I bought a sonata which blew up..continue to say I’m “not a customer” crazy. Then sell my brother a bad vehicle, ask him to bring it in just to record him and start harassing him. Then say he’s using his “family” to leave bad reviews but they’re using there family to get good ones lol.
Business owners are unprofessional refuses to compromise, sold a vehicle that was mechanical failure. extremely rude uses illegal tactics to withhold vehicle on contract. I would leave a zero star review if I could 🙂! All the good reviews that have been left, they asked people to leave them. I don’t recommend supporting this business. They do not care about nor support their local community
My wife and I purchased a vehicle from them a few years ago and they searched for what we was looking for until we found what we liked. No problems at all with the vehicle or their service.
Once again posting about ONEIDA AUTO INC we contacted them again today and they had us to being the car the garage so they could look at it. they had us bring the car to the garage knowing they wasn’t going to fix it said he wasn’t going to fix it because of a facebook post I made yesterday, not to mention he said I ruined there business and name and I made them lose so much money. He also told us that everyone that commented on my post last night was lieing about getting a car from them besides 3 people. They was also videoing us on their phones the whole time. The guy also told us it was a rod knocking and nothing he could do. So here is a video of how our car sounds. Please SHARE
I bought a car here 2 years ago 2014 ford escape and it’s still going with over 200,000 miles You can tell they take pride in the quality of the cars they sell. I highly recommend Oneida Auto to anyone looking for a trustworthy dealership and a great vehicle
