These guys are amazing!! i called for a tow, its almost impossible to get someone within 30 mins these days. the driver was super friendly and helpful. and the price is fair, cant ever find a tow for under 100$ in town. will definitely be my go to tow company!:)

I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS.
I called them for a 3 mile tow from the shop to my property. Was told $85. Then after about 1 they call me from the shop and tell me that it's gonna be an extra 65 dollars Because they have to do something special for the vehicle because of it being four wheel drive. $150. I said I had 140. I have someone else to pay to. Gentleman says he's on his way, leaving now close to almost forty five minutes later, says he went to the wrong address. It took almost longer than 2+ hrs to get to my house from a 3 mile away shop.
He said he had got a flat tire. After he went to the wrong address. Because I called him because another hour went by. I ended up having to pay $50 to someone. That was waiting at my house to look over the vehicle by appointment made. Will have to pay another 100 when he comes back. Which it was only right that I paid him the fifty for coming and only waiting.
Because I surely thought that my vehicle would be at my house within 1 hour because it was only 3 miles away, but the gentleman that came waited for 45 minutes. And then had to leave to another job.
So you decide on what you think from speaking to friends and family, I could've got way better deal.
By my vehicle, being here on time and less money out my pocket. And just at 85 dollars like I was told not 140.+50=190
I just feel that these things should have been preventable like I gave you the address 3 times the place of business I gave them the addresses when I called to set up the tow. Your a tow company your tires should be inspected often.
Horrible customer service, horrible place to have to go and work with !!! Worst place I have ever ever called and I have worked in most industries!! if the guy doesn’t like how you sound on the phone he will tell you he doesn’t have your car! He will tell you that you can’t come get your things. Then he will tell you there is no one else for you to talk too. Crazy to me to run a business who already benefits off misery of other people then completely cannot answer simple questions if you don’t ask them right. I guess he gets off on it. It’s sickening.
My car broke down yesterday on base and my husband ended up calling this towing company to help us out. The guy was nice and quick, however for a less than 3 mile drive to our place, he charged us $182…. Absolutely horrendous. Customer service wise they get a 3 out of 5. But for overall pricing?? I’d give them negative stars if I could.
Very rude and disrespectful and lairs… out to rob and steal to gain money in the process.. I WAS IN CAR ACCIDENT I ASK TOW COMPANY TO BRING MY VEHICLE TO MY HOUSE AND C THEY SAID THEY COULDN’T. LATER ON I FOUND OUT THAT THEY COULD BECAUSE THE VEHICLE BELONG TO ME AND WAS IN MY NAME. THE GUY WHO WAS DRIVING THE TOW TRUCK JUST WANT TO MAKE MORE MONEY FOR STORAGE FEES AND ETC.. ALL OF THESE FEES COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED BUT THAT HOW THEY MAKE MONEY AND BUT A LIEN ON YOUR VEHICLE TO OWN IT

Hook Em Up will always be the first guys to call. CJ & Tim make a great team and answered my call late at night; had help within minutes. Mention KeKe & I’m sure he will look out like he always does.
Hook ‘em up is fast to get your vehicle (aka your money), but will take their sweet time for you to get it back. My husband and his friend waited outside of the facility for three hours (during business hours mind you) to get his bike back. They charged him $858 just to pick up his already totaled bike. They charged him for 16 days when the bike was only there for 11 days. Then when it came time for him to actually pay the guy called some one and read his card number out loud in order to charge him.
Seems pretty sketchy to me…
The service is great! They were quick and reasonably priced. The guys made the process so easy and we were done in no time. If I could give 10 stars I would!!
My husband and I bought a car they had listed after the owner never showed up to get it back after many months. We just needed a rig car for my husband to drive so we don’t have so many miles on his good truck. We bought the car back in MAY. When we received the title paperwork the registrar office said the paperwork was invalid and done incorrectly. Hookem up told us to send it back (as we live 3 hours away) and they would send us the correct paperwork. It is now almost October and we do not have it. We’ve both called multiple times each month. They act like we are annoying for wanting the correct title work. Always say they are going to send it, and never do. It’s just a way for them to get us to stop calling for a few weeks. This place is nothing but crooks! I’ve called the local police department and they’ve confirmed that as well. We’ve been instructed to take them to small claims court since they have taken our money and continually ignore our requests for the title we are entitled to. Y’all know exactly who we are… so when you see this, get us our paperwork or you’ll be getting a notice.

