Man I get parts almost everyday from different auto parts but here you would have to pay before they take off the part, but when I got a pair of seatbelts from them they were lock and I said I want a refund they offered credit instead of my money, I wasted 240 bucks for sum locked seatbelts, PLZ PLZ PLZ be careful when you shop here they would do anything to keep the money, but I got my money back in the end
Purchase a used 2024 transmission(Asian) said it was possible to install…to keep this story simple About 3 weeks went by… I went up there to pick up my truck… right from the start it was driving stiff ….that same day I took my ram 2500 2021 to a transmission tech… the transmission had 10 codes ! Loose bolt everywhere! Transfer case loose!, transmission mount loose …. And that’s when I found out I had a completely different transmission! I had no clue these guys install a 68 RFE ( I purchased a Asian ***** They refuse a refund! Transmission, metal shavings
Won’t let you see parts and after you pay they bring you trash. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They don’t offer refunds on their own trash they are selling people.
Dont buy, pretty much scammers. Ordered abs pump assembly, they sent a brake booster and offer no refund or replacement. My invoice says abs pump not brake booster clear as day these people are idiots
Don’t buy from this place dudes are crooks ! I paid to get a part order 1200 and I got to the place to pick it up and wrong part I wanted my money back and they didn’t want to refund me go to bothers junk yard instead
There computer shows one thing part does not match they are attempting to keep my deposit. Not a good place to do business with. They won't be in business much longer
Called to get a price for an engine I've been looking for . The price they gave me ($1500) was twice the amount being asked for the same engine from other used auto parts stores. In addition, theirs(Progressive) had the most miles??.
I politely informed the person i talked to that that for awareness purposes what it was being sold for elsewhere and he was rude !!. . I strongly suggest that you compare any price given to you by Progressive before purchasing anything from them.. Here are some other places with much better parts and customer service .. Square Deal , Alpha, Brothers, Allied, Trevino's , Big State, Lalo's & Kings. As a shop owner and mechanic , i dont recommend Progressive !!
I went to this place get a price on a part will not let me go into their yard to check it out against our policy was quoted 150 for the part on the phone when I got there it told me it was 500 do not deal with this company they suck went to other junk yards the park was 150 I do not recommend doing business with these people I don't know how long they've been in business but with all the bad reviews I've read and won't be in business too long
DON'T BUY HERE Total ripoff sold me a part that was unusable, then refused to refund my money then walked away laughing. Do yourself a favor and buy new or somewhere reputable!!!!
Do not deal with these people. These people are crooks. I'm on my third engine and they won't warranty it because they forgot to put A heat tab for warranty. Now they won't warranty it because there's no heat tab on it saying i took it off. And they tried to tell me it wasn't their motor even though it's stamped With their initials. First engine Was knocking, second engine oil pump went out and the third engine wouldn't take water cause the head gasket was blown. Do not deal with these people
Asked to see parts was told I couldn't because of their policy even though I've been there in the past and was allowed he showed me a photo of parts looked good in picture upon receiving parts found parts missing and damaged more than what I expected didn't want to give me break on parts then I asked for another part which most auto part recyclers would probably give you charged me more he said that I didn't ask him for that in the beginning although I did but wasn't going to argue with him and waste each other's time in which I knew he wasn't going to bubge lesson learned on new tricks of their trade
Worst place ever please do not buy from them. I bought a engine it didn't work so they said they would replace it had my truck at they shop for 6 months finally got my truck back within minutes of me leaving truck was knocking . Went back to they shop they stated nothing wrong with it I paid $2000 for engine come to find out they put a bad engine in my truck. Had so many problems with them then they tried to charge me to replace the engine after stating the one they installed was 100% guaranteed that nothing was wrong with it . They asked me to leave my truck and it sat there meanwhile my other truck transmission went out I ended up getting a transmission from them but it was bad they wouldn't has bad transmission and new truck still has engine problems exchange it so truck still broken
Don't buy from this place!!!! Bought chevy 5.7 from them.drove drove 1.5 hours to get it.supposed to be ready to drop in(complete motor) buy it take home. Have it installed needs distributor it's broken, waterpump leaks cranksensor broke.freezeplug sitting sideways where it goes need new. Get all the parts put on get a call the block is cracked. Call them tell them the problem send pic of receipt video of leak and pics of crack. Ask guy if they have another one he says no. I tell him I on way with motor and I want a refund. Drive the 2 hours to get there and then it's we have a motor and it will be ready tommorow. Tell him I told u I was coming u should have said that and I would not have made trip till motor was ready. He says no cause my boss wanted us to make sure motor was cracked. So now I am out 1100 dollars the motor the labor and alot of diesel running back and forth just so they could say yea it's cracked. And then they want me to drive the 2 hours to pick up a motor again. Ask who's paying for the deisel?labor?time? Asked to speak to owner management was told not available but the counter guy could talk to him and then act dumb about it. Don't give these guys any business it shows they don't need it deserve it or want it. If they did they would take better care of there customers.
Buyer beware, don't buy from these crooks. Sell you a bad transmission, won't refund your money, say they will give you a rebuilt transmission, send you the same transmission cleaned up and painted silver. Then lie and say your trans. is out of warranty because you took pan off to see if they really did anything, They didn't. See pics, they lie on review answers and say that part wasn't bought from them. Here is the invoice and pic of a solenoid from "rebuilt" trans. NEVER had a business burn me, especially to the tune of $1,350!!
paid for the parts 2 days in advance julio promised parts would be off and ready left work early to pick them up not only were parts not pulled and ready as he promised parts were damaged beyond use he wanted to argue about the refund and waste more of my time. THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNTRUSTWORTHY i had to argue with you to get a refund and then you sent the refund with a middle finger emoji

Was here to purchase a transmission for one of my vehicles and the facility was very clean and had friendly employees. They helped me and offered to deliver the part all the way to Brownsville Tx at no extra cost. My vehicle is up and running and very satisfied with the customer service level. Will definitely recommend.

Took way too long to get parts I spent massive money on. Then spoke to me in spanish so i couldn't understand what they were saying... After to speaking to me fine the whole time prior. Careless and inconsiderate! Driver took My Transmission home with him instead of dropping it off to the mechanic!
