Everything was done as promised ! They got my truck back to me early. The staff was courteous and friendly each time we spoke to them. The price came out to be less than. A certain search engine said. Bot polite to mention a lady without her there to defend herself.

So, when I first visited this shop two days ago, I gave them a lot of praise because I liked the atmosphere and everything. I was asked to come back on day-2, and I did. I got there on day-2 and waited for two hours only to be told that two of their mechanics called out, and that the one mechanic they had couldn't get to it. I was asked to come back on a 3rd time, which is today. I got there a few minutes ago, checked-in, and was then told that their mechanic said for me to take the vehicle to a different shop. I drove 40 minutes all 3 days for no reason. This is the worst auto shop that I have ever seen in my life; Not only that, but I paid $76 on day-1; I will be asking for a refund...... Very ridiculous

Went to Arlington automotive for an oil change and rear differential service that was recommended by them from a previous visit. They recommended that I replace my front brakes on my Toyota 4-runner, and i approved it. The very next day, my brakes failed on the interstate because a caliper bolt had not been tightened properly-a serious safety issue. It took two days to fix the mistake, and there was no apology or compensation offered. Very disappointed in both the workmanship and the lack of accountability. I am very diligent in completing maintenance on my vehicles and will be looking for a new repair shop.

Very VERY nice staff. Did my brake inspection for free and did it very quickly. When other Auto shops turned me away Arlington Automotive did not and fixed my brakes in 2 days and now they work better than ever I highly recommend

4hrs for an oil change and belt replacement. First hour was for the "diagnostic" I didn't ask for, just wanted an oil change. Agreed to the belt replacement, 1.5-2hrs was the communicated turn around time. Can't tell you why it took another 3hrs. And for the manager that looks at this, don't go off the checkout time. I asked to do that before it was finished because I had a meeting to join. Find somewhere else if you just want an oil change.

I was very happy with the experience I had they were very efficient and polite. They didn’t have to take me right away but they did and they fixed my car. It needed new brake fluid because it was dirty and clogged and a new battery and they did that right away for me. I appreciate all the help that you gave me. Thank you very much.

What a relief to actually feel taken care of and not taken advantage of. The team was great and really made sure they took their time explaining what needed to be done and the costs to expect. It's nice knowing I have somewhere reliable to bring my vehicles and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

These folks are great. They had my oil change done quickly while my dog BASIL and I waited comfortably. Zero pressure and informative visit.

Can we do negative stars... I took my RAM Promaster 3500 van to them for a simple DPF filter clean. They also switched out the gloves plugs and the gloves plug harness. Sara - the girl at the desk also told me that the entire filter had to be changed that there was no way to clean it and it was going to be 4K. I explained to her that this is a common maintenance procedure on these diesel vans and there are videos on YouTube on how to clean them… she said she spoke to her technician and assured me that they could do it. This took approximately 4 weeks to accomplish and cost over $2200. When I get in my van to leave, it would not start. They had to Boost it off. While running it down the road I noticed the Odometer is flashing and my radio would not work. I took it back. It would not start again. Technician checked it out and told me to get a new battery and that it would take care of the radio and the odometer. The Battery was only a little over a year old and was under warranty. I replaced it. The odometer was still flashing and the radio did not work. They picked up the van from my place of business. 5 days later they tell me that the Radio is broken and that it needs to be replaced at the tune of $1900. I told them that it worked perfectly before they worked on it - and that I expected them to replace it. They refused. I am now taking legal actions against them. This has been by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had in dealing with an automotive repair shop.

I was referred to Arlington Automotive when looking for a go-to shop for my recently purchased Audi. My initial experience was terrific and they'll be handling my future needs. The staff and service were competent, friendly and efficient, at a very reasonable price.

I went there for an oil change and some general maintenance. A few days later I opened the hood and noticed my engine cover was missing. I went back to shop to get it. A young lady name Tatianna went in the back to look for it and couldn't find it. Obviously they threw it away! Who does that??? She said she'd order another one and call me when it came in. I'm still waiting for that phone call. That was 4-5 months ago. I'll never go back there again. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I took my 2010 Mercedes GL450 SUV to Arlington Automotive for rear shocks. They replaced the parts and fixed the problem. My vehicle is as good as new! The workers and staff are very friendly and caring. They made sure I wasn’t charged for anything that I didn’t approve. I really appreciate the manner in which they handle their business. It’s a great place to take your vehicle for repairs! ❤️

Arlington Automotive has always treated me fair and the staff is extremely helpful. I use them for my personal vehicle and my fleet car. They are quick to find the problem and only repair or replace the parts that are needed. I trust and highly recommend using them for your automotive needs.

