Went to get a Hanes Manual for my husband Ford F-150 and they were pretty busy when I arrived. It was 2 men working and getting parts for the other customers and the younger male employee was helping an elderly gentleman and opening up his wiper blades he had purchased so he could install them and was very attentive to what the older gentleman was saying it took me by surprise actually. Usually younger people don't really pay that much attention to an elderly person but this young employee was very respectful and helpful to him and before he walked out with the customer he asked if I needed any help with something and asked could I wait a moment so he could finish up with his customer or if I wanted I could go by the counter and see if I see the manual I needed and that I could do Self Check if I didn't want to wait. He said he would be right back and would help me. I took it upon myself to do what he suggested and I didn't see the year for Ford I was looking for and when I went to leave he was coming back in to check to see if I needed his assistance. He was very polite and helpful. The store was very clean and the outside looked great. Usually u will see a small bit of trash over their parking lots from people not caring but their parking lot and whole outside exterior was very clean and eye catching with the displays n the windows. Best Auto Zone I've been too anyway
Christian was so helpful and kind to me during my visit today! He genuinely wanted to help and answered all the questions I had. He was very patient and mindful. The kind of service experience that deserves 6 stars!

Staff is awesome actually knows about cars, and is so willing to help even just for the principal not for the sale. AutoZone corporate should visit this store and model their stores after it.
The staff is awesome. Service outstanding. Ms Stephanie even helped me put my windshield wiper on for me. She's a kick in the pants and I love seeing her when I go there. I'm so thankful for the great staff there.

Now that autozone has put up a fence to stop you from using one of their entrances, I will not visit this store again l. it makes it much more difficult to get in and out and is not worth it. there are too many other parts stores to deal with that.
Absolutely love this Auto Zone! Above and beyond customer service. I was out of town and they made sure my wife's vehicle was taken care of. Thank you AZ for all the help!
Return policy is trash. They will hold your money for however long. District manager Rosiland Doby only helps out until you don't bug her then she is back doing other jobs for autozone and forgetting about you. Can't even get a regional managers number . Poor customer service. Will not EVER be returning. They lost what could have been a lifetime customer. Oreileys and advance will be servicing me for all my mechanical needs from now on.
I like the fact that when my husband sends me in I don't have to attempt to pretend I know what I'm looking for ?. I just tell them exactly what he said he needed and they go right to it show me a d sometimes help me install simple things like wipers. Very pleased. They are very helpful and they are quick to help you with all your vehicle needs and wants.
I was in there this evening because my car wouldn’t start earlier. They checked my battery and discovered that it was bad. They sold me a new one and the store manager even changed it for me. The whole process took about 15 minutes. He was not only extremely helpful, but kind as well. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated him. Thank you!
They have had everything that I've needed so far. May need a little patience though when you visit this store. Only in the morning times like opening hours on weekends. Sometimes the new guys will be scheduled with no tenior on duty and bless their hearts they try to help as much as possible. But until they learn the store they're like I am lookin at the inventory shelves lol. But, luckily the gentleman went above and beyond the call of duty found what I needed and got'er done. Store is always clean. Staff is very nice and will try to assist you in any and every way. I have no complaints ?
This is the only place I'll buy anything for my truck. Most of the employees are really helpful. Although one employee not sure of his name is quite rude and very rudely opinionated.
Another AutoZone with horrible service. I had one guy that wouldn't even look up the thread for my lug nuts just tell me they were on the back wall. Had another guy that was just as helpful as can be and of course that was the guy stuck in the shelf not the guy helping people at the counter.
Fast and friendly with parts in stock. When I call or visit I'm never treated "less than" because I'm a woman. Yes, this has been an issue on multiple occasions at other auto part stores. AutoZone is always polite and on point!
If I could give six stars, I would. So for starters, they're open until 8 on Sunday. I went everywhere else, O'Reilly's, Advance, they were all closed by 7. Also, every time I go here there's always alot of customers here but the lines are never a long wait. Polite employees, low prices, and a great location.
They have given us the wrong battery 4 times in a row!! After looking at the computer screen myself, I realized the battery was for a smaller truck...IDIOTS
We are now using O'Reilly's. Much more professional.
Let me say this first, when you go into an auto parts store and they're busy, there is a line, and if you hold the line guess what? You might get served. But with that being said Tim that works at this particular location does everything in his absolute power to get to every single person as soon as they want to be served, which usually goes against something that he's doing, and still manages to make it all work while still being extremely knowledgeable and helpful. As far as the store itself I can't speak, but as long as Tim is working, which seems to be pretty much every time I've been in there, you'll get what you need without any hassle, that's why I give it a 5 stars.
They usually always have great service and if they have a off day they are quick to make it right. Very helpful and most of the guys up there are pretty knowledgeable about anything you ask.
The AutoZone in Atoka is absolutely one of the best customer service centered businesses that I have ever patronized period! Simply put they are all about the customer and providing a positive experience. I recommend this store very highly and without any reservation.
Want to ensure that Wendy H. got some recognition. The battery in our VW went TU and had to be replaced. Wendy took the time to ensure that we had the correct battery, worked to get us the military discount (I am a veteran) and went through the pain of changing out the battery in the rain for us. Wendy also offered pointers and hints of proper battery management and the most effective way to reset the computer in the car with the new battery. The price for the battery was high, but that was not Wendy's fault and she did take the time to measure and make sure the batter would fit. We were there for 20 minutes and now have a new battery. Thank you Wendy! I truly hope AutoZone understands how lucky they are to have you as a team member.