I have no words for the way I was treated by the gentleman who I spoke to when I went to clean. Out my vehicle after a car accident day prior. They facility allowed someone to go through my car and take things which didn't belong to them. I hope whomever took those things needed them more than I did.
If you have to get your car towed and you have a choice, call someone other than Hook `em up. They are the absolute worst I've ever experienced.
We got into an accident and they towed are car, that’s fine, when we got out of hospital late cause our son had to receive stitches from accident all we wanted our house key which was in the car, called them to see if we can at least get the key and they were rude by blocking my number cause I was begging to get my keys. My family and I had no place to stay cause are keys were in the car. We just wanted our keys and sleep in from having a bad day. So I would not recommend these guys
So my daughter got stranded on a bitterly cold morning in late February 2022, as her tire had gotten low and she tried to put air in it, resulting in letting ALL of the air out.
So I googled “wreckers near me,“ and this was the first number that came up, so we called. Canaan showed up exactly 12 minutes later (he’d said it would be 20 to 30 minutes), EFFORTLESSLY and quickly changed my daughter’s tire, and left so fast I didn’t even get a chance to pay him – – which he had refused twice – – much less tip him.
Sent them a cake. Like to do more, but that’s all I can afford. It was probably still FAR less than we would’ve been charged by anyone else.
I say call these folks when you need anything automotive! I know that I will.
At first glance I was expecting to an average tow truck that smelled that a mechanics shop. Not with Hook Em Up, every other towing company said it would be hours. He came right on and keep an open line of communication. Also took me to another pace where I good great service on a replacement tire. Great experience!
I was in an accident last night and the police called hookem towing, they were not my choice. The guy said he would bring my car to my house and never mentioned a price. I was then called almost an hour later and quoted a price of $175. I told him I didn't have that so he took my car to his lot. The next day I was quoted $175 and then told it would be another$50. Then when my card was charged I was charged $234. No receipt no explanation. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend using them.
Called them in a panic and they responded calmly and professionally, the wait for them to arrive was less than 10minutes which was amazing in my book, when he arrived he greeted myself and my husband and went right to work hooking up our vehicle with great care and speed. Very professional and if anyone ever asks me for a towing service I will definitely be recommending this towing service. Thanks again!
On January 8th my husband was involved in a motorcycle wreck. His motorcycle was totaled and was towed here. At the time, I was living in WA and was not able to authorize where his motorcycle should have been stored. As soon as I arrived to TX, I immediately went to the hospital to be with him. A couple of weeks later, our insurance company was trying to figure out who would be paying for the storage fees. Unfortunately, they did not come to a decision and it was to the maximum days of being stored and we needed to figure something out. I called the owner and explained the situation to him. The total amount to be paid to be able to take my husbands motorcycle home was about $900. I did NOT have that kind of money laying around and we were depending on the insurance companies to pay for the fees. The owner did not even hesitate to help us out. We told them what we were able to pay at the time and we came to a happy medium. As soon as I got there to pick up his motorcycle, I was greeted with a hug and questions about my husbands well being. Most companies only care about their money but they treated us like we were their family. I know it wasn’t out decision to pick where his motorcycle was towed to, but I am beyond happy it was here!
Needed a 79 Datsun towed from Killeen to cove they quoted a great price. Service was great and they even helped with some moving boxes after they finished. We had a slight misunderstanding but it was promptly taken care of. We will probably using them again for our towing needs.
