Bad customer service I called to get a part pulled we were 30 minutes away and when I got to property nothing was pulled the front desk lady was disrespectful

They will not hold true to their motor 3month warranty. They sold it without the upper oil pan, telling me they'd reimburse the cost.(they didn't, they went back and said motor was already discounted. Lol. )
Lasted a week!, after the hassle of piecing it together. Now on to more labor costs and the price of a new motor. Whoever runs this business has no integrity, be careful dealing with them.!.
Alondra Salazar was an amazing rep! She found a numbers match transmission for my truck. I called countless times for general questions and she took my call every time! Staff is very knowledgeable and they honored the warranty they quoted! The right place to find your parts!!
They close 30 minutes before the time that google had. Should probably update it so people don’t waste their time! It’s really inconvenient especially when they say it’s always been like that.. then why is it on google stating 4
We recently purchased an engine for our 2008 Ford Expedition. They were very helpful and kind. The price was right and when needed questions answered they called us back and were very friendly and very helpful. My wife had went while I had a heart issue to purchase did all the inquiries and as a husband I was worried. However they put my worries to rest by being helpful honest and kind. DO NOT USE these guys for anything. I am the foreman at a professional shop and spent $1300 for an engine that failed immediately after installation. After fighting tooth and nail with them, i had to pull the engine again take it back to them where they performed a hack job "repair" and i still have no working engine for this customers vehicle. These guys have totally screwed me and i have to explain to the customer why their $1300 was completely wasted.
I needed a new engine for a Hyundai accent and they were able to give me one for a great price, they even helped deliver it to my home. Once installed i had an issue with the engine idling rough but main auto asked me to take the car to them and they were able to help me track the issue to a simple vacuum leak. The hose on the vacuum was fixed and the car runs even smoother than before. Ill definitely be going back to them if i i ever need any car parts in the future.

They’ve got a seemly smooth process that which not only will find you what you are looking for, will provide solid informative assistance in finding what you are looking for as well as surprise you with unbelievable pricing. Brandon is by far one of the most knowledgeable and helpful individuals in this business that I have run into. He found what I needed, negotiated for a lower price, had it here and tested everything out to ensure that I was getting a quality part that work as it should. Called for a part said they had it. Says closes at 6 got there at 5:45 & got turned away. Very unsatisfied. Went down the street and got the part we needed. No thanks to this place. It was a lady who very rudely turned us away. I suggest you post the actual time you close. Btw it is not a holiday.
Last week, I was desperate to find a PCM for my 2005 Pontiac Vibe because a different company (that claimed to have ordered it) had been making me wait for weeks! Fortunately, Main Auto & Truck Parts had one. Their representative Brandon was totally professional. Even though he was busy, he told me what to check on the car to make sure the part would be compatible. He “went the extra mile” and held the part because I could not get to my car at the time. Once my mechanic checked the numbers and I knew they matched, I called Brandon back. He quoted me a very reasonable price and I told him I was on my way. His directions were spot on and once I arrived, he was again professional, knowledgeable, and very customer-oriented. I purchased the part and it worked just fine. Just went there today and had a great experience. I was in and out with my part in about 15 minutes. The guys were very helpful and efficient when looking up my parts, not annoyed that I was there. I was fully prepared to pull my own parts, but they would not have it even after a few requests to let me do it. They shuttled me to the cars and pulled the parts at no extra cost. I got a good deal on the price of the parts as well. If I need another part in the future this is the first place I will go.
