Felt this place could give better customer service, for the staff that was working today around 12pm on March 17, 2025. Jeff was cool, one lady ok, other big guy was short and vague. Great customer service with other Orielly's around Angelina County.

Stopped in for freon hoping that would fix the problem with the air conditioning in our truck but it didn't, we had one very hot very long drive to and from Houston on Friday and woke up Saturday morning with Covid.

2021-Super Awesome Employees and always helpful in making sure you get what you need & very helpful, they even put my wiper blades on my vehicle after I purchased the blades. I'm also a Detailer and they carry pretty good product and a nice variety, have yet to be dissatisfied in Diboll or Lufkin locations. 😁✔️🚘

Outstanding customer service I wish I remembered the guy's name. Not only did he help me determine that the vehicle I just purchased was a CVT transmission he came outside and took a picture of the VIN number and then as I was installing the correct additive to my transmission he came out with two shapes of paper describing issues with this year make and model car and the CVT transmission. Thank you for the help sir!

Visited yesterday when my car battery died. Great people! Jose helped me with my battery check and Justin installed my new one in the rain! No complaints and happy with the service I was provided!
A very helpful and knowledgeable staff, willing to help in anyway they can. If you manage to go in at the right time you will be witness to the all female power staff. Never been around that many wemen at once with the knowledge base they collectively posses.
Service was great. The helped diagnose my problem . I was in and out for a few days and I got it fixed. Very very helpful. The assistant manager was awesome. The only reason I gave only 4 stars is the parts are a little now expensive than others parts chains.
