My husband broke down on the other side of Ft Hood main entrance going towards Cove. We called AAA(don’t let me get started with them) called an 1.5 ago and when I called them, they had no call of me calling them. I then called Heart of Texas towing and they were here in less than 10 minutes. If you need a tow fast just call them. AAA emergency towing not so much.
Good guys helped us with a jump start and even replaced the battery on our truck without any hesitation. They also took the old one to the dealer for exchange. Very polite, fast, and reliable service — highly recommend!
