where my car was. After I explained its location he abruptly said he would have to call me back. I waited 30 minutes and called the driver back to see if he found my car. He said no, the job was transferred to another driver. So I called dispatch again and was told the 2nd driver was in tow with my car and would be arriving at the body shop soon. While waiting in the lobby, I watched the driver pull into the body shop parking lot with my car. Then he pulled back out and left with it. I called dispatch AGAIN asking why the driver left with my car. The dispatcher said he was probably just “turning around.” When he didn’t return, we contacted dispatch again and were told the driver delivered my car to a different shop. I explained that was a mistake and requested them to go back and get my car and bring it to the shop I had been waiting at for 2 hours. They said they couldn’t do that because the driver was already on his way home and I would need to call AAA to request a new tow. They argued that they took my car where AAA told them to and did not accept responsibility for the error. I begged the dispatcher to please go get my car back but he had no desire to help correct the error.
Called AAA and Ridgeway towed from front of my car and it damaged and ruined the bumper causing it knock off the grill and shifting the fog lights out of alignment. When we called AAA, they said that Ridgeway Towing was responsible. So Ridgeway Supervisor, Anthony came out to my house to look at the damages and said he would take pictures of the car. He said he would send it to his Manager Avery. Seconds after Anthony left, Avery, the Manager texted me and this is what he texted, "I am declining this claim our driver did not cause this damage to your vehicle." He was very short with me and continue to say, "Have a good day, this claim is finished." I asked him what Formal Training Anthony and himself had when it came to car damage, and if they can get an investigator out to analyze the vehicle. He did not respond.
I will be making a formal complaint to AAA of the mishandle of cars, and its careless. Ridgeway Towing does not accept any accountability of Vehicles it tows. Stay Clear away. Do not use them!