Tatiana and everyone at Arlington Automotive went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle. When a dealership attempted to take advantage of me, Tatiana and her crew correctly diagnosed my car and told me what my car actually needed and didn't need. They were very honest and kept me informed the whole time. My car was serviced in a very timely manner and for a fraction of what the dealership was quoting. Tatiana even called to make sure I was safe picking up my car during after hours. I will continue to trust them with the care of my car. And I have already recommended them to someone else.

I recently had some work done (radiator, thermostat, water pump, etc.) at Arlington Automotive and they were a joy to work with. I received a quote for the repairs and the work was completed the next day. To top it off, they fixed a tail brake light and my back seat on the house. This is my go to now for any and all repairs. Thank you again!

My family and I drove to Arlington for the Christmas holiday. While driving through Memphis, I had some alignment issues with my truck. We arrived in Arlington on Friday a little after noon. I knew it might be hard to find a shop that would do the work last minute, especially a holiday weekend. I went to Main Street auto for help. Sarah and the mechanics there were able to help me out in a bind. They were very nice and got my truck in, to check out the issue that day. They got my truck fixed and myself and family were able to drive our 6 hour drive home safely.

I own a 2004 350z that I autocross on weekends. The car is old and has several modifications. Arlington Automotive has been one of very few businesses that is willing to work on my vehicle over the years. They have always done a great job and charge a very reasonable price.

For those who don’t want the whole story, check the very bottom for the TLDR: Had a mechanic friend install new headlight assemblies on my 2015 Ram 2500 - entire assembly, new bulbs (high beam, blinker, etc). They would not all turn on at once, and he recommended doing a reset of the BCM (Body control module) - you can do this manually, or by doing a reset with a special device that mechanics / dealerships have. First I called the dealership, and they could do it but they wouldn’t be able to get me in until Monday after the weekend - this was on a Friday, and I had no headlights.. that wasn’t going to work. So, I called Arlington Automotive and she said they also wouldn’t be able to get me in until Monday, and that I could schedule an appointment. I declined, stating that the dealership said they could also do it on Monday so no reason to go elsewhere. Then she said “Oh wait.. you don’t have any headlights? Bring it in, we’ll do it for you today since that’s a safety concern.” So I brought it in ~30-45 minutes later, and when I arrived she said “They actually told me that I can’t take you in anymore after you called, sorry.” I was visibly upset at this point because she could’ve called me back and informed me before I drove there / left work early, but I just shook my head and said “Ok, thanks” and headed for the door. Then the lady called me back, asked if I would be leaving the truck (I said no), and she said “Ok give me the keys I’ll see what we can do since it’s a safety concern.” Right in that moment, a mechanic walked up, took my keys from my hand, I walked out to the truck with him to show him where it was and I explained what was wrong (friend installed new headlights, lights won’t turn on, he recommended reset of BCM). So he said “No problem, I’ll look at it.” Started it up, took it around back, and within about 2-3 minutes he was pulling it back around front. He parked where I had it, he flicked on the lights (miracle, everything was working), and he handed me my keys back. I went back inside, and I was very pleased - I informed the lady that he just reset it (which took him a few seconds) and everything is good! Less than 3-5 minutes of “repairing” my truck and the mechanic informed me that it was indeed just a matter of resetting the BCM (like I was told) with a device they have. Well, she charged me for “1 hour worth of work” which ended up totaling over $190. For 5 minutes of work, and that’s being GENEROUS - I am sure it took less time. Mind you, I have brought my vehicle here before and gotten nearly $1000 in maintenance / repairs in the past year or so - never once questioned a bill, and I’m not some out of towner one-time customer. ONE HUNDRED AND NINETY DOLLARS, to reset the BCM - CRAZY. Careful bringing your vehicle here, especially if you have the time to check elsewhere and shop around beforehand. Their prices (as other reviews have mentioned) are INSANE. Better off just going to the certified dealership, which used to be the pricey way to get something done but I guess now it may actually save you money compared to this place. TLDR: long time customer brought vehicle in to reset BCM (no diagnostics needed), Arlington Automotive reset it in less than 5 minutes (total time start to finish), and charged me north of $190 for the time + tool.

