I called three other towing company one was on their way and they said it would only take them 35 min to 40 min and they needed a card to have on hold charged the full amount waited and called them back they lied and said it’s now an hour wait after charging for the full service they didn’t even provide and I’m still waiting for them to show up!
I was told 40 minutes when I was stuck in traffic on the side of the road. Two hours later, and without a phone call updating me during this time, the driver shows up. I was already home and he asks me where the key was (I was never directed to leave a key with my unattended vehicle), to which I responded that the key was with me since my vehicle had been sitting there for 2 hours. He asks me if I can bring the key .... I said no, you're looking at my vehicle, how will I get the key to you?? The key was picked up (the only good service received) and after that, there was no contact to even inform me that my car was safely dropped off. Fast forward to two days later and I had to call SIX TIMES to finally get an invoice emailed to me for services rendered. I don't know what kind of business they are running, but I can honestly say that I would NEVER use their service again and will tell others to avoid them like the plague. I have never been so disgusted with customer service in my life.
The towing service is great it was a third party company.
Unfortunately 360 towing is difficult to contact in order to get a receipt for insurance companies. I've made several attempts to contacted the 360 tow, but called the trucker and he in turn called his dispatcher to assist me.
I've yet to receive a receipt nor get a hold of the company.
I was told I have to use a different number in order to get through the dispatch. Why is it so complicated.
Why is this so complicated?
I simply want a receipt to turn into State farms. This shouldn't have to take all of this and energy.
Unfortunately I will never call this tow company again and the one who takes the hit is a third party tow trucker. Perhaps you should get out of this 360 and step out on his own. Good luck to you buddy!

There was some communication issues between me and the manager and the driver. I waited almost 2hrs but when getting something towed who doesn’t wait long? Once the guy was there he got it down the parking garage ramp I was on to he able to load it. Once hooking it up he drove to the drop off location and parked it in the exact spot I wanted. To add to the experience it was 8pm. The driver then waited an additional 10 mins in the parking lot under my Uber picked me up so I wasn’t left sitting in a empty parking lot in the dark.
My experience was awesome. They came 3 hours later after I placed the call, but who isn’t busy in this big city? They have other people calling them too you know? So be patient. The guy was really cool with me. Made me feel comfortable. He offered me a ride to and from the place. Which I didn’t take the offer because I had another vehicle, but totally cool that they have that option. I can’t remember his name! I am honestly bad with names. Anyways, awesome job. I do recommend them!
Very expensive. $130 just to show up; then another fee to pick my car up, and another fee for the actual tow. Took over 4 hours to arrive after telling me 45 min to 1 hour.
But the driver was polite and professional when he showed up.
My trip costed 235 dollars to tow 4.6 miles. I was told it would be 120 plus 60 to 90 so it was told to me in advance but to tow four miles I got the 90 dollar rate. Not sure why for such a short trip but it was really expensive. Next time I'll shop around. They were pretty quick though. I was only waiting 30 minutes. This is a dispatching company so they do outsource, but the driver who towed my truck was awesome. Like I said. Good experience, high price.

If I could possibly give this company a score lower then ZERO like -50 would be more fitting. How do these companies get away with robbing someone already in distress because when someone calls for a tow truck to pick up their car from their home and drop it at the repair shop its not because its a favorite pass time its because something is wrong and times are already difficult enough financially and socially that people just can not afford to be taken to the cleaners by every business who feels entitled to do so. They charge me a $59.00 service call fee to secure a tow truck driver for my vehicle. Then charged me a $40.00 hook up fee on top of that along with the higher end charge of $4.00 each mile over the first 10 miles free for a 14 mile one way trip. When I called them back because my card was charged $154.00 AFTER my car was already loaded on the truck by the driver provides me a receipt via text that only shows the amount charged and not an itemized one. When I booked the appointment over the phone I was asked for my credit card info and gave it willingly and then asked again by the driver once car was loaded. Once I saw the total charge I phoned the company about the total and was given the following response," I have it notated that my guy informed you of the $59.00 and the separate hook up which could have been $35 up to $75 plus the mileage cost" . when I responded I was under the impression that the $59.00 included the hook up and I was not aware of the additional separate $35-75 hook up and of coarse its notated that I was informed I would not tell anyone if I had not clearly explained the actual charges verse what I was led to believe. Nobody wants to lose there job. But why would I knowingly select the highest priced quote for a tow? He responds, " Ma'am, You have no idea how often it happens that someone calls for a tow truck and we send one only to learn another tow company took it instead. It happens all the time." How is it that I have to be charged for someone else skipping out on their tow company. That is what the $59.00 fee was for so in case the car was gone before they came and why i gave my card info on the initial call. My car was here, needed towed and never should have been charged the $59.00 JUST IN CASE fee. I hope you sleep well at night knowing how you are robbing people who are already in a financial bind that is already looking at high cost to repair the only means of transportation they have. Its not like it was a new car to start with its a 2007 and finally paid off because I cant afford to purchase a new one and probably not going to be able to really afford to fix this one...Thank You for the unforeseen charges just to make it a little harder to get by another day.

