I needed towing assistance and was told through text it would take 45 - 75 mins for one to get to me. Mark called me and was had reached me in 10 minutes. He was EXCELLENT great guy, expert at what he has been doing for over 20 plus years and great conversation. Real nice gentleman and I felt more reassured when he got there. He was able to get my car on the bed and took us to a discount tire across town. Man I called these people at 3 in the morning and they were there no less than 10 minutes. Billy I believe his name way took care of me and even made sure I got home. I could tell he was more worried about my safety and well being rather a hook and tow fee. I would definitely call them again if I have one too many otw home

We had our Dodge Journey towed when the alternator went out. Shawn was our tow truck driver. He was fast, professional, communicative, and kind. We will use Bill's towing every time we need something towed and ask for Shawn specifically.
I recently used Bills towing to move my grandfathers old truck to my property. Shawn was our driver and did an amazing job. He communicated every step of the way and made sure that my vehicle was delivered on time and took the extra time to clear out a spot on my land to unload it safely.
Billy absolutely saved me and was able to pick up and drop my dead car in no time. Called me immediately to let me know how far out he was, got in the flat bed in about 5 minutes, and even stopped to help me push it a bit closer to the curb. Billy and Shawn are awesome! Last week my truck broke down. Billy got to my vehicle quicker than the estimated time that was quoted by my insurance app. He towed it to my house. He was quick, efficient, and nice. I had to get my truck to the mechanic this week and I called Bill’s Towing again since they did such a good job the first time. Shawn came out and got my truck. He too was also quick, efficient, and very nice. I’m very happy with the service that I have experienced with Bill’s Towing.

Me and my grandma had a blowout in the middle of I35 at rush hour, and we were stuck on the inside shoulder by all of the traffic. It was scary, but Billy came to help us within 30 minutes and towed us out of the traffic. He drove us all the way to the Firestone in Temple and was incredibly polite and calm about the situation. Wonderful service from him!
Had a tire blowout on I35 in the middle of the night. AAA said it would take 50 minutes for the mechanic to arrive. However, Billy showed up in 15 minutes! That’s definitely beyond expectations! He was pleasant, quick and professional. Changed the tire in 10 minutes. In fact, he went out of the way to check all the other tires and filled more air. Highly recommend these guys.

Had a 2005 Cadillac flatbed towed from Temple. Made excellent time, communicated during the trip on eta and did an excellent job driving it off the flatbed. It sits low to the ground and it didn’t even scrape which I was happy and surprised. Very polite man and highly recommend and will use in the future.
We were locked out of one of our vehicles late this evening and was booked here through AAA.
Billy promptly called to let us know he was on the way and showed up about in about 15 minutes. That was much sooner than the time AAA quoted us. He was able to get the truck unlocked, and was very friendly and professional! We took his card in case we need his services again in the future. Definitely would recommend to anyone!
