We had a driver (his name may have been Todd) from Cole's Towing tow a vehicle for us yesterday. He arrived promptly and was very curteous and kind. It was raining and the car we needed towed was unfortunately surrounded by mud. Our driver did whatever was needed to load up the vehicle and even had to lay down in the mud at some point. Despite all of this, he had a great attitude and made it known that he was more than willing to help in any way that he could. We are overall very happy with the service we received and would be willing to use Cole's Towing again if needed.
Travis was awesome tonight. Came out and towed my daughters Jeep home after a small accident. Very talented driver put the Jeep right where I needed it . Tim ...This fella is a good one . Im sure you already know .
Needed a tow this morning from maynardville to halls. They were very quick to respond and very easy to deal with and at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone needing a tow.
Great experience! Wayne was the tow driver for Cole’s, who AAA sent to tow my car. He did a great job, delivered my car in a timely manner, and gave me some great advice about buying tires. He told me when buying tires to ask for the manufacture date because sometimes merchants will have new tires sitting for years and they can dry rot. That can cause them to blow out. I’ll definitely be taking his advice!

Wayne came to give me a Tow and can't say enuff about his professionalism and care that he took with my Vehicle to ensure no more damage was done! He responded quickly and communicated his arrival with me better than any other company had done with me in the past! Definitely an A-Class experience and would use them AGAIN!!
Wayne was amazing and really helped me out! My car needed a tow as it broke down on my way home from work. He was so accommodating to my situation and he kept me updated throughout the process. He was so kind and worked so quickly!
Locked my keys in my car after a late shift at work. With it being the middle of the night I was worried it would be hours or even the next day before i was able to be let back in. Wayne was here to help in 20 minutes! He was great at communicating arrival time and was very speedy, professional, and kind once he was here! So thankful for these guys and their awesome team and would absolutely use them again!
Wayne drove from the other side of town to tow my car to the repair shop late at night. He delivered it and left the keys and details in the drop box before calling me to confirm it was secure. He was very reassuring and professional. Highly recommend....ask for Wayne!

I had a flat for the 2nd time in 3 weeks at dusk. Wayne broke his wrist yesterday yet still came right out to put on my spare and mentored his son who came along to help him.

My car had a flat tire on Thu night on I75 S . Wayne did a good job communicating his ETA from his current location which was 30 mins away . He replaced the flat tire quickly and I was on my way . He also called me a few minutes after I had driven away to make sure everything was fine
Wayne from Coles towing is the best tow truck driver I have had the pleasure of dealing with by far. He was very professional and very quick on arrival. Super Helpful on how to fix the problem with the vehicle. Definitely will ask for Wayne again if available.
Wayne was amazing! I ran out of gas at midnight and he came and waited half an hour for me to walk back to my car. He gave me some gas & got me rolling again.. very polite & professional I would definitely recommend
Wayne traveled an hour away just to unlock my car for me in the middle of the night, he somehow managed to still make it to me in a very timely fashion. Got my car unlocked in less than a minute, best service from a tow company ever!! Will definitely use Cole’s towing in future!
Had a little issue that required roadside assistance. I gave Coles towing a call and within 20 mins I was greeted by Wayne. After his arrival he promptly loaded up my vehicle and we were in route to our house where he unloaded it. Wayne was awesome and did everything he could to help. Would highly recommend Cole’s towing.
Wayne showed up right on schedule not a minute longer. He fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. He even offered more reasonable options. Will definitely do business with them again.
Wayne was great, truly an amazing guy! Gave me fluent updates and was super helpful and nice with instruction. The entire process was very smooth and I have absolutely zero complaints. Even after his job was finished and I was waiting on my ride, he offered to stay with me because it was late at night and I would’ve been left alone in a dark parking lot. I am extremely blessed and grateful for all of Wayne’s help. He really turned my day around for the better.

COLE'S WRECKER SERVICE towed our 2021 Sorento to their lot. When they picked up our vehicle it was in PERFECT condition. When we picked up our vehicle the day after towing they had it backed into their lot where I couldn't see the damage they caused to the underneath of our vehicle. Immediately upon getting home we noticed that the tailpipe and exhaust system was heavily damaged!!! I contacted COLE'S the next morning as they were closed when wr got home. I left several messages with the receptionist for whoever towed our vehicle to contact me and of course they never did!!! Upon further inquiries I was advised they did deny the damages and said it was damaged when they towed it. There are no photos to substaniate said damages were pre-existing!! The estimate was for 2,000 in damages!!! My vehicle was covered in mud where the damages were and they evidently let our vehicle hit hard on their rinky dinky dirt and muddy lot during unloading!!! I have almost never had my vehicle off pavement and I know the damages were not there when they picked it up!!! I guess ANYONE can say the didn't cause the damages and we are just going to have to live with our vehicle being damaged until we can get a settlement in Court!!! I will be filing a lawsuit to try to repair my vehicle!!! I cannot file with my insurance company because I won't lie and say I damaged it to get it repaired. BEWARE OF USING THIS WRECKER SERVICE unless you want to take the chance of your vehicle not being damaged because if they do they will lie and say they didn't do it!!!

Snapped a control arm and was on the side of the road in the middle of the night and made a call and Wayne came through within the hour. Definitely recommend this company. He was super nice and timely and wasn't rough with my lowered car. Wayne is the real mvp?
