How much does it cost to have the car looked at? I have an oil leak and i just want to know where its coming from. So i was trying to see how much it would cost for that.
I have used this business for car repair several times. This time my anti-freeze was leaking from the engine and overheating. As with previous visits the problem was fixed and the cost was very reasonable. Which I will add is not the case in many other car repair shops. In fact my 82 year old neighbor who is a widow previously took her Jeep in for repair for an electrical problem. Both dealerships replaced parts and the electrical problem remained. She has paid hundreds and hundreds of dollars for unnecessary repairs and the problem remained. They even suggested her spark plugs be replaced even though they had been replaced several months prior to her visit. She finally told the Millington dealership to give her her keys and she would never be back. She now uses Atoka repair as I do, the problem is repaired and the cost is very reasonable. Great customer service, highly recommend!
I've always loved this place. They seem to be so honest. But I made the mistake of recommending them for my mother. She had her car towed there May 3rd, and it took almost 2 weeks for them to get it back to her (May 13th). It broke down 2 days later and she had to have it towed there again. They've now had it since Monday (May 17th) (today is Friday the 21st) and they haven't even looked at it... again. I feel like she should have went to the front of the line since she already waited two weeks. I'm very disappointed in the service here lately. They were usually always so good that I recommended them to everyone. I wont do that anymore. Makes me sad.
Great service & competitive pricing! Atoka Auto worked on a couple of vehicles of mine that are older models. Fixed everything on both vehicles as talked about and pricing was just right. Enjoyed doing business here and will continue in the future. Thanks for the great service and prompt turnaround on my vehicles.
Awesome place of business. My wife and I moved down here a little over a year ago. I had my car break down on a Friday morning. I changed and replaced what I knew/could and after several hours it was still dead and not even attempting to turn over. I looked up local places and read the reviews for Atoka Auto and gave them a shot. It was well worth it. I dropped it off on a Saturday and in about 4 business days it was up and running. Great service, professional, and a fair price. Will definitely use again.
Atoka Auto Repair is the only shop I will take my family's vehicles to. Billy has done all of my repairs for years and I have always been happy with his work. Plus, he's honest and will not do any unnecessary repairs. He knows I can afford it, but several times he let me know the problem was not what I thought it was and I spent far less than I had expected.
I called on a Frinday at 2pm and the guy that answered was totally rude. I was needing to have my brakes changed. I asked if I could come now to bring my car as they still had 3 hours of business and he made me feel totally unwanted. He stated " well I had hoped to get off early today but you can come I guess". WOW! PERFECT COSTIMER SERVICE!! I will DEFINITELY do my business elsewhere! I do not know if management looks at these things but if they do I called on 5/22/20. I did not get the guys name as I was too frustrated from his rudeness and I ended up hanging up on him. I sure hope someone gets reprimanded as this is not the way to treat someone! Good luck getting business with that attitude. I will be sure NOT to recommend this place to any of the people I know!
Mr Billy works on my car and doesn’t try to sell me anything extra. He always explain in detail what is wrong and how it was caused. At first he can appear rude, but he actually is not. I’ve actually compared his prices and his prices always outbeat the competition. He will always get my business.
I am seriously impressed with this facility! Honestly I think you're doing yourself a disservice if you live in tipton county and you're not using them. They fixed my car(2014 Camry) quickly and are incredibly reasonable in their pricing.
Worked me in fast and fixed my car at a reasonable price. Even told me of other potential issues that were never correctly diagnosed by other mechanics. Seems like a good local place to go.
What a nice group of humans. Very fair and super sweet! Felt like I was talking to a family member lol... Would certainly reccommend to anyone needing auto repair. Thumbs up for sure!! ???
