BEWARE: I have filed a formal complaint with the Consumer Protection Division of the Office of the Texas Attorney General. AAA’s dispatch of HHH Towing, an uninsured third-party vendor, which resulted in structural damage to my vehicle. They improperly attached hook to the front of my vehicle damaging my front of my mercedes. Found out later after company back tracked and fighting me on the repairs. That this company was NOT INSURED!!!! It has been confirmed that HHH Towing did NOT maintain ACTIVE INSURANCE COVERAGE at the time services were rendered. Coverage was only initiated "two days" after the incident. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT CONDUCT ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS. THEY ARE A LIABILITY TO THE PUBLIC.
I am very pleased with HHH Towing.
I have used them twice.
Both times they were prompt, professional and courteous.
They coordinated with the repair shop and the dealer so I did not have to be there.
Their pricing is reasonable.
If I need another tow in the future, I will use HHH Towing.
At 6:15 pm Waldo & his tow truck arrived. Waldo was courteous, arrived quickly, and was so nice to drop me off a few blocks away from the spot where my vehicle stalled. Waldo towed my vehicle to the dealership in time before the dealership closed at 7pm. Thank you Waldo & HHH Tow Truck Service Company.
Called to get a quote and see when I could get service for a car that broke down on me, Extremely reasonable on prices and dispatch got a driver to me pretty quickly, Lucero the driver reached out to me within minutes after I got done with dispatch, highly recommended

HHH towing truly is the best! We broke down on the highway and AAA contacted HHH towing. They came in record time and were kind, professional, and informative. They made a great recommendation on a mechanic shop in the area. Hopefully won’t need a tow in the future, but if I did, I would absolutely choose HHH towing.

On Sept 03/2025 my car broke down around 10:30 on Sept 02/2025 I called AAA Towing and they said that Freedom Towing would arrive in a 1 hour. They never showed up and after 1:15 am they decided to cancel after 3hrs awaiting .
But don’t worry HHH Towing out of Elgin Texas came to the rescue…
Needs to teach their drivers how to drive. Multiple times swerving into each lanes; slamming on brakes, road rage style driving. If they drive like this without a car I can only imagine how the driver is with a car in tow.
Waldo was professional, courteous, knowledgable and got there when he said he would. He had us up on the truck quickly and, it appeared, effortlessly! We were home in no time.

Oswaldo arrived even before his expected arrival time. He was cheerful and ready to go with switching out my donut spare for my flat tire. I also mentioned that my backup vehicle had a dead battery. That was no problem for him. He changed tires. Called for authorization to jump start my back up vehicle. He jumped started it.
I thanked him for a job above & beyond my expectations !!!
I should have made this review months ago but, I got caught up with life. Late on a Saturday night in the middle of what had already turned into a very trying and challenging move, my cat locked me out of the truck I was borrowing while I was letting my dog out for a break before going to the motel room for a much-needed shower and night of sleep. After calling two other places resulting in outrageous rates, over $300, to help me get back in the truck, the third place I called was out of town and referred me to HHH. He said I would be in excellent hands. Let me tell you, he wasn't lying. When I made the call here, even after 9:00 p.m., not only was he more than happy to come help me out, but his rate was most affordable and so much more reasonable. Fortunately, within a few minutes of speaking to him, I got smart and figured out how to get my cat to get the window down just enough for me to push a metal rod down through to unlock the door. But you can bet, should I ever need such services again this is who I'm calling without hesitation. If I could give him 100 stars, I would do so.
HHH towing was outstanding and had great communication. Arrived to our location in a timely manner especially it being rush hour. I’ll recommend these guys if your ever broke down it their area. Keep up the hard work and dedication!
I was in a “jam” as you can see. Based on excellent ratings, I called HHH Towing in Elgin, TX, and spoke with Tyler. Explained what happened and he felt confident about resolving my problems. He and Matthew came out and told me not to worry, that they can take care of this. Between the 2 of them, their tools, and their skills, they not only got my truck out and changed the blown tire, but they backed up my camper to a safe camp site, hooked it up and leveled it. I had a GR Supra with a blown turbo with about $10k in aero and mods. I trusted Waldo with my ride that day and he was able to get it from point a to point b with no scratches or rubbing even though my exhaust sits 2 inches above the ground. Great guy and a great service! They take care of you!!
If anyone needs a towing company. I highly recommend HHH Towing. They made the whole process so easy and quickly. Matthew was really great making you feel comfortable and communicated the whole process. I will definitely use their service again.
This towing service did an AWESOME job transporting my motorhome Van which has a box & bike and sits very low in the back. HHH had a strategy for moving it/off the carrier bed without damaging the box. Highly recommend!
LOOK NO FURTHER!!! This is hands down the best tow service I've ever encountered.... And trust me I've used a bunch of tow services. As you can imagine with five hot rods, 5 Harley, 3 diesel trucks and for mud toys I am constantly breaking down. Lol these guys show up quick they're there to get you home and the guys who work for the owner are always always awesome. The owner himself came out tonight with one of those guys in the truck, such a cool guy..

William was so friendly! An incident landed me needing to go to another dealership and he was happy to accommodate that after driving me to the first one and over a 30 min drive to next. Very thankful for his professional and kind attitude! If I have a choice on tow truck services in the future they will be my first call.
I cannot say enough great things about these guys. Michael and Ronny arrived to winch my car out after my accident on Thanksgiving night. They arrived super promptly and were very, very nice about the whole situation. A couple days after, Michael met me at the tow yard to retrieve my things from my vehicle and even helped me transfer everything from one vehicle to another.
These guys are kind, courteous, and professional and I'd call them again in a heartbeat.

Your driver Anthony Maldonado is amazing. He was dispatched from my insurance’s roadside assistance after a rock hit the undercarriage of my car and caused us to lose oil. He securely loaded the car in the flatbed, drove us home in the cab, and was a pleasure to talk to the whole way. I live off a busy street and have a narrow driveway with a fence. Anthony expertly backed the flatbed with the car into the driveway perfectly and quickly, while avoiding getting too close to the fence. I’ll be needing to take this car to a mechanic and I’ll definitely try to use HHH/Anthony again for the tow. Thank you!
Cody was extremely Professional and GREAT customer service. He went over and beyond to help me with my 200 mile tow. He even helped me by placing my key in the repair shop drop box. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. AAA assigned them for me.
I have been towed my fair share of times, I’m certainly no frequent flyer, but in 30 years of driving it happens. Matthew came and picked me up on 290 outside of Giddings, TX and I could not be more grateful. He was communicative, cautious, and just an all around pleasant guy. He is a vet and small business owner, THIS IS THE GUY YOU WANT! My car doesn’t have a tow hook, he was prepared and I had an absolutely wonderful experience (as wonderful as you can have with a metal file stuck in your tire 80 miles from Cedar Park, TX). I cannot sing his praises enough.

Greatest towing experience I have ever had! Tyler at HHH Towing truly saved my wallet, my car and my weekend. Traveling from Austin to Houston, my car broke down out of no where and I was completely stranded 100 miles from my house. He towed me to the nearest gas station while I haggled with my insurance company and ended up quoting me $200 cheaper than what the company was offering. He went out of his way to take me all the way back to my house in southwest Houston, quoted me so low, and was great company as well. If I could rate HHH Towing 10/10 stars I would. I cannot explain what a lifesaver Tyler was and will recommend this business forever! Thank you so much
