Got to be the worst thing I've done in a long time. Walked to the front desk ask a question pretty much told where the general part is and to figure it out. Find what I need walk up to the front and wait for about 15 minutes for someone to check me out for a 7 dollar part all in the mean time there is 2 teen age boys standing in the back talking so loud you hear every word and every other word was a racial slur and finnaly after 26 minutes the only adult walks up from the back checks me out and said oh I figured the boys would've got you since they seen you come in. If I could give it a Zero I would but only for the night crew I've come plenty of times during the day and service is always excellent
The new manager is the very smartest person ever he will even tell you the tax code with out asking. Or know a part isnt under warranty with out even looking in a computer.he can tell you exactly what wrong with a diesel truck faster than the dealer. Then he will tell you he isn't going to give you a part .all with out asking
Always Polite and always helpful. The young man that helped me was very knowledgeable and kind. Helped me get the right head light bulb and installed it. Will definitely being going here for all my vehicle needs
Dang good parts store every time I go in there to get something for my vehicle no matter what if they don't have it will be there in a short minute promise
A big thanks to this place today! Couldn't get my headlight bulb out. Was super frustrated. Took it up there and thankfully Tyler had it fixed for me in under 5 minutes. Purchased a new light bulb for a really reasonable price too. Thank yal:)

Best prices and customer service is off the chain. Especially Sarah from the Sparta store is most down to earth person that can help u with any part u need so always ask for her I do 😁
Called at 7:45pm for 9 bags of oil absorbent and told guy i would be down soon as possible to get when he said i couldnt reserve them. Had an absolute emergency with a pump truck stuck on a hill blocking a road and needed bags of oil absorbant to get traction and get unstuck. Showed up at 8:50 and young guy told me system was down while employees were outback in their cars on the side of the building. Terrible customer service. Hopefully corporate or a manager will reach out on this matter. Would not recomend this oreilley or any location if the service is this bad.
Great service everytime I go in, friendly people and I always find myself staying later than needed talking. Everyone seemed capable of helping me with what I needed. Will definitely be my go to spot from now on.
To clear up confusion the 2 most recent bad reviews are because ppl can’t take honest reviews.
When another store closes 10 minutes early and locks the door when they see you pull in that is bad customer service. I wouldn’t post a review just out of spite it’s quite clear if you look at the amount of reviews I’ve done I usually don’t care.
So to the ppl review bombing oreilly’s bc their feelings are hurt, the jokes still on you because I’ve been gone from oreillys for a little over a month now.
So the manager of this store had the nerves to write on another company’s profile after they closed 10 minutes ago. Their workers had stayed over the closing shift. Now take this Seth York manger of this store would post such negative remarks and say this is bad service. I’m gonna walk into your store 10 minutes after you close and see if your people will help me after you guys close. I guarantee you that I won’t get serviced. I am in no where close to Carthage but I do have.friends in high places and I know what happens. Don’t treat another store in a negative way until you want negative stuff to be out in public about your store Seth. First thing Monday I will be calling your district manager, so you have been warned and need to confess your guilt of lying in your post or this will go fast to corporate because I am the king of complaints and will take this to the highest level. Do the right thing and I need you to apologize to the store manager now of Ace. Please is all I am saying.
After seeing the reviews for the company and this Seth manager in other issues I don’t see how they can keep him. Management should not act like this.

I used to avoid O'Reilly's simply because I couldn't stand their radio jingle. I moved to where I don't have a AutoZone near me. I found now that I prefer O'Reilly's over AutoZone or AdvancedAuto.
Ordered a part for my husband's truck. Went to pick it up when they said it would be there and they had no idea where it was. Got sent to the wrong store and that store couldn't find it. Made 3 trips before we got the part.
Very awesome place, I forgot his name but if it wasn't for one of the guys there I would have been stranded 2hrs from home, very kind and I am thankful for his help
Ruined one of my front rotors on my BMW X5! Neglected to make me aware that they don't guarantee their services. I ended up having to replace two rotors. My car shook when brakes were applied, and squeaked. The brake pad didn't even sit flush to the rotor. I have children in this car! Total disrespect for the safety of their customers! Completely dissatisfied! Note this car only has 47,000 miles......
Ya know, it's fairly rude to pass your customers down the line WHILE THEY ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF TALKING TO YOU! SCREW Y'ALL. Advance is better. At least they listen to your question FIRST before putting you on hold.
I think that I will always is a very good place to buy your RC cars it's very they're very knowledgeable and they they they seem to help you smile Sunnyside showing you were explaining to you how to install the parts that you need for your vehicle they're very friendly and the parts are always exact part you're going to need for the job they're honest it's an honest place to buy your auto parts and it's good place to to get help it like like I said dates the staff will help you and teaching make sure you're going to install the part exactly what you're supposed to

Bob was awesome. Easy to talk to and was very helpful . Hard to find good employees and he was excellent. Man deserves a raise and hopefully Oriellys takes care of him because of his excellent service makes me want to go to them
Leigh is the best one out of all of em she is so helpful and knows what she is doing when it comes to helping you find what your looking for. I would recommend you to see her when you come here. She is excellent
