We used Danny’s for the first time today and we were glad we did. We received a great price on our metal and received friendly service. Highly recommend these guys.
I just called to ask a question if they buy copper ?? The guy who answered sounded like he was out of breath didn’t even address my question. Told me I had to call whatever number he gave me super fast in saying and hung up on me. Definitely can’t believe this place got a 4.0 in rating!!
The oldman who works here is a hard worker he deserves a raise hes fast and very helpful wen he can be and he's the only one there he does his job very well great service and respectful even wen he's busy he don't lose his patience VERY GREAT SERVICE
This place is Hadassah cause they are open 7 days a week unlike any other scrap place they are open on weekends BUT they only pay about 1/2 of what any other place will pay. Especially if you don't have an id.they fdo kinda take advantage of the disadvantaged human. Plus I think there scales need to be balanced
First time going here, never again. Checked the price of insulated copper and it was well over $2 a pound. They only paid $.90 i took over 300 pound and didn't even get $300. This place is a rip off. Go anywhere else. Don't waste your time here.
dont ever come here we came here with really heavy iron we had to use machinery to load it up and when we got here they payed us as tin and said it was right. it was mostly drum breaks from big rigs and she said it was tin :/ dint go here please
This business deducts at least half or more of the actual scrap weight you bring in, they are unfair in their weight scale. I highly recommend visiting Patron recycling which is about down the street,clean and honest in weighing and in payment. People work hard to gather scrap metal and need to be paid accurately. I’m writing this review based on several visits.

I had a huge mix of recyclables.
Staff tried to meet a happy medium but management showed up with a heavy chest and changed it all to 95 cents per pound.
Great place for a LATE sale, and they know it.

I have been to this recycler twice once a few years back and was very happy with the prices given for what I was selling . I chose to use them again because of that experience but this time I was totally discussed with the way I was treated. The staff in the yard were helpful with the unloading but when I returned to the scale house after I weighed out I was handed the ticket for the weight and was surprised to see she didn't mark the type of material I had taken or the price for that type of material. Just asking me to sign the ticket and handed me the money with no explanation of what was being given for the material. Is this common practice for this business? It isn't any where else I've been
.10 a pound for #1 iron isn't the going rate and I don't think the owner would be very happy about his employees ripping off his suppliers.
The good friendly people and they treat you right list of midday do that never seemed treat anybody bad so is better than back in her bacon whatever the hell it's called or Lone Star they suck
People here are fast smart and curtious. The pay rate is higher than most recyclers taboot Nd the hours that they pull is amazing. Workable for all schedules. I love it
It's nice that they are open on sunday. They ought of consider opening up all the other yards cause one yard it's not enough
I arrived to danny's at 10:15 and i am truck number 11. I am guestimating an hoir wait.
Took a little while but worth the wait.........people here are very friendly, and this business unlike others is open on sundays......in fact its one of the only places who serve san antonio and surrounding areas on a sunday morning........will return here for future business......
Sorted my metals yet they lump it all together for their convenience.Close to closing time and they pull the doors down says tomorrow is another day! got six minutes on the clock.
