Horrible experience.. I waited for an insurance tow for over three hours. The dispatcher, Kellen informed me of an initial delay that rendered a 42 minutes wait. She gave me the driver’s contact information only for the driver Kendall Terry, to tell me that he doesn’t have a dispatch for my car and ask how did I get his number, duh your dispatcher Kellen. Now the dispatcher nor the driver will not answer my calls or the insurance company. Please do not entrust your tow with this incompetent and unprofessional company.

I can't thank David enough. I broke down with my 3 grandchildren and not having enough room in his tow truck he made a call to his wife and she came to help me get our family home safe. David was able to get my van to a shop he recommended and they had it up and running the next day. Above and beyond the call of duty. If I could I would give them 10 stars.
Around 9am 12/27/24 I'm on 385 with my 10 month old son bout to take hack cross ex I'm in the lane beside the lane that's ending all of a sudden as that far right lane ending your tow truck come up beside me like dangerously close dude that was driving saw me and seen i had a baby in the car. The company says professional towing well your driver or who ever that was terrible driving. Smh
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent experience I had with your towing service.
I called at 11:36 to have my vehicle, which was stuck in the mud in my backyard, towed. The customer service representative requested that I send my address to the phone number I called, but I encountered issues with that number and had to send it to an alternative number. The representative confirmed that my address was received and informed me that a tow driver would arrive within 15 minutes.
However, after 15 minutes had passed, I continued to wait for an hour without any further updates. I received a text stating, "Sorry, I'm on the other line. David was supposed to call you already. He said his truck isn't going to fit unfortunately."
I find this communication alarming, especially since David was supposed to inform me sooner about the situation, rather than leaving me waiting without information. As the reception, it seems that a proactive approach to notifying customers in scenarios like this would be beneficial.

Professional Towing is hands down the best tow company I've dealt with. They are reasonably priced, fast, and reliable. I called around, and when everyone else was charging at a minimum of $50 more, Professional Towing came in and saved the day and my pockets. I have them on speed dial now. Only tow company I will be using. The receptionist is top tier. She is very pleasant and sweet. I love Professional Towing.

I was on a business trip to Memphis Tenn and I am a AAA member, and I accidentally locked my keys inside my rent a car. I called AVIS and told them what happened they said they would send a driver with an extra set of keys but it may take a hour. I called professional towing and told them my situation. They sent a driver in 15 minutes and within 5 minutes I was in my car going to my meeting. I was on time thanks to professional towing. The driver was very respectful and understood my situation. Great company and great job!!!
Used them a couple of times and they are always there in time. Friendly, courteous, and prompt. Not what I was expecting from a tow company. Will use them again for changing a tire or towing my motorcycle. Great job all around.
