I had 4 tires mounted and balanced, they had availability the next day after I called. I showed up and they were waiting for me, got my car done and out with no issues. The lady I spoke to was very nice and knowledgeable. Thank you guys, I will be back again!
Would definitely rate a 0 star not friendly they towed my car after it was crashed into on the side of the road because it overheated so I left it off the side of the road about a foot on the grass over the white line and I left to get my truck and trailer to haul it home they drove the car onto the flatbed and they had the car maybe 2 weeks and wanted over $1,200 to release my car so I had to just let them have the car because they are so crooked and kept charging over $100 a day there after and it was a highly modified 2004 Mercedes E55 AMG worth about $10K this happened in December 2023!!!
If you’re smart never ever do business with these crooks I only had to because that’s who the Sevier county sheriffs called and I could’ve drove my car even though it was totaled by the rear quarter panel damage alone i believe the sheriffs are crooked with them!!!
I hope they get boycotted and lose their business and business license!
I would give them zero stars if I could my brother-in-law was in a car accident and they just charged us $275 just to move the car out of the road into the gas station parking lot happens not even 1 mile from the gas station RIDICULOUS!!!!! I called another tow truck company and had it towed from Chapman Highway to Kodak for $110
Get ready to get gouged if you get towed. My brother ran out of gas on chapman hwy 2 miles from A1. He's handicapped as well as broke. Sheriff of course had to have the car moved, and A1 came and towed it the 2 miles to impound 'til brother can pay: $250 for the tow, $40 per day storage fee. I help my brother in these situations and so called to ask why $250? They said if a deputy calls instead of an individual that it's a rate set by the county. I called the Sheriff, who said there is absolutely no set rate. I called MY wrecker guy, who told me "No, that's the MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE charge as determined by the County." So I called A1 back and confronted their bogus claim, but they would only lower it to $200. An acceptable amount would be $100. They wouldn't take payment over the phone.. I can only speculate as to why not?
I miss the days when integrity and character were commonplace, and the people that we heard of who conducted business like this didn't tend to continue to conduct it for very long.
Proficient, fast workers who rescued me from my own driveway grave in less than an hour. Excellent service, will go to them again should they be in need.
As always in past Steve was the help I needed and did the work for what they told me. Offer me advice as to take care of the SUV that I want in good running condition.
These people are the biggest crooks in Sevier county...if I could I would leave -5 stars. Had my car impounded because I got locked out so instead of being good Christian neighborly people they charged me $250 just for the impound and said $30 a day "storage" fee but my car was only there for 2 days and ended up paying almost $500 all because I accidentally locked my keys in my car....this place needs to re-evaluate what it means to have a heart and a little decency....we're going through the hardest time in history on a global scale with this pandemic and all they can think about is money and how to rip off locals...I'd be ashamed to be a part of such a greedy organization!!
Stripped our lugnuts and didn't balance tires after buying tires. Car shook so bad I thought the wheels were going to fly off. It's the most scared I've ever been in a car. It took 4 hours for hubby to get lug nuts off because they broke off inside. They are supposed to hand tighten them then use pneumatic tool to keep from stripping them.!
Steve was awesome working with me and being so helpful. He had the work completed and I was out the door in a Timely fashion. I didn't know he does oil changes also but he does and I look forward to taking my vehicles there now. Great job A1!
called 5 times to get no answer.....showed up during supposed business hours, no one to be found. used everything i could to get my car to the parking lot, only to have to make other arrangements still. service nonexistent, don't waste your time or money on this trash heap.
Excellent service, excellent prices. New tire prices include balance and rotation, not like the competition that charges you for both. If you have concerns about anything else on your car they will diagnose and honestly tell you if something needs to be done or not. Alignment was only $59, compare that to $120 at other shops!
I had called this place to tow my car the next day. They said " That's fine, just call us." The place I had it said they wouldnt tow it as long as I got it. When I got there the next morning this company had already towed it. Instead of calling me because they had my number or telling the place they towed it from that I'd be there soon to get it, they impounded it. Charged me $250 for the impound and now another $50 to get it home. $300. Then as they were putting it on the truck they broke my front bumper completely and decided to tell me "Don't worry its ok. Its just $300 and a new bumper." Never again. They just wanted more money to impound it then tow instead of just towing to me. So they didnt tell the business or me about it.
My car needed a wheel alignment and the other local shops were still closed at 8 AM on Monday. A-1 was open and scheduled me for a 10 AM service. They use a state-of-the-art laser alignment system and will explain what is going on with the service job if you ask. They had the job done in 35 minutes start to finish. The staff is friendly and helpful and A-1 will get future service work from me.
