Has used this place many times for repairs done to our company vehicles. They did not mention any charges for checking a vehicle out, until after we decided not to get the work done. Overcharging to tell us something we already knew. Not to mention the front desk lady is extremely rude, and mentioned “I only tell customers what it’s going to cost if they ask”. Lost my business today!
They absolutely saved the day! My husband was traveling and had a wheel hub shred on his truck and needed it fixed quickly to get back on the road. I called Pierce’s and they told me they’d be able to get it done and they did! My husband said he pulled into the parking lot and they had the part ordered and it was delivered by the time they got the old part off. My husband was very impressed with their speed of work and how nice they were. They didn’t over charge us either! It was honestly cheaper than anywhere near home would’ve been. We can’t recommend this place enough! If you need a new regular mechanic or if you’re in a pickle like we were, this is the place to go!
Belinda and Larry are awesome. I was recommended by Beasley's employees D and Jackie. I took in my car that needed a vacuum pump replacement Monday evening and was ready by Tuesday afternoon. Very fast, kind and professional. Also I have to give a shout out to their cute dog Brandy. Thanks a bunch again.
Nice family. My mom had her AC repaired. It lasted two years and it broke again. We have the receipt. Wouldn't you know the warranty expired by 1 month. We've taken it back for the same repair. The AC lasted one day, we have taken it back today. Something is not adding up. Praying for a miracle.

This is a smaller shop, but they can do pretty much any repairs you may need. The people are super nice and provide quality repairs at competitive prices.
They have a big place but my car spent 2 days at a place 2 miles away. Then it was driven 11 miles before the "its ready" call. ? But then problem seems fixed at a good price.
What more can u say about this shop speedy and thankful to have found them. When my vehicle stopped due to some unforseen errors they were swift and efficient even found me a tow company. 6 stars hands down
Had the alternator go bad on my van on the drive back home from San Antonio. They were very helpful In getting the repairs done quickly and getting my family and I back on the road.
Very overpriced, charged me $100 to check my check engine light. Took him like five minutes to tell me that it may be the Cadillac converter and or o2 sensor he doesn’t know until they drop the exhaust and want to charge me $300 for that ?? wow
I took my van in to put an alternator at 11:40 and by 240 they were already done… Great service… Friendly people and fast efficient work. I do recommend this automotive shop
We are full time RVers, broke down and got towed to town in the middle of the night. We called and left a message that they returned as soon as they opened. They were able to get our truck looked at that morning and called us with the details. Since we travel they got our part at O'Reilly with a lifetime warranty so if we ever have problems with it we could take it back wherever we are. They also gave us an invoice # for that part to make it easier for us. They had the truck fixed by 4pm & even picked me up at the hotel to come get the truck since we didn't have any other way around. We felt they went above and beyond to get us back on the road & can't thank them enough!
Had a thrown plug replaced. I had the parts, they just had to put in a new insert. When I asked about the $79 charge for parts they said it was for the kit to replace it because they had to buy the tool. As a business you don't charge the customer if you dont have the tools to do the job you agreed to do. If I pay for the tool, then I should get to take it home and keep it. The insert is only a couple of dollars... Also, all the kits are around $30-40 but they charged double that. Truck is fixed but will not use them again after this. Find someone that has the tools for the job and won't charge you so they can buy them. Very unprofessional.
Broke down of freeway. Got towed here. Got home and found spark wire removed, idler pulley loose, temp sensor loose, temp guage not working...what next? Really? You give Pleasanton a bad taste.
This place shouldnt even get a star..service is bad mechanic is worse..spent over 500 and car broke down..called rude lady in front desk..wont go there again..
This place sucks bad!!! Over charges on bad work..litterly payed over 500 for a fuel pump and drove down the street and broke down..then when i tryed calling them back the office lady started yelling like she the one who got screwed outta 500..NEVER AGAIN.THEY SUCK BAD!!
Alternator changed by these people in May of 2015, fast forward to November of next year, alternator faltering AGAIN and have to change it. Had to drive with my kids in the dark ( headlights not working) with the ac NOT working . Will not EVER recommend this place to anyone.
Customer service is really nice she helped me in more ways then one great payment plans and easy to get along with not to pricey makes it easy to want to back for anything I'm needing work on.
