On Friday, December 5, 2025@6:51pm. I came to store #3064 to get new headlights for my car. Jason- store employee assisted me and another female customer with our purchases of our headlights purchases. He was so kind and helpful. Jason is the best !! Great service and prices. Went to O’reillies first and they supposedly offer free replacement but they said it was too difficult so I went to AutoZone instead. Carlos gave me an awesome deal and installed it. Will definitely come back for my other auto needs.

Guy was super rude for me parking literally 4 spots down, rolled his eyes as we talked, we are 17 and asking for a headlight change simply trying not to get pulled over for our lights being out. It would be nice to be treated with respect especially when entering a place we already know nothing about

New associates here are rude. I used to go here for years but now associates act like it's difficult to type a VIN number without an attitude. I'll be going to a different auto parts store from now on and I suggest you do the same.

I bought a battery, and the guy refused to put it in. Instead, he told me to take it to Kings Auto, where they would install it for $46. Wow! I ended up going to Auto Zone off Veterans, and the manager, Bryan, happily put my battery in but told me that this location should have done it.

Called in and asked if they could pull a vacuum pump for rental. When I got there it was in a cardboard box, missing all the fittings, with about 5 inches of tubing left... Clearly unuseable. I used to be a parts/commercial manager back in 2020. The level of compatency has really declined. We used to check rental tools every quarter just make sure they were maintained. Epic fail.

GREAT SALES PERSONEL! Sadly, so many businesses these days lack good service, it was really refreshing to walk into Auto zone to be greeted with a welcome, and very personable. I wish I had remembered the lady's name that helped me, Auto Zone has a great employee!

Was one of my main stores but I get tired of seeing the light skinned dude stoned out his mind. He's not really helpful as if he has zero clue what his store sales. I've only seen him twice out of probably 100 where he's actually functioning like a sober person

Today I went to replace a battery, and it was an emergency. The service person was Mike H. And if you ever need something this is the gentleman to ask for. My prowess complicated and Mike checked out google to see how he could help. And he did help. I have a working vehicle thanks to this young man who went the extra mile for me. From now on, he’s the one I ask for. It was fantastic finding someone who remembers his to help people.

Manager told me when I returned a product that we don't take those back before he realized the product he was selling came with no instructions and the online service didn't have a copy posted on their site and he expected me to say ok and walk away, luckily God save him from embarrassment and a argument he wasn't going to win. Get better Managers, people don't play with their money.

Update: I stopped in today with a battery issue, and as always, the service was amazing. Jason was awesome and patient while I explained the problem. My Sito store of choice. Stopped in to pick up an ac fluid can. Was helped by Carlos and he was amazing. Great customer service with a smile.

Guy looked up my cabin air filter. Sent me to the back wall. Lost in the inventory I finally used the book and found it. Go to pay and the guy in front of me slightly upset. He had drove a distant for a part that was supposed to have been there, it wasn’t. They let me go ahead of him while they called another AutoZone to see who had told this poor guy his parts were in Harker Heights. Told me $45.98 total. I said no way Jose. He said sorry I was charging you for the poor guy’s parts. I said smooth move. Gave me my receipt without giving me the part. I had to reach around the computer system to get it. My total was 20.94.

The gentleman hooked my car up to the reader for to see what was why the check engine light was on and it turned out was my gas and sent me on my way and told me that everything was gonna be just fine and it sure was. I appreciate them. They didn’t charge me a dime was a great experience.

People at the front counter ignore you while you're waiting. No "Hello", nothing. I asked one gentleman for my company discount. He laughed at me and rang me up, no discount. One woman checked me out without saying a single word to me, start to finish.

I was really stressing about what was going on with my car. When I got to AutoZone I had Mike check my battery level and sure enough it was low. Mike helped me get the proper battery and even installed it for me. Ran another check to be sure it was just the batter and that was that!! What a life saver! Thank you!!

Went there about 45 minutes before closing and not a single customer in the store.. no greetings from the staff, no 'can we help you find something '... nothing said.. maybe they had a long day or maybe there just wasn't any friendly employees working that night.. either way, they should make improvements on customer relations, indeed...

Needed a battery in a rush. Charlie the store manager promptly tested my battery, gave me the options on the new one and I was out of there in 20 minutes. Plus he he did all the lifting and carrying.

We've been going to this Autozone for years because it's nearby our house, but my recent experience will ensure I go elsewhere from now on. Our car battery had died over the weekend so we went to buy one and the girl working tried to up charge us from the battery we were looking for that cost around $175 to one that cost more than $200. Then she and her coworker proceeded to look under our hood for less than 10 seconds before telling us that even if we bought the battery, they wouldn't be able to install it for us because neither of them knew how, then suggested we take the battery to JiffyLube so they could install if for $60 more. When I became visibly upset because the situation was stressing me out, the young woman told me to just calm down because "It was in God's hands" and while I know she meant it from a good place, this felt very unprofessional to me. We took our business to Walmart instead, and I suggest the same for anyone in the market for a car battery.

2nd time a woman knew what I needed! 😀👍 Seems I'm the one that has to take half my engine apart to install what they say they do. Although, there's a fellow, Jesse, that is slower but just wants to do it perfect. He's good! But hey, another woman that knows cars like me is awesome.

I went to the Harker Heights location and was completely lost and felt really ignorant watching many other more experienced customers handling their own affairs going in and out. Mr. Jessie was amazing in making me feel comfortable and he even taught me a few tips for if I’m in an emergency situation and need to take matters into my own hands. THANK YOU Autozone and Mr. Jessie for all that you do. I went in for a simple battery replacement and left with so much more. I will definitely return for anything else I need assistance with.

This place has excellent customer service. I called because my headlight bulbs went out, and I inquired if they had the correct bulbs that would fit my car. The gentleman that took my call was so helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure I knew what my options are to make the best choice for me. Definitely will be patronizing this autozone for all my vehicle needs.

Honestly, I expected a bit more help than I received. Basically got told, "don't know what to tell you. It's not stock." I just remember leaving and thinking, "I'm there for your HELP in finding a suitable replacement for what I brought in. As much as Im.sure they tried to care, it just didn't show.

My front license plate had torn them the metal and was hanging on by one bolt. Alex V. Rummaged in a toolbox and found a bolt to hold my plate on. he fixed it without me having to buy a package of bolts or washers that I’d never need. I have always had fantastic service at the Harker Heights Auto Zone store. thank you isn’t enough for the help!

Staff was super helpful. Needed to replace the power steering fluid and they made sure I bought the right stuff for my car. Store was really clean and everything was easy to find. Definitely will be going back when I need more stuff for my car.
