It’s like they have no one there that knows how to answer a phone call. Then, when going in person, they are borderline RUDE!
Someone needs to provide better training or higher employee standards.
Update- I have since tried two more times and things have been MUCH better than previous trips.
Waste of time- never accepts cans- always saying their trailer is full and they won’t ever answer the phone- I try to call ahead so I don’t waste gas money driving out there. I just wasted a 1 hour round trip. Very unfortunate.
ONE OF OUR TECHS TOOK AN ENTIRE LOAD OF SCRAP CONDENSERS HERE FROM OUR HVAC COMPANY'S SCRAP PILE AND THEY PAID $100 WHAT A JOKE!!!!... WE TYPICALLY TAKE TO SA AND EASILY GET $700-$800 AT LEAST. THEN WHEN YOU CALL THEY DONT ANSWER AND THEIR LINE IS BUSY.... I RECOMMEND YOU TAKING YOUR METAL SOMEWHERE ELSE AND GET BETTER SERVICE AND BETTER PAY. STILL TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF THIS PLACE.....
Gm, I had a gd visit here. The young man had gd attitude. I even bought a metal chair! He is fair, and he treated us with respect, so give this place a thumbs up!
Super nice people. I see they have negative reviews, to each their own, but I've had nothing but good experiences with them the 3 times I've gone. The lady (wish I would've asked her name) was super sweet and hardworking with a great attitude.
Also they go to lunch from 11:45-1 so be mindful of that before making the trip
Ripped people off on coated wire I bring 100 pounds of isolated wire got 12 cents a pound and 32 pounds off copper transformer wind number 2 copper and they gave me 14 cents a pound any were else is number 2 price
I have called several times during business hours and no one ever answers I have even left a voicemail and sent out an email and no response. I wanted prices that's all.