After requesting an itemized statement I discovered that the drive with Ryan's Towing and it was Ryan himself the contract driver that 360 Towing called for my car lied.. He charged $75 for me to hand him the keys and drive it up onto his flatbed as far as he could then too less then 2 minutes to hook it up and push a button. He told me he was charging me anly $40 for the hook up.. a bunch of theives. NEVER AGAIN
Customers Beware!!! We called and gave this company a chance to help us with my dads truck, took his payment info over the phone before they even came out. Waited for almost 2 HOURS for anyone, No one showed up at all, I had to call them like 11 times before anyone answered us, After waiting for so long we decided to cancel with them, and then they said they were going to charge us 89.99 anyways even if we cancel. BS!! They never even serviced us nor did they have a disclaimer before telling us we would be charged regardless. Stay away!! And to put icing on the cake they didn’t like that I was cancelling the service so the guy hung up on me! Very unprofessional!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! If I could give them no stars I would!
They tried quoting me 135 dollars to tow an Altima 1 mile. Yes, ONE mile. Then hung up on me when I told him I’d need to call around and price compare because that seemed a little high. Terrible customer service. I was getting quotes around 50-60 from others which seemed much more fair. I understand times are hard but please don’t try to extort your customers. I will never use this company now. What a terrible first impression.
Service and speed of service was "fine", bit price was outrageous. Didnt realize I was paying over double till it was time to pay up. $172 for a 1.8 mile standard tow. Wow. $80-$90 with any, ANY, of their competitors for same tow.
Again, service was fine, nothing wrong with it, but nothing so outstanding they could justify their price tag.
I had a great experience with 360 owing Solutions yesterday. We had a work truck break down and I was told that within 10 minutes the driver would be on route (which to be honest, I didn't think would happen because that isn't typical with tow trucks). To my surprise they were on their way in 10 minutes and had my driver back within the hour. On a side note, this driver parked the truck perfectly in the stall at the body shop which was impressive, and most importantly, I wasn't overcharged. I was expecting the bill to be higher then it was. 360 towing really stepped up yesterday on every level.
I DON'T RECOMMEND NO ONE TO BOTHER WITH THESE SCAMMERS I wasted my time waiting on them! Let me just let you know my experience with them. I called to check prices I was told $59.99 after 2 miles they add $39 I said let me call you back. I called back and decided to go with their offer then get told its going to be 89.99 and said I just called and I was told its going to be $59 guy say oh ok that's fine $59 let me just get your credit card I gave him all my information told its going to take 1 to 2 hours I said ok after 2 hours waiting never got a call. I called them to see how much longer they would be I get told my credit card didn't go through so I ask if I could just pay the driver cash I keep getting out on hold after the 3rd hold some guy jumps on the phone rude as hell, tells me driver will take 125 right now and will tow your car, do you want the towing or not! Wow Thank God my credit card didn't work
When I called I thought what a great deal. $89 for a tow and it’ll be 30 min. WRONG. They didn’t explain until I waited almost 1hr that it was $89 for them to show up. Then another $90 for the tow. My total was $264. then he tried to tell me he towed my truck 28 miles hard to do since I live 17 miles from my drive way to the parking lot at work, I called and he said I must have misunderstood i could have but when the 1st 8 reviews say the same thing, manager said he has a 4 star rating yea of coarse when you write your own reviews I posted his number at work to make sure no one I know uses this poor co.
I called for a tow truck to come give me a jump start for my wasn't turning over. They give me a quote of $59 JUST to get the driver out to me and then that'll it'll be an additional $20 or more to do the jump. I told them I had cash but insisted on a CC to "get the driver out to me".
Not even 2 minutes after disconnecting, I call back to cancel. They say they are still charging me the $59 for securing the driver. I hadn't received any confirmation of a driver having been secured nor did I receive any disclosure that if I cancelled anything would get charged. I would understand if the driver would of called to confirm but nothing. Some business ethics this crook of a company works on.

3) cancelled before confirmation, it's like I just felt like giving this company $60 for nothing cause that's what it was!
Super quick and friendly they were life savers! My car wouldn’t turn back on after pumping gas and I called many times to other places that were way over priced just for the service call. My quoted time was maybe 40 min depending on traffic and he came in 25 min!!! We were freezing our butts off and whenever he arrived he even tried to help find the problem he tried jumper cables on my car and took a look under the hood as well!! I hope I never have to experience my car not turning off in the cold again but if it does happen they will definitely be the first ones I call!!

When i called to ask about the charge i was told it was $59.95 to get then out there and then they would charge an additional $30-75. Funny how this wasn't disclosed when i called to setup the tow. Bunch of crooks...do not use these people!
Response to the owner: My bank has refunded me the difference of the overcharge. Why would i pay you $59 for you to just dispatch a wrecker? Any other tow company wouldn't have charged $134 to tow a vehicle 3 miles. Funny how there are several other comments from people talking about being overcharged. You guys are using deceptive trade practices.
