Had to contact them for a difficult recovery of my van that had tipped into a creek. They were super awesome to deal with and very professional. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. Hopefully I don't have to call them again for a while lol but if I need it I definitely will.
They Didn't Do Worth A Crap . They Picked My Car Up Off Of I -40 And Took It To My House But Didn't Put My Car In The Drive Way. They Left It Next To The Road . I'm Not Happy With Their Service. They Blocked My Tiny Drive Way. An They Also Put My Husband's Life In Danger For When He Works On My Car. Not Happy
My explorer was towed and I had to have $400 by Friday at 5pm or could not get it until Tuesday due to holiday but still had to pay penalty of $40 a day. I could barely get the $400. There us no payment plan, no resources to help. Without this vehicle I can not even make rent. They cannot even hold my title to be able to work it off, but not being able to work and can't pay them they can out right take my title. I know people have to earn a living. But values and morals I believe makes the business profitable. Not all money is good money!
I'd give them a 0 if I could!! I get it. It's Christmas Eve, no one wants to work today. I get it. But we were stranded at a rest stop with a blown head gasket (water in the oil) and needed a tow. Driver comes out and says we have to drive our car onto the rig that he parked about 100 ft away from our car. My husband refuses, explains the issue with our car and has no desire to damage it further. Driver says: "Well, I'm not gonna push it. As long as it isn't making noise, it's fine." And proceeds to insist that my husband start it. When my husband told him that he was wrong, the guy walked off in a huff. SO RUDE. Worst experience ever. I wouldn't let them tow my car for FREE. If you're ever in a pickle, don't call these losers.
Had a blowout on the interstate near Cookeville, TN. They arrived in minutes, handled everything professionally, and made a miserable situation much better. Thank you for your exceptional service.
