Love Lone Camp. Great variety for a small country store. Also the grill makes the best burgers and pizza. Everyone is super friendly. Close to the lake for those last minute items you may have forgotten. 10/10 Highly recommended.
It is a great little hide gem, a wonderful little get away. Great burgers they prepare their own Patty's. I suggest bacon cheese burger or double bacon cheeseburger. Or "The Macie" which is chicken sandwich with tomato, pickles, lettuce, cheese and grilled jalapenos on a jalapeno bun. I would pay for bacon on it. That is the bomb! You will get full! And messy. ?
Small store for small community. We needed some potatoes and asked since we didn't see any and clerk was happy to get some 'from the back' along with an onion we needed. So ask if you don't see some items.
Loved it, Heather and Josh do a fantastic job. The meals are down home, hot, and served with a smile along with great conversation. They have lunch specials during the week along with all the items you would think a general store should have. Stop in and have a bite.
We stayed at a little cottage near by for the weekend and stopped here on Saturday hoping for some hot meals, but unfortunately they don't serve on the weekends ? they only had pizza. We couldn't find any other restraunts near by. Other than that the cashier was a dear and gave great service. Even helped me look for places nearby on her phone since we didn't have signal.
Called in a lunch order to go and the cashier was friendly and they had my stuff ready in the same time she said it would be.. The food was excellent as well..
One of the best burgers around. The Josh burger is a bacon cheeseburger with jalapeños on it. Not to mention the daily specials. A great place to grab a bite.
Tasty hand pies and a good hearty breakfast (even using local sausage). I stop by here any time I am on FM 4 and have brought friedento enjoy a snack or meal. Say hi to Dot the dog if she is around :)
The patty melt and french fries were delicious! The chocolate pie looked amazing. The guy at my table that had the pie confirmed that it's amazing. A great family owned business that's owned by a great family!!
Hometown country store with an amazing crew operating it. From grab and go to lunch specials, this place has it. During the week the grill is open and turning out great burgers and hand cut fries and more.

Ok, I been there twice now. No disappointing a large appetite. They got a massive double cheeseburger called "The Big Nasty" with barbecue sauce and fresh jalapenos es muey bien.
Such a quaint family run store with great breakfast & lunch. Also has gas pumps, snacks, drinks, cleaning supplies, beer. Pretty much anything you can think of
Pick up your beers, beverages and snacks before heading to the lake for a day of fun 'n sun.
Also, a great place for lunch. Wide variety on the menu, and incredible pies!
If you are taking a trip down scenic Farm Route 4, don't
bypass this gem.
A great little hole in the wall type of treasure. This place is busy during lunch because the food is good. It's a store and a place to eat. Located in a rural area near lake palo pinto. I eat here often now.
Great general store with good food and staff. It's a good place to get breakfast for sure. I love those breakfast burritos and don't forget the homemade salsa.
