Inquired about a headliner for a challenger. Luke who seems like a nice guy sent pictures of headliner and looked fine. I contracted with u ship to pickup headliner. I paid uship 325.00 and they where on their way to pickup the headliner.
Stateline did not handle the headliner properly and tried to remove through a door and didn't allow enough room to remove the headliner and BROKE IT. Iam out 325.00 dollars and can't get it back. Stateline "Luke stated wouldn't be a issue removing without damaging it". Don't spend your money with Stateline. Fly by night operation.
Either do it the right way or don't do it..is the motto
I called state line about a lead on a part I needed. A very pleasant voice on the other end of the call made me feel like I'd done tons of business with them before. I thanked him for the way he answered the call. Turned out they had the part an the next day drove 4 hours to purchase said part. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Gillie an the rest of the crew there. Real down to earth guys an very reasonable price on their parts especially being the only yard that had what I was looking for. I'm sure somewhere down the line in the near future I'll be calling them for something else. I highly recommend them to everyone. Also got to see some beautiful scenery an gorgeous antique homes beautifully redone. Ty State Line Auto Parts!
I just have too stop by and give a review bought a headliner from theses guys for a fair price and they was super nice definitely recommend going here if you need car or truck parts! I’ll definitely be coming back
Well I went there looking for rims but they couldn't help me. But I've always heard good things about them from my husband. I think it's just a boy place. Lol.
They are always really quick Abt getting your car parts ready for you by the time you arrive. Only thing is sometimes they mqy not have an old, used, or wrecked vehicle that is the same make/ model of yours.
We drove 30 mins up here after calling to make sure they had the part and telling them we was coming and the gates was closed and no one would answer the phone!!! It said they are closed from 12:30-1:30 for lunch and this was at 11:30

The ones inside just looked at us and didn’t even acknowledge us sitting there!!!! I am VERY DISAPPOINTED
Bad business if you can’t answer the phone or stay open on your advertised business hours!!
We traveled here from Pennsylvania to pick up a bed for a pickup truck. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The owner and his staff we're all very personable, helpful, and outgoing. The owner and my husband had a lot in common and so we were given a small tour of some of the buildings and the equipment and how things operate there. There were a couple of other parts that we needed that we had not asked about in advance. The two that they had were found quickly and brought over to our truck. The pictures are of some of the cars in the yard, the bed we were buying being put on a pickup truck to haul back and a couple that show how well-organized the shelves are with parts.
I called on a Wednesday they took annorder for a differential, said to call them on Thursday, i called them they couldnt find my order, then they took it again. He said come on Friday and it would be ready, so i called them before idrove 1.5hrs up there and the owner and staff got rude because they were not organized enough to find the orders or the rear end and he just told them to cancel the order. They are a hack auto salvage, i get better service everywhere else. I will never go back there. The BBB needs to put them out of the business.
Whatever you do, don't buy an engine or transmission from them. They will tell you that YOU ordered it wrong and that's why it doesn't work after you put it in. No returns, no credit, no nothing. Why do they have to be crooks in the end? I've ordered numerous parts from them over the years. If it doesn't work, just blame the customer. I just wanted credit for your transmission not working.
I went to get a headlight for my husband and Bobby was so helpful. He cleaned it up and even carried it to my cars so I wouldn't get dirty. All the guys there are nice.
Went in for 78-87 truck parts, he had many. Several were "no touch" trucks which is fine, but once I found a tailgate in the yard, he refused to sell it.. Now I also had about $1200 worth of other parts in hand. They decided to lose my business over a tailgate... Everyone was great, except for the owner who decided to make a scene over it..
