You never really want to find yourself needing a tow, but when/if you do, Randy is definitely your man. We had to get my car out of our mushy, muddy backyard. Randy came by to check how wet the ground was 3 times to ensure we could get my car out as soon as we possibly could and off to the mechanic. You can tell he genuinely cares about you as a person, not just a customer. Honest, reasonable, and communicative. Highly recommend!

Randy came and picked up my 1988 Toyota truck from a tobacco barn and placed it on my flat trailer. Followed me to a Bowling Green storage facility and put it in a unit for me. He's my first and only call when I need help. Money well spent and to a deserving family.
