Justin did a great and quick easy battery start up for me since my battery was dead. And so far i am not having any issues with my car. He double checked my battery for me also, and said everything looks fine.
10/10 experience. Honest people, fast, efficient, reliable and affordable my first time getting towed and they couldn’t have made it easier. Mark was so nice and did his quickly.

Great service and they responded very quickly to our location on Fort Hood. William arrived very quickly, assessed the situation and had us back on the road immediately. He was courteous, professional and showed care and concern for us and our vehicle. We didn't need to be towed but jump off. I would definitely use them again, (if needed) and recommend them to family and friends.

Bills towing is awesome!! So today bills towing helped me to get towed to an auto shop after a bad tire rod/ball joint went out. They showed up and picked me up from my house to help resolve my issue! On top of that, I called 5 different tow company’s and they were by far the cheapest and most reasonable price. Also want to say thanks to MARK for the awesome service. This guy picked me up and was super friendly, and then had my vehicle hooked up and towed in under 5 minutes. Guy knows his stuff.
William was very careful about taking my lowered car onto the truck. The drive to the shop was safe and his defensive driving was amazing. I’ll use bill towing and recommend again.

My car was dead in the garage - one service came and said "sorry, can't help you". Called Bill's. Billy showed up right on time. Bill's Towing was great! Their dispatcher was helpful and informative. The driver, Justin, called sooner than expected to let me know he was going to arrive shorty, and arrived even sooner. Upon arrival Justin was friendly and professional, as well as very helpful and service-oriented, doing whatever was needed to help in a quick and efficient manner. He was all hooked up and ready to go within mere minutes, and then with a very courteous "Thank you, sir" he shook my hand and was on his way, delivering my vehicle to its destination quickly and without incident. Billy arrived as promptly as possible. He was very aware of the conditions on the highway, taking extra steps to ensure our safety. He quickly changed my flat tire replaced it with the spare. He also aired up the spare to make sure i reached my destination. He was extremely polite, professional and respectful. I was very pleased with his efficient and thorough job. Outstanding service from Bill’s Towing and Storage! I was in Temple on a Saturday and needed a battery jump. I requested the service and in less than 15 minutes, Mr. Billy showed up and got my car started—fast, professional, and stress-free.

Thank you so much Mr.Mark For making this service less stressful as of course its a lot dealing with getting stranded on the road. Who ever was the dispatcher she was so nice and explained the process . Mr. Mark arrived literally in a few minutes after I had called for service so impressed of how fast and quickly he arrived as the dispatcher had gave a longer waiting estimate. As we had to leave the car there so knowing that he got there a couple minutes later after we left ease our minds from worrying for our vehicle. Billy was ABSOLUTELY amazing! He was so good to us. We had driven from Albuquerque to Temple Texas with 3 small dogs and broke down 10 miles from our destination. He waited with until our ride came to get us at the Ford dealership. He was so friendly and KIND. We will be forever grateful for Billy and his genuine kindness. Thanks again !!
This tow company was amazing they were super quick and our driver William was so helpful and knowledgeable. They even had to send a 2nd driver to help with the winch out and that driver was nothing but professional as well i wish I would have coughed his name as well. Zara the dispatcher was super helpful and friendly. She was calm and respectful even when we were in the middle of all the crazy. She got our driver's to us fast and safely. I can not say enuff how impressed I was was not only with how fast William got to the accident sean but how he made sure everyone was safe first and that everyone stayed that way the whole time. That in my opinion makes these guys more about there customers than the money. Every single person that we had any contact with was nice and professional.
Zara the Dispatcher was so amazing. Her Customer Service skills are phenomenal. I truly appreciate her and her team Justin and William. They were truly accommodating and very helpful and my time of need. They all made the process effortlessly easy. And I truly appreciate them. A++++ Service. Had a little mishap in my Tesla on the way to Dallas from Austin. I was able to get in touch with Bill? I believe it was Bill. Real nice gentleman and I felt more reassured when he got there. He was able to get my car on the bed and took us to a discount tire across town. Without his help , who knows how long I would have been stuck out there. This happened in August so I apologize for the late review!
