HIGHLY RECCOMEND! Needed a gas tank for my vehicle ASAP. All other options would be a few days minimum. Garbage. Went there for a harness. The dude told me he couldn’t sell it bc he had to sell other parts first. The ad literally said part out. Don’t waste your time here. They are trying to work with you.
Went to Kings Auto Parts to look for a head light. Justin and Jason to care of getting me the light, Service was quick, Customer service amazing, and the part was just what I needed. Definitely Kings will be the place to call first next time I need a part. You should do the same this guys are great at what they do.
Just left for a transmission for Chevy , before buying it they let me look at it. I put it in and two weeks later I’m writing this review because it worked out perfect . Good Good Help and service
Man these guys had me drive 45 minutes there and 45 minutes back for a part that they said they had. When I got there they told me said part wasn’t available.. I even asked for pics of the part and was told no need because the part is in good condition, so just come on down and pick it up. If you buy from here make sure then send you a picture with time stamp or you will be wasting your time.
Needed a hard to find part for my 2008 Dodge Ram. They drive me out to the exact vehicle I needed, helped me get the part, and then gave me a great price for it. Will absolutely come back when I need something else.
Mann!! I had been ripped off by other salvage yards with this engine but Joseph finally spoke to me like someone with pride in their parts and service so I bought a 5.4 ford engine from him and all worked like a glove. They even start and record all vehicles so you can be extra secure the engines, transmissions, etc…you are buying are on point. Thank you again!

Refused to sell me parts because of a google review on a business i work for. What does a google review of a business i work for have to do with me buying parts from them? They are also stuck in the 1980s and only take orders by fax. Not even email. Only fax. Sales people are unfriendly and not willing to help you buy items from them.... After this review was left the owner called me and demanded i take this review down or he was going to leave the business i work for a negative review. As it appears he did leave my employer a bad review. No wonder this business has a good review. He calls the people that leave honest reviews and crys until they delete it... I believe this is called blackmail
Inventory online - awesome. These guys were able to find the hood I needed for my 2009 Chevrolet Malibu too easy, and the price wasn't unreasonable. This experience is all I want lol but it's often way too much to ask on this particular strip of road

I called ahead to confirm the parts I needed were available. I was calling for my husband and didn't know exactly what I was talking about but they did and I'm so grateful to their staff for helping me that day. After many years of searching and pulling parts accross the country there are only a few in San Antonio that one can trust to have what they say they have, provide sound quality service and top it off with outstanding value in pricing. Couldn't post this until I clicked on one star, but they don't even deserve that. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I called A1 Imports because my mechanic was having difficulty getting a part from them. First, they ordered the wrong part, then shirked all the responsibility. My mechanic then ordered the correct part and, when he followed up and asked the status, they got angry at him. He tried to call and they kept giving him the “runaround.” He spoke with an employee named Josh, then a female who claimed that she was in charge. She did not help him either. Knowing that it was taking too much of my mechanic's time, I called A1 Imports and spoke with Josh. To his credit, he told me that ordering the wrong part was his fault, that he ordered the correct part through UPS, and that it would take 3 to 5 days. I asked him for the tracking number because I desperately need the part. He said he didn't have it, but told me that he would get it and call me back that day. I didn't get a call from him, so I called back the next day. Every time I called, someone answered the phone and said “hold.” Then, after being on hold each time, I got disconnected. Not recording tracking numbers is just the “tip of the iceberg.” If anyone is thinking about using this company: their phone system is awful, they have no regard for customers, no professionalism, and no solutions! I can't believe they are still in business! The local media might want to know about this. Sometimes that's what it takes to get customer satisfaction because nobody wants bad publicity. I might even report them to the Better Business Bureau. BAD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!!!!!!
Place like this should not receive a rating because it doesn't deserve to be rated. I had to give it that one star in order to publish my post. Horrible customer service all around, lack of integrity, lack of accountability from the top down, and total disregard for principles. Lots of used part dealership in that area, I will save the headache on this one. This is my first review I have ever written on establishment, and this is warranted because of the piss poor approach. Service representative playing games, manager not being accountable, owner lacking proper customer etiquette . As we speak, I still haven't received a part I ordered and paid for because they neglected to return a part they ordered for me that I paid for (part that was defective). I returned the part and told them to reorder another one since the one I received was defective. Its been 4 weeks now, and needless to say, I still don't have my money nor my part. I still have a copy of the receipt that they signed saying I returned the defective part and they will order a new one. I have been there on 6 occasions to no avail. I am actually playing this one out to see what the outcome will be (eventually, it will cost them more than I paid for on the long run after the business gets dragged to court over principles).
