He arrived quickly and was able to get our vehicle out of a gravel driveway rut after a rain. He stayed to make sure we completely got out of the driveway and back on a real road before leaving. Very nice and personable.
He was more expensive than a competitor but said he could come get it in an hour and I have an emotional attachment to my old truck, even if it’s an abusive relationship.
He showed up when he said he would, didn’t steal anything out of it, delivered it without a scratch, and charged what he said he would.

My van slid off the side of my driveway and was on hill. I was very lucky I didn't end up in Emory Rd in a bad way. I appreciate them coming out to my house and got me back on my driveway mayed sure I was in a safe place before they wanted to leave.

I had to get my car towed today, but I've also been to them in the past to get an estimate for my car after a wreck. Both times they were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Tim was who helped me today, and despite my car troubles, the brief exchange I had with him made the experience much better than it could have been. I'll absolutely be coming here in the future because they've already proven to me before that they prioritize quality.
Very fair and reasonable pricing, probably best pricing in the entire Maynardville/Knoxville area. Quick. The people are extremely nice! Highly recommend.
