I have never rated any businesses before and I would like to say that I just picked up my vehicle from Tom’s garage and I will have to say that this is the second time I have taken it down there for different items and they have done a wonderful job the first time and the second time I would recommend this shop to anybody who needs to have there vehicle serviced or repaired. They are excellent. My vehicle now runs better than it has in a long time they are a great group of employees. I had to take my vehicle to Tom’s for another problem and they got on it and had the Alternator replaced and back on the road. It runs great. I give Tom’s another 5 Stars, Great job Well Done.
My vehicle wouldn't turn on and so when I had it towed to Tom's they said it would be 2 days for diagnostic. I understand repair shops are busy. My vehicle started working when dropped off. To avoid having further issues down the road had them take it look after one day they found some callings that came loose and fixed it. Felt grateful that I was only charged the diagnostic fee. Would recommend based on speed and communication.
I took my car down there because I was having engine issues and needed a diagnostic. They charged me 120 dollars to tell me that my engine had knocking and it may be the oil pump or it may be the crankshaft. I could have done that myself, I knew the engine was knocking when I turned the car on. They then told me that it would be an extra fee added on top for them to open my engine and check it. I am now out of 120 dollars and didn’t even get an exact diagnostic on my car. I do not recommend them at all, taking my car to them was a waste of time and now I have to sell it because I still do not know what is wrong.
Worked on my AC for my 97 Silverado. Told me it was working as it should from the factory with correct readings. Just a big truck, hot summer in TX, and it’s an older truck so the ducting isn’t as robust as newer vehicles. Ended up not charging me for the diagnostic due to nothing wrong with it. I do most of my own automotive work, but if I needed a shop, I would go back.
I took my car to get one thing fixed. Left with multiple other issues. My car was shaking if I drove over 40 mph. Took my car to be looked at again, they said it wasy tires. They supposedly rotated tires. Only to find out the problem still exist. Took my car to a tire shop and they told my tire was splitting half. Horrible experience.
This is the best mechanic I have ever gone to. Reasonable prices, great communication, honest employees, and my car has literally never ran more smoothly. Tom is a miracle worker! Thank you thank you thank you. He was recommended to me so I’m recommending him to everyone who reads this. Btw he’s a huge pork chop fan
The only shop in the area that would touch my 1995 Wrangler for repairs. I have been using them for the past two years and they have been performing routine and non-routine maintenance on everything from suspension to steering. They take care of everything you ask and go the extra mile.
Great experience. Friendly staff, and competent mechanics. Tom won't try to sell you things you don't need. This is going to be my go to shop in the Fort Hood area.

upfront and honest 100% I'm blew poor Jennifer's phone up asking so many questions she kept her patients and answered every one of them. Very informational and so sweet. Completed my work quickly and did an awesome job. I highly recommend them.
He's our fleet mechanic. It's a pretty dependable repair shop. As mechanics go. You're only as good as your employees help make you. Take that as you may. Anywhere you go even our business Killeen overhead doors. We have good techs we have not so good techs. Not so good ones don't stay long

Tom is great! I had no clue how bad of shape my van was in until he drove it around the parking lot and he knew right away what the problem was! My wheel bearing was shot and front tire was literally about to fall off. He fixed it within a few hours and it was like a brand new car! I can’t thank him and his crew enough!
took my van there for relay switch for fuel pump. They called a certified mechanic to work on it. Had to do the cheaper way a by pass. Week later didn’t start. Now I have problems starting it in the morning. No guarantee for it either.
Tom and his staff were awesome!!! His receptionist was very welcoming and great customer service. He was very honest and didn't push anything on me. I was able to call that morning and they were able to take me in that same day which worked perfectly for me. My ac in my car had gone out in the middle of the Texas summer. Within 2 hrs it was fixed!

Awesome service! I was in a pinch needing shocks put on bc firestone wouldn't put them on unless I purchased from them. Moving to another state in a few days, I needed them asap. I swung by and they were very busy, but willing to help me out, saving me lots of stress and anxiety. They were very nice, professional and helped me out of a bind. Thank you Tom for amazing service! And the receptionist was very nice and excellent customer service!
Time will tell what they "find" out about my friend's vehicle it hasn't been fixed yet and normally I don't give a review until after the services rendered. I personally talked to the owner and I went to go with a friend because I have 14 years of mechanical experience a very good friend asked me to talk to them to see what's going on because he knows nothing about cars. The guy was rude from the get-go I will never ever recommend someone like that regardless of how good of a mechanic you Think You Are...
Came in to have oil pressure sensor changed on 2006 Jeep Commander. $47 dollars, and 20 minutes later we were all done. Fair prices and honest mechanics.
Lady was rushin me off the phone, she lwt me knke the car dealership should have told me to call my warrenty ppl before them. Talk to her is a very manner way an still got the attitude for no reason. This has to be one of the best mechanics I have seen in a long time. For starters, I brought my car in on a Friday and thought I was going to have to go without my car for the whole weekend, but I got it back ready to go by the end of the business day that Friday. The prices are more than fair and he makes every other Business out there look completely crazy for their prices. I was floored when they called and told me all three jobs I needed done on my car was the total of what I thought one job on my car would be. This is just a purely good business and I know you will not regret going here.

I took my 2005 Dodge Durango for Tom for a motor back in 2013. I paid him over $4000 and my truck never ran right from the time I got it from him which took well over six weeks. I should have known something was wrong when i was told not to take it to any one else for repairs...well It never stop leaking oil..we took it back and was told they didn't see the oil leak had to stop parking it in my driveway because of the oil. Come to find out they broke the valve cover and try hide it. So I had to have someone else fix it. Still wasn't running right so I had to take it to Dodge and was told the motor I thought I paid for all he did was patched it up with loose bolts in the motor. We also told they dont see how the truck ran that long. Now I'm stuck with paying getting my truck fixed again. I wouldn't let him fix my bicycle.
Well, I dropped my car off and they had it done the same day. Very nice people and I couldn;t get there to pick it up until after they closed. He waited for me. I will definitely take my cars there from now on.