My truck was running smoothly when I brought it to you! My back pocket is NOT GOOD! Here I am a 69 year old retired woman on a fixed income, trying to make it. I told you folks I had crawled up on top the motor and saw where the diesel fuel was leaking from the back of the fuel filter housing near the fuel/water separator drain valve. After hearing your estimate of $1,216.26 , I knew I could not afford to pay that much at Christmas time, but instead, you folks charged an unnecessary "Diagnostic Fee" of $180. I did NOT APPROVE such an expensive "diagnostic test", I already saw where it was leaking and told you where it was leaking! So I am fully disappointed with my experience at Arlington Automotive!

A very good and professional crew. They called and text me before every step was made. They did an excellent job. Vehicle runs perfect now. I took it there because a raccoon got under my hood and ate every wire it could eat connected to the engine, transmission, and rear axle. Apparently it was hungry.

I'm sorry to say that this very longtime, loyal Arlington Automotive customer probably won't be back. Went in for a simple oil change & tire rotation (with an air pressure check). Was quoted a price by Tatiana & all seemed fine. Later, I drove the car home and discovered on my own the tires had NOT been checked nor rotated at all even though the paid invoice clearly noted "oil change with rotation." Sarah answered my phone call and said she'd have the service performed at no charge when I brought the vehicle back to their shop -- no charge? For a service I initially requested, was quoted a price for, and that was reported as having been done? Our family is not willing to take a chance on real service work when the most basic & vital of maintenance work can't be entrusted to this shop.

I really had a great experience coming to Arlington Automotive. They ladies at the desk were so knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I absolutely love the great customer service I received during the visit. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other nearby shops. Great Job Arlington Automotive you got my business.

I recently had my vehicle in for an oil leak and brake replacement, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The team was incredibly friendly, upfront, and honest throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what needed to be done (with pictures) and delivered exactly what they promised. It's hard to find an automotive business you can truly trust, and they've definitely earned a customer for life I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional service!

Everyone there was so focused on my needs and situation. They fixed my car and just made me feel so at ease with the whole process. I expected the worst but they found the problem and it was so inexpensive. They could have nailed me but they didn’t! It’s a great team of people!!

Great customer service and quick turnaround. I will definitely bring my vehicle back for service. I would recommend asking for Sarah when you go in. She was a great help and made sure everything was done quick and correctly.

My husband’s truck needed repairs recently. We were fortunate to find Arlington Automotive. Brian Crisp and his staff kept us informed every step. Courteous, calm and knowledgeable- we hope to have a long relationship with this business.

My 2011 Dodge Ram 3500 dually had the upper and lower ball joints replaced about 10 days ago on the driver side. Being cautious and having a truck with 463,000 miles on it, I took it in for an alignment. Tires only have about 500 miles on them and I want them to last. Booked an appointment and arrived OT. After about 90 minutes the counter person informed me I needed to spend $1,408.00 to have my truck aligned? I asked why and was told it needed adjustable upper ball joints. So I was being told to replace the ones I just had installed last week? Mind you this is the same location that told my son his head gasket was leaking after his last oil change and wanted $6,000 plus. We took his vehicle to another shop who had it for 2 days and found no evidence of any water in the oil or a leak in the radiator. When we asked Arlington Automotive how they knew the head gaskets were blown, it was from oil on the engine. I take my truck to another shop today and they aligned it with no issues. I have attached the Arlington Automotive report showing need for alignment and their price to make it right. The other picture is my truck alignment report at second repair shop and there ability to get in aligned in the green on the same day. Humm?? I can't tell you that this is all just an accident or maybe just a bad diagnosis? I will tell you to be VERY suspicious of any repairs until you get a second opinion. Looking online they have excellent reviews but this location is about 1/3 as busy since it was sold recently. And people are talking in a small town about bad experiences.

I highly recommend Arlington Automotive. We purchased a new set of tires from them in early 2024. Caught a screw in the tire yesterday at noon. I was able to get it plugged through the warranty on the tires. And they had me in and out of there in 45 minutes! Wonderful experience.

Paid a lot of money to have a motor put in only 2 have 2 take it to another mechanic to correct the problems from motor swap. They claimed to have fixed the gremlins they created but not satisfied at all. Eric knows about the missing transmission cover plates. A/c still not working properly. Car doesn't start half the time. Mechanics don't care about your car. take before and after photos and watch your cars gps
