They came out less than 30 mins to pick my truck up IN THE RAIN! Justin was such a good sport polite and in a good mood! I feel bad it was pouring rain and he handled it like a champ! I need my truck fixed as soon as possible because it's the rainy season and all I have is a motorcycle. I work 60 some odd hours a week so I depend on that truck from my livelihood. He took such good care of her and answered all of my questions and was a complete gentleman! Thank you Justin so much taking care of my baby. You were fast, definitely showed up and showed out! For sure I will be using them again and recommending them to anyone who asks!

Tim arrived way before the ETA given and got right to work on my Pathfinder. We agreed to meet at the repair shop and when Tim pulled up, I advised him that I had checked in the vehicle and they were awaiting his arrival. I highly recommend them. The gentleman who picked me up tonight when my tire blew was genuinely a nice dude. He was friendly and even apologized for how long it took him to get there because of his previous location. Wish I’d have asked if they had business cards to give out lol
Hands down the worst experience I have had with a towing company.
On 11-2-2022 I went to pick up my personal belongings and signed a release to USAA. After their initial inspection, my car was released to the body shop of our choice and a different company was assigned to come pick it up. After 8 days of trying to get the car picked up, my husband took off work to get the situation handled. Their claim was such that the vehicle could not be released because they didn't have permission to release it. There was a release date of 11-07-2022 written on the windshield... 10 days before we were forced to go up there in person to pay CASH to let our shop pick it up. They also claimed that the finance company was coming to repossess our vehicle, even though the car was NOT totaled and the payments were current. They refused to give an estimate to our tow company, which led to delays and they even claimed that it would take them hours to dig the car out, so the other company canceled their dispatch and then couldn't get back in touch.
We picked it up on 11-17-2022 the day before they would have been legally allowed to sell our 2012 Dodge Challenger, and made a profit off of the 5.7L Hemi.
I work for a motor club dispatching company and called BRW to see if they would tow a super low Nissan 240SX for one of our members. Bobby the owner was AMAZING! He happened to be in the area and swung by to see if he would be able to get that low of a car on his rollback, he said if he wasn't able to, i would have no luck finding someone else to do it.... HE DID IT! Even in the pouring rain! Great guy and Great company! 5+ stars!

Amazing! My truck was on the side of the road not exactly my location. Long story short as I’m watching my app to see if it’s picked up he shows up at my house already finished!! Even more amazing is my driveway is tricky. He managed it better than my normal delivery services *cough cough* I highly recommend. After talking to the the driver he spoke of all the hard pick ups and late nights. It’s a company that I saved in my phone list. Thanks guys!!!
I ran off the road into a ditch late at night on my way home from work. The city called BRW to get me out and when I say they turned my extremely stressful situation into one of the best customer service interactions I’ve had in a long time. The owners were out doing my tow and it was a rough one. Multiple trucks were needed to pull me out of the 30’ boulder covered ditch. It was as pitch black raining and they had been out all day and here it was 1am and they gave me 110% and got the truck towed back to my home. With all the work needed and preformed for my truck I could only imagine this job was Gona be close to 1000$. And it was far from that. They are great people and truly are out to help you out. If I have to describe them as a whole in few words. HONEST HARD WORKING AFFORDABLE Great people great job great company. I would 100% use them again and recommend you use them for all your Wrecker service needs!
My truck was having issues and I desperately needed it moved before 8 o’clock in the morning. I called at around 7 and Bobby was there in less than 20 minutes! Not only did he help take it to the dealership, but he also was able to help spot the issue with the truck and knew people at the dealership that would help with my situation! Very helpful gentleman and reasonably priced tow! Definitely would call again for any other issues!
They arrived at my car within 10 minutes after I called to request a tow.. He was quick, safe, professional and super nice! He stayed at the destination so I could wait in the warm truck for Tennessee Tire to open. Great service!
Called the company and the owner was very nice and friendly. He came out himself to tow my car for me since his other driver was already busy. Very fair price and overall fantastic service!
