All I can say is this store goes above and beyond. I swear the guy that helped me with my burnt/melted taillight wire harness was beyond awesome. I mean from being knowledgeable, professional, cared about my safety gave me the cheapest price AND even installed it on Thanksgiving! You talking about the man right there!!! I can't thank him enough! I believe Dennis was his name. This is now my new go to auto parts store. Holla AutoZone!!
My favorite auto parts because they are always able to get the stuff no one else can get me on a 50 yr old truck, the parts are all name brand quality and the staff are always quick to lend a hand finding whatever you need!
The Arlington store is hands down the best. The employees are friendly, very knowledgeable and eager to help their customers. In the rare occasion when parts aren’t in stock, they can have them delivered to the store at no extra cost.
O'Reilly Auto Parts is my preferred dealer for everything that's auto related and the staff at O'Reilly's on Airline Road in Arlington Tn are spot on for all of your Auto parts needs.
Please train your staff to know parts or at least how to look up parts.
It's bad business when a person asks for fasteners and the employee walks you there, points to a rack, and says "they should be somewhere in there" and leaves you to find that part on your own. Then, you get to the counter and try to confirm that it's the correct part, they look it up & still don't know.
It's ashamed when Amazon can confirm a part better than an actual person at O'Reilly.
We visited the Arlington location because our AC was blowing warm air. Butch and the rest of the staff at this location were extremely helpful, and they even went as far as allowing us to keep our cat carrier (and cats) behind their desk while they worked on the car. We appreciate everyone’s help and kindness!
this review is for the arlington tn location. the guys working this past sunday were awesome. i needed brake pads which was in stock no problem but also a short run of rubber coolant hose which they sourced and even cut for me at no charge. it's hard to find a even helpful employee these days but virually impossible when they go above and beyond like that. i can get parts anywhere but not service like that!
Always fast and courteous service. After several attempts to get the right gaskets for my Jeep differentials at another parts store(AutoZone), I went to O’reily’s and they got it right the first time.
I have had several hoses made at the Arlington O’Reilly auto parts. I have only had one experience where they didn’t have the fitting I needed and it was for a John Deere backhoe with a very rare fitting that no one in the Memphis area had. Super fast, as affordable as hydraulic hoses can be, and work every time. Highly recommend them for hydraulic hoses.
Called ahead to make sure they could make a replacement hose for an implement. (banjo fitting)
Was told yes, but when I got there, the assistant manager said he had never seen banjo fittings at his store.
Wasted trip...
Don't believe them when they say they take oil. Changed oil on my truck and bike and both times they said they can't get the company to empty the full drum.
Always go there when in Atlington and needing farm supplies related to truck, tractor, golf cart and 4 wheeler. Notmally overnight for parts they don't have and decent service.
I wouldn't recommend this place they make you buy extra unneeded parts to get a warranty.
This place is terrible. Giving them multiple opportunities fir different with the same results.
The manager Jay should be fired as he is incompetent

Saved my day! I’m so thankful. My car wouldn’t start, after I got a jump I drove straight here and had my battery tested. They had a replacement on hand and installed it for me. I appreciate the wonderful, kind service and I will be back in the future.
Way better than their competitors good understanding helpful customer service and always got the parts needed and if they don't it can be half times likely order and picked up the next day
I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I really love my Arlington Oreillys store. I have been impressed since my first visit of how much they want to help me find what I’m looking for and always seem interested in my projects. They all seem like DIY’ers like me and that helps them relate. I have old cars, too. They might not have the part on hand, but I have been surprised many times when they say they can have it for me in 3 hrs. Anyway, super experiences in my store and wanted to leave a review for them.
Good evening, the day of more than service made my day towards moment of clarity parts needed has maintained my none neglecting response with a smile. Perhaps, I show up finding more sources in the store such as a supplier with great people. Who seen you at the door handle of success.

I've been to this O'Reilly's location multiple times, and never once had a bad experience. The manager is knowledgeable, the other folks friendly and helpful. It is well staffed, clean, well-supplied, and convenient.
Aaron is extremely knowledgeable & customer service oriented. No problem is too big or too small that he cannot figure out. I highly recommend him for any of your auto part needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
