Diboll Motors is a great place to get your car or truck fixed. I have been going there for about 10 years. It is a family operation for the most part. Mike, the owner, is trustworthy, honest, and pays attention to details. He stays busy, so be patient. That is because they will fix your car right the first time. Prices are reasonable. He honors his work. I had a truck that had an issue with the rockers. Gmc. He repaired it to my satisfaction twice. The second time, he lost money on it. I highly recommend Diboll Motors. If you are in the area, he is worth the drive.
These people are AMAZING! We were stranded and no one was able to help but they went far and beyond expectations and were basically in the emergency with us. Made us feel comfortable as we waited on parts etc. Support your local businesses...Even When You're Not From There!!!♡
I have been to Diboll Motors Garage multiple times and each time they have been very helpful and honest through the process. I know nothing about vehicles; therefore, I know nothing about price. Once I took my car to a place that wanted 250 to change my thermostat. My mom immediately told me that didn’t sound right. I took it here and they charged me $35 ! That was back in 2019 and I’ve taken my car there for anything since. So they’re honest ! And they always get my car back to me same day and I’ve never had to go back to get something refixed.
The crew at Diboll Motors Garage gave me excellent service when I needed an A/C repair on my Honda. They got me in exactly when they promised, checked the A/C system, and recharged it once they verified no leaks. Great work, great prices - they will be my "Go To" maintenance and repair shop for the future.
We have two cars over ten years old with over 150k miles. Diboll Motors has always been fair and upfront with us about the issues with our vehicles. They also don’t add on extra unnecessary work without our permission to increase the price. They have always given us fair estimates before the work was done. No surprises. They also stand behind their work. Highly recommend!

They charged me $275 to replace a wheel bearing and I already paid $104 for the part

I went for an alignment on my car. It holds the road much better. The nice lady there waited past closing time so I could get a ride to pick up my car.
Needed brake work done...they were very professional and had our vehicle done in less than a day and it did not cost us an arm and a leg to get it fixed. I highly recommend this shop and I will use them anytime i need work done on any of our vehicles
Went to get a turn signal changed & the lady at the desk was very rude she told me they didn't have time to look at my car & walked away I will not be back
Called in am with brakes grabbing in reverse. Needed car back same day. They took care of the problem immediately and charged me fractions of what they could have. Definitely will use when needed and for my preventive maintenance. Highly recommend.
I do not recommend this stop shop. The alignment requested was not done properly. The front desk lady tried to blame that I had old tires when they were 10miles new smh. Never had an issue before that. I dropped of my 🚙 and I honestly believe they didn't even do the alignment and lied....and never again. I was only visiting so her only solution was to drive 200miles to fix there error. Im out $75 now have to pay again. Mom of 5... and to hear that was heartbreaking. Go to an actual all around shop, I had high hopes .... Sadly lesson learned. JUst to EDIT *** VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO PUT MY BUSINESS ABOUT OTHERS IN YOUR RESPONSE. CONFIRMED IGNORANCE. WHAT A JOKE OF SERVICE YALL HAVE SMH !
I brought my car in because I thought my brake pads needed changing. They told me there was nothing wrong with them and no replacement pads were needed. VERY HONEST! They are now my preferred auto repair shop!
I was traveling through and my belt popped because the tensioner locked up. These guys had me back on the road in 1 hour. Life savers! Call them first!
Had my car towed in today and the staff went to work on it immediately. The mechanic was willing to talk about what was going on and allowed me to watch him work. Over all a good experience
Super service, they understand urgency. I was in the middle of a bought with sepsis (undiagnosed) driving my recently deceased fathers 13 year old car that dropped the pulley and belt. Towed the car to them on the recommendation of the Tripple A driver. These guys were able to get me back on the in an hour, and I made my doctors appointment in Lufkin.
I brought my truck to get the water pump replaced and upon inspection we found a couple of other things that needed attention. He gave me a reasonable price and he was honest. I would recommend Diboll Motors.
I had previously brought my car to a mechanic twice for the same issue. Finally came to Diboll Motors and it was fixed and ready to go the next day. Seems to be working properly. They were friendly and reasonably priced.
