Great service and the right parts first time!

Well, I looked around for quite a while couldn't find what I was looking for they probably didn't have it when people who work somewhere.See you looking or don't care to know whether you're looking or not.Then I don't have whatever it takes to ask them for help if they can't see it.That's their job then.I guess they really don't care for their job

Dropped a set of rotors off at 9:02 to be turned. Was told it would be an hour and a half. I drove back to the store at 11:32 only to find my rotors still sitting on the counter where I left them. 3 employees with only 1 customer in the store so it wasn’t because they were busy. Never shopping here again

I neede a fuel pump, went to 3 stores. Came back to this O'Reilly because Dan there was more knowledgeable than other stores.

When you call seymour store your counter people are not knowledgeable I wanted headlight bulb for 2007 smart car and was told you don't carry them but when I look at your website I found what I needed

Went in to get a set of jumper cables, good selection, and people are really nice. They offer a military discount as well.

Had a locking gas cap on my wife's truck that wouldn't unlock. They had a replacement available for a good price and helped me to get the old one off too. SUPER helpful, and a great crew in this store. Give them all a BIG raise, and some margaritas.

Although it was finally determined they didn't carry the part I needed, the employee was friendly and tried to help as much as he could.

Chris(Manager) at the hwy 441 in TN store was extremely helpful...He NOT only put my wipers (which had him having to try several different ones til one fit) He filled my reservoir and got me on my way...Best Customer service EVER...

I stopped in with a battery problem on my way to church. A young man named Payne helped me. I was real impressed with his attitude and willingness to do something he hadn’t done before. With Payne’s help we got the battery tested and replaced. I made it to church on time. Thank you for all the help Payne. Refreshing to see a young man willing to work!

Outstanding, hats off to Chris. Believe it or not I didnt have to go back home and caliper the outer/inner diameter. They have secured my business moving forward. I was greeted when I walked in and he was sweeping as i drove out. In my humble opinion there are too few employees and fewer companys with this ethic.

This is my go to auto parts store. If they don't have what you need, the main distribution is on cherry street so they can get it for you fast. Always a great staff working at this location.

Well staffed. Unfortunately not a one of them had a mask or were practicing any social distancing - although there were signs on the doors and floors asking the customers to do so. Then one guy took a smoke break in the doorway. Just stuck his head outside as the wind pushed all the smoke inside.

We use to have only one parts store in Seymour , which was a family owned business. The staff at O'Reilly Auto Parts , brings back a touch of feelings , that the family owned store once brought to us.

Justin Red Beard helped me replace my brake light & blinker Replaced it for me & showed GREAT customer service. Also we talked about other replacements & repairs and gave me a printout for future reference.

Received several different parts for my SUV. today. Great job guys getting them all right 4x today.

It's auto parts store. I don't get excited about them. They're friendly and helpful. Store was clean.

Of the auto parts stores in Seymour they have consistently had the highest prices on parts I needed which may not be true for everyone. The people behind the counter were rude and condescending upon asking if they were sure a part would work bc I read it wouldn't online and upon their further inspecting it wouldn't. There's a couple younger guys there that seem pretty nice but some of the staff is terrible

The guys here are always good to me. Being a woman, associates in auto parts stores often talk to me like I'm an idiot, but these guys don't.

Great Bunch of people working there. Always willing to help and go out of their way to help you.

I like the store. Has what I need most of the time at a fair price. But the attitude of the last with gray hair is what may keep me and others from coming back. She snaps at the customers and acts like she does not wanna be there. If that is the case then she needs to leave. But don't take it out on the customers who come in asking for help and who are the ones who actually pay your salary.. Very rude person..
